  1. Why still happen this situations until now? Not just to me, but almost all my friends also. Too many problems with your new update. The game were really sucks now. The best online game 5-10 years ago, but now become the worst. There still some cheaters doing transfer from their clubs, but they could make succeed transfers many times, but for me and friends who playing season after season were blocked by your damn SMFA rules!! This situation make us feel like we were the cheaters? Really, this your best effort? I never cheat, I usually made 1-3 transfer in early seasons, and maybe 1-2 transfer in middle of game for backup players (rating <86) if that necessary because injuries. What we should do? Make report one by one & waiting for what? Your not capable & not competent handling this complex issues. Not all of manager were stupid & wait until 1 or more years again to have your game stable. Make it this transfer issues were clear & work smart!!
  2. Publish yournew transfer rules!! It should be clear!! After 9 years, I playing this game, this is the moment of THE WORST ever. Your new UI have slow response, while hybrid cloud were always use in this era. I CANNOT make anybid to/from "OWNED CLUBS"? What the heck is this? This is the first time ever happen to me. I can make a bid to/from "Unmanaged clubs" only? I tries some methods also not work : 1. From lowest to highest player's value. 2. From lowest value +3M until +10M. 3. From highest value -5M until -15M. 4. Swapping players. 5. Include some players to swap plus money. What should I do? I always swapping players every new season, between players who have similar rating. whats with your new rule? I never cheat, I always have squad balance. Now your new rule that make players so easy unhappy making this game damned busy, but your new UI have slow respond (opposite). I could manage a club in 5-10 minutes in old UI. FIX your transfer rule & focus on cheater who like COLLECTOR of high players.

I only saw numerous changes at CUSTOMING YOUR LAYOUT with ADDING SQUARE BUTTON, and some kind of it. How about changes IN FUNCTIONS, SPEED ACCESS, EASY SORTING VIEW IN ALL LIST, QUICK UPDATE INFORMATION IN THE GAME, CONSISTENCY SYNCRONIZATION BETWEEN OLD & NEW UI? Not yet, right? Second, "to provide you with feedback". My question is "WHICH FEEDBACK THAT I & MANY USERS WRITTEN IN THIS FORUM, WERE NOT CLEAR TO YOU?" Should I multi-quote all my long feedbacks again? Then, after me & many users giving you a lot of feedbacks here, WHAT PERCENTAGE thst you would LISTENING TO OUR VOICES & FEEDBACKS? We saw that you PREFER TO LISTEN TO YOUR OWN MIND & EGO!! In an era where so sophisticated that it can all be in the "automation", but you actually create a new system that is MOSTLY DONE MANUALLY. This called BACKWARD or in harsh word called STUPIDITY. Many users also complain about your slow respond. 1 thing that I notice why we always face slowly loading page & respond, because you use 2 or more layers in each page, very not efficient in web layout design. And maybe you also use many sub-procedures in your coding. I cannot imagine how about users that live at sub-urban or don't reach high speeds internet connection? And your loading animation that showing your logo is identically with error. Me & my friends look that loading bar always worried what errors gonna happen next. That CAN BE SORT BY CLUB, PRICE, RANGKING & STATUS (BID, LBD, ABD, BAN, NMF, TRL, LNL, OFR, etc), specifically in : a. PLAYER SEARCH RESULT, SHOULD BE SORT by club, price, ranking, etc. "VERY STUPID" THING TO CHECK PLAYER ONE BY ONE TO KNOW IN A BID OR NOT. Status UNH for unhappy player also provide with different colours as showing the level. b. MATCH DAY SQUAD : STARTING LINE-UP, SUBTITUTE & REST OF SQUAD THAT CAN BE SORT by RATING, POSITION & CONDITION. Also provide status (INJ, SUS, UNH, NMF, etc). The way in changing players in tactical formation. We know our player position & we don't need your position recommendation that CANNOT BE SORT. Old UI version were better for this section. Fine if you still forcing us to use your favorite new UI, but make the function like Old UI that better, easier, lighter, faster & more stable. Then me & many of my friends were quit to be your gold member. So dissapointing with very long timeline of your project & disturbing situation for more than a season (± ≥3 months), also for your unprofessional behaviour. Developing your new project was good, but disturbing our game like this? Very disrespectful attitude & manner to your loyal gold member. In our opinion, these was an example of "VERY LACK of Project Management in Planning & Handling". Sorry to say all of this, but that's the fact from all things happen lately. We've runs out of our patience with continued hoping of the hope that is not endless and just kept waiting, waiting and waiting, BUT WITHOUT ANY CHANGES IN FUNCTIONS OF GAME.
