No one can predict the future, only what's happening now. If you buy a player on a future guess & he's injured, plays less or dropped before the review months ahead - he'll get nothing. Certainty comes closer as we get closer to the review. But if you prefer just ignore my posts... It's a lot of work, I can keep it to myself if you'd rather.

Here are my suggestions For defensive midfield: - Rodri Hernandez, Villarreal. 83 rated played 627 out of 630 minutes. +2 to 85 almost sure. -Isaac Hayden, Newcastle. 83 rated 504 out of 630 minutes. +2 to 85/slightly chance of +1. -Mikel Merino, Newcastle. 82 rated 464 out of 540 minutes. +2 to 84 more likely, but big talent. For attacking midfield: -Pierre Lees-Melou. 83 rated played 628 out of 630 minutes in Ligue 1. +2 to 85 almost sure. -Carlos Soler. 83 rated played 524 out of 540 minutes. +2 to 85 sure/slightly chance of +3 if he keeps on this level. -Richarlison, 83 rated played 571 out of 630 minutes. +2 to 85 almost sure. Personally, for me best options are Merino and Soler considering also their long term potentials.

Retsos, Vanheusden, Cuenca, Colina, Vinagre, Itter, Rigo, Soler, Majetschak, McKennie, Willock, Neto, Lookman, Kean, Gomes, Cutrone and K.Sterling are definitely "MUST KEEP" I will also hold Meret; Bueno; Herrera; Mandragora; Geiger; Haksabanovic; V.Thill, O.Rodrigues; B.Diaz The "MUST SELL" are: Rocha Santos, Sierhuis, Asoro, Ochs, Tomori The rest is actually waiting. They have talent, but will it come out ? Difficult to tell, but for example I.Baldé. Has potential, but I doubt he will be the new future player for Spain. That need some time to figure it out.

A couple to look out for from Bundesliga. Gian Luca Itter (18, 70) of Wolfsburg. He is a left back and has played the last two games against Bayern and Mainz, completing the full 180 minutes. Mikael Cuisance (18, 73) of Monchengladbach. He is a central midfielder who has played 163 minutes so far.

Besiktas and Galatasaray have both started the season strongly and so should get some reasonable rises. They both have old squads however. There are relatively few young players elsewhere in the league as well, but Yazici has been linked with some big clubs. Okechukwa and Attamah are decent cheaper options. Berke Ozer is obviously a fine prospect, but as he is in the 2nd tier it is unclear when he might get a rise.

Ismaila Sarr has played 577 out of 630 minutes, with 1 goal & 2 assist expect a rise from 83 to 85 likely. Mboula has not played a minute for Monaco first team, only playing Youth League (2 goals & 1 assist in 2 matches) as he's only 73 despite not playing regularly can still rise to 75 but is not as obvious as Sarr's rise.

Elmas just signed for Fenerbahçe. Not only Dimata, but also Elmas would be too early to sell. Adaption also exist in football. Not every player is immediately a world top player. Everyone has his time. Some will impress in 5 matches, some in a half year, some after 1 year (after adaption). This is football. Beautiful example: Alejandro Grimaldo, I had him around rate: 76 or 78. His future wasn't clear, but I know his qualities. Look now, he is 85. If I want to sell him now I did a great job. He is now 6 million worth. Then he was 750K worth. That's 5,25 million that I won on him. But I also know it's difficult to guess the right profile and potential about the player if you didn't saw him playing. One nice example on that: I also had Victor Lindelöf in the same team. Actually I bought him then, but I didn't know his qualities. He had also a rate of 76 or 78. After a while (I think on rate 82) I sold him. Look where he is now on rate 89. That's a lot of money I've lost on him. If I want Lindelöf back I paid too much in my eyes. If I kept him, it was just about 800K I paid for him in his career on Soccer Manager. Now that would 12 million + that 800K. You are asking now on someone that just turned 18 if you need to sell him. Do you think it isn't a bit too early to ask about a player that just turned 18 ? I also believe talents from Tanzania, Honduras or Republic of Macedonia (like Elmas) are rare. With that players you need to have a bit more patience then talents from Spain, France, Germany or Italy. The adaption is easier for them (Spain, ...) etc etc. That's just my opinion.

    Uruguayan League

So many cracks didnt happen... Nicolás Lopez, Guillermo Varela, Diego Rolan, Felipe Avenatti, etc... The best examples of late bloomers are Suarez and Cavani. Left Uruguay with a quiet a low profile, signed for mid/low table teams and worked hard to make their talent shine. Right now cant think of other current remarkable late bloomer than Matias Vecino. The current jewels are indeed Gaston Pereiro at PSV, Maxi Gomez from Celta, Fede Valverde at Depor (loaned from Real Madrid), Rodrigo Bentancur at Juventus, Lucas Torreira at Sampdoria (incredible that hes not in the NT), Nahitan Nandez at Boca and Nico De La Cruz at River. Thankfully theres hopes to find partners for our star forwards. The small 3 million people country keeps the football players factory at full march! Regards,

Good young talent, has great conditions impressed last year in Bundesliga 2 & is getting quite enough game time in Bundesliga with Wolfsburg this year with decent performances despite Wolfsburg not getting good results. And to your second question, Bruma and Brooks have long term injuries. Uduokhai has taken that spot over Marcel Tisserand. I think 84/85 maybe, he's getting a lot of gametime but Lille results are not the best so far for a bigger increase maybe.

