I would go with the 4-2-3-1 and full backs that move across the whole side of the field (press the plus next to their name and play offensive). The defensive midfielders should stay short on top of the AM's (defensive or normal) and i would try to play offensive, counter, hard tackling and pressing all over the field. The 3 players in front of the dm's should play offensive and the central one of those i would use as playmaker. Your forward should play normal and when you are losing i would change to either a 4-5-1 flat formation or a 4-1-3-2 system with the same formentioned tactics. With added that in a 4-1-3-2 one of the central midfielders should play defensive where the other one should play normal. One of the forwards should play offensive and the other should play as playmaker which means he would have to play behind the offensive forward. Good luck ;) Remember though there are no guarantees!