  4. Tactical is very crucial in this game. I saw that Player Instructions at In-Game Instructions were showing DIFFERENT PLAYERS between in OLD & NEW UI. Example : For Captain in OLD UI was John Terry, in NEW UI was OTHER PLAYER & NOT HIM, and vice versa. WHICH PLAYER THAT READ BY PARAMETER IN THE SYSTEM, WAS IT IN OLD UI OR NEW UI? All Players Instructions were mess-up whether in 45/60/75 minutes. This is 1 of unsynchronize case again between Old & New UI. Transfer listing often errors in creating price value for players. Sometime said that could not giving value under & sometime giving unrealistic value. Example for player have value 4M, then creating transfer list value to 6M. System failed creating transfer list with reason that I input value under 4M, or system success creating transfer list with value 15M. New UI : 1. CANNOT accepting/rejecting any bids that from other Managers. From COM, it's fine. This happen since March 01 '2016. Since that date many error often happen, including some new errors. 2. Terminating the loan make us feel so boring with how much time it take, and sometime system having crash & should be to reload page, then looping back to my home page again. 3. Formation list NOT ALL WERE SHOWING (http://goo.gl/nkRXJy). I already try to scrool & to minimize/maximize display of mobile browser (Chrome mobile) 4. Fund was NOT SHOWING at top of each page again since that date. Old UI display screen getting worse & the worst. Advertisement page on right pane having 99% display in portrait view (http://goo.gl/rpZzat) & 85% in landscape view (http://goo.gl/wvnRlk). Me & my friends were using Chrome mobile (latest update). I don't know how you work & manage all mess. But this not getting right but getting worse & the worst. If you still develop "YOUR FAVORITE" NEW UI, then fix old UI in everything. It's NOT COMFORTABLE to play with this all mess. Fixation in new UI having effect to old UI. All these days, old UI having very important role in accessing, executing & helping our daily activities in this game, if compare than new UI.   5. I've found something else confusing : 1. Player's fitness/stamina were showing differently, which 100% at Tactical page, but actually showing "NMF" at Squad page. Confusing, because we need extra jobs to check it manually in 2 tabs between Squad & Tactical page, the players who ready for next match. 2. In mobile browser : a. Page often reload automatically, especially when we're open 2 or more tabs. In old UI, bring us back to "Overview of Our Team" page. In new UI, as it's like interactive pages that using Macromedia, bring us back to "My Home". This situation not efficient & not effective in using our time & our bandwith, because the "backward/reloaded looping" were too far. We should go to last page we work over and over again, after we're struggling go to that page before, because of VERY SLOW/LACK OF RESPONSES FROM EACH PAGE/BUTTON, MANY BUGS, OFTEN TO SAW LOADING BAR & BALLOON ERROR MESSAGE "SORRY AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN". With this forms & performances of new UI, how come we could always login within 7 days, while managing a team need very much time & effort? b. Page sometime get "SNAP", then your new UI become ridiculous errors in EVERYTHING. Here, some examples : When you selecting Club "A", the action was login for Ckub "B or C". When you click CLUB TAB, it goes to display TRANSFER TAB. When you click "Age" scroll bar in player search, it direct to choosing "Rating" scroll bar. When you click "Rating" scroll bar, the action was clicking "Search" button. Solution for this, closing the tabin browser & start from "My Home" page again. 3. For transfer matters : a. Please set your engine/computer system DO NOT make any transfer bid for some players randomly, except the player's status were on TRANSFER LIST, whether from their original clubs. This kind of transfer method were very annoying, because we should work efficiently & this kind of matter could be said wasting our time & bandwith, to reject it & also to delete our inbox that contain undirect news as like as in old UI (when rejected, news directly show-up in inbox). Like I said, in new UI, news NOT DIRECTLY show-up/update, so we need to do a trick, and that trick is go to other tab, tgen go back to inbox tab. b. Why it was very hard to make a bid right now? WHY A BID OFTEN FAILED IN NEW UI EVENTHOUGH ACCEPTED? WHY A BID OFTEN REJECTED BY COM & OFTEN LOSE TO CLUB THAT MANAGE BY COM EVENTHOUGH OFFERING SAME PRICE? What's going on here? This crucial because our time, bandwith & effort/work should efficient. Now, your new method in your system ruining & making hard to do. I MAKE A BID FOR 1 SAME PLAYER 4TH TIMES, BECAUSE IT WAS FAILED WHETHER ACCEPTED OR REJECTED. 