Should rise probably to 76/77 in the next review.

I think it's a good deal for you. I really like Guerreiro but Theo has more potential, imo & Escudero is a very good left back too, expecting a rise to 90 this season. Alex Telles & Ben Davies, both can move to 89 I think. Good striker, great start of La Liga scoring lot of goals & called for Uruguay senior team too. Should move to 86(87) if he keeps on this way.

ITALY Early update of some of the prospects in Italy Hat-Trick for Dybala today Juventus & Hellas Verona SM treat Juventus differently to Average Clubs: The “minutes threshold” where they will give a rise is lower & performances, goals & any Champions League success are taken into account. As this is done at the time of SM review, I take SM’s last season differential’s & use them, sometimes adjusting it if the club is performing better or worse than last season. So I will not state percentages in terms of minutes & they may occasionally be OVER 100%. This will apply to almost, if not all of the top clubs. This is not as accurate as just minutes, but neither is minutes only when assessing top clubs. An example of this would be IF they were knocked out of Champions League & lower position in their own league, each player may lose percentages at that time without a League game being played. Juventus (the highest club in Italy) are quite rightly treated a lot better by SM than Hellas Verona. Juventus Bentacur 7m (20/85) Minus-21%... 16 mins out of 360 (Can soon turn round if plays) Bernardeschi 16m (23/90) Minus-59%... 19 mins out of 360 (Can turn round if plays) Alex Sandro 28m (26/92) +6% …270mins out of 360 Cuadrado 15.1m (29/91) +4% …254mins out of 360 Dybala 40m (23/93) +16% …301mins out of 360 + 8G in 4games!! Rugani 12m (23/89) +40% …. 360mins out of 360 Hellas Verona Moise Keane 2.2m (17/77) Minus-8% …108mins out of 360 Daniel Bessa 2m (24/83) +22% …360mins out of 360 (Will update if there is sufficient interest going forward)

Thanks Monlithic for the time & effort you have put in. I would never get round to these Leagues at all, so it's greatly appreciated. Particularly like when u tell us the next country to be reviewed. Certainly in the time since Sir Rahuul & arsenalrocs left there seems to be a lot NO LONGER using the Forum that used to. I've got close myself to jacking it in, so this will help & more threads like it, would also. There is quite a number of anonymous visitors & I'd like to appeal to them to fully take part as well. A great resource. A couple of questions though, if I may. - F.BUSTOS 80 -> Called by Sampaoli -> Great prospect ...really? He is available and I have the money...but his Whoscored ratings are pretty low (6 or so form). He has only played a couple of games I believe and he is already 21 (which is pretty old for a 80 rated player). I own BARCO...and his potential I can see and understand, but BUSTOS? Is he really worth the plunge? Is he likely to move to a big club/hit the heights of 89/90 one day? LEES-MELOU, Pierre ...he is available and I have seen his name banded about...and his stats this season are impressive. Once again, he is pretty old at 24. Do you see him as big club/89 or 90 material...or just a player to make money on an increase. Finally...do you have any recommendations for 16-22 Centre Backs that are great prospects. I am talking could hit 88/89/90+ one day...even if it takes a long time. I am looking for some not so obvious bargains. Like VINAGRE, Rúben kind of bargain (already put an offer in!). Thanks guys!

    Uruguayan League

Guruceaga got relegated to the bench after a sum of bad performances. Saracchi is indeed showing talent playing regularly for River. Arambarri is indeed quiet a susprise. He was Nahitan Nandez midfield "smash brother" in the U20 team, left Uruguay with a high profile and did not played in France. Now is a regular at Getafe, and playing good football. Diego Rossi, well... we know he is a fast small striker with an incredible scent to score. Right now, hes playing out of position (RM/RW instead of FW) to take advantage of his speed on the wing however he looks uncomfortable there but well, he is a good talent playing in league right now. Along with Rossi we have Carneiro, Pablo Lopez (not in the DB yet), Ayrton Cougo, Rodrigo Aguirre (back from Europe still young and showing why he left so young).

I manage Forest Green Rovers in EC7777, Sheff Weds in EC7046 & RB Salzburg in GC1, particularly the first two i still have to generate funds for new players, in massively competitive gameworlds of 100+ managers. Yes some of the 78-82 are a good shout but there are very very few of them in the minor leagues that are in the younger age bracket. Ive got about 400 players on shortlist across the world that are due nice increases, ive posted elsewhere across the forum a handful from Paraguay for example. Ive done this for 7 years now and the risers method is very dead now with the valuation formula in place. I used to write a lot of scouting posts on the old forum, and create massive riser databases. Some readers maybe recall my username, but there arent many if any old faces left here any more.