4. For contract matters : a. WHY CHAIRMAN INTERRUPT IN GIVING NEW CONTRACT FOR PLAYERS? This is 2 example from all that happened at all my teams : I just renewing contract for Lewandowski & raise his wage to 159k. 2 days after that, Chairman raising his wage again to 189k. Same thing in Neymar's case, I raise to 179k & Chairman raising to 259k within 2 days after renewal. WHAT IS THIS? b. Logically, that only means 1 thing, and that is RAISING THEIR WAGES EVERY SEASON. IT WILL MAKE DIRECT EFFECT TO CLUB'S FINANCE, IN EXPEDITURES FROM WAGES. If the Chairman giving cash injection, financially could be help. But IF IT WAS NOT, THEN FINANCIALLY SUFFER & NO FUNDS FOR TRANSFER/FOR STRENGTHENING OUR SQUAD. This so weird method & NOT HAPPEN IN REAL WORLD, that 1 action not support by other actions to minimize the effects, especially for small clubs (DO NOT SAY THAT IT COULD BE COVER BY RAISING INCOME FROM TICKETS & PRIZE MONEY? THAT MEANS LACK OF RISK MANAGEMENT IN HANDLING A CLUB). c. Any concerns regarding wages → Logically, this could be mean the player's other concerns could be solve by raising his wages for another time (extended period of waiting times due changing of situation regarding his concerns), including unhappy things cause of lack of games and/or being loan out, etc. d. Contract is an agreement that contain mutual benefits for 2 or more sides that involved. Chairman raising wages is ridiculous, because NOT GIVING BENEFIT TO CLUB. Raising wages = Renewing the contract. How could be that happen twice/2 times within 2 days, after I renewing thejr contract? Remember, Chairman's contract DOES NOT EXTENDED CONTRACT DURATION. In real world, I think only 'insane' Chairman who do this. Too weird & unrealistic here! Some of clubs having their financial in MINUS (either for team consist of 25 or 30 players). 5. At My Home page, why clubs NOT SORT STACTICLY/FIX? IT SORT RANDOMIZE EACH TIME visiting/looping back to My Home page in New UI. Last thing I wanna ask you, WHERE ARE THE IMPROVEMENTS? The fact is your old UI more comfortable & faster to use. WE NEED COMFORTABLE & CONSISTENCY OF FUNCTIONS AT EACH PAGE! Like my post to ask you for "Detail List" view in giving result of player search, so it could be sort by Age, Club & Position like in old UI. Until now, NO REALIZATION FOR THAT & ONLY MINOR IMPROVEMENTS. How long that we must wait & face this situation? Your pop-up message to use new UI very annoying, because often show at some pages. This game was become a business, so please be more professional with it, which means more appreciating your members & listen to our voices. 10 years in business, you should be more mature in making decision, especially critical one. But sorry to be said, this situation make you look like not prepare at all in facing this mess. Sorry to be said again that your new interface & new game playing engine/method were NOT GOOD enough (4 from 10). If this just a BETA version, then do not applied to WHOLE game & ruining our game. It's not ready yet & still have many mess, especially bugs, Chairman iterruption in contract handling, unlogical new match engine & slowly loading pages especially in tactical page. Now this mess already happen almost more than a season of our games. BETA means should be tested so many times & probably in long period until meet stability, consistency & efficiency for underway & future developments. I also wanna ask you, why your old UI ONLY DISPLAY A HALF SCREEN in mobile browser (we use Chrome). Please fix old UI display to have full display again at mobile browser. And please fix all important mess as first priority in short timeline, than adding unnecessary features into your system, like prioritize notifications that contain achievements as private messages.   6. Since 6 or 7 days ago, new UI became slower & unresponsive. Many new bugs were more often happen than before. Yes, statistic view was repaired with adding more 2 digits in Avg & also assist field were filled. Here some problems that I've found : 1. New UI became slower & unresponsive for all pages. The most annoying & slowest response was at Tactical page. I should wait ±5-15 seconds to get right response for all actions, including selecting/changing players, setting instructions like freekick, captain, etc. If not respond, then I should clicked it again & so on. 2. My home, usually clubs sorted by registration/join time, and never change until we decide to quit from old club, and/or to join new club. Latelly in new UI, sometime it sorted randomly when we visit my home page. 3. Renewing contract : a. Not seen a fast update of extended contract that signed in players data view, neither in Squad - Finance view, also in personal player's pages. I tried to reload the squad page & many ways, but it still didn't see player's contract duration was extended. b. Sometime haven't extended their contract, eventhough showing balloon message "This player has recently signed a contract". I need to extend from old UI. c. Often showing error message "Sorry an unexpected error has occured. Please try again", so I should try to click around 5-6 times, until new contract was signed. d. Annoying SLOW respond, if balloon message like "This player has recently signed a contract", or "Addes to transfer list : [Amount]" appear, then automatically bring me to personal player's page. 4. Transfers-in page not showing exactly of all players that I've made bids. Example : I made bid for player "A", then "A" not showing in transfer-in's list. I should go to home page, then entering same game world again, in order to see that informations correctly. 5. Newsfeed : a. For collapse bid's news often not show/update at newsfeed, but it show together with succesfull bid news (when players already move to our club). b. Responding an offer. In old UI, if you accepting an offer from 1 club, then offers from other clubs were collapsed automatically & update very fast in newsfeed. In new UI, other offers still showing respond button. I tried to open other tab & get back to newsfeed, and the result are an accepted & some (but not all) collapsed bid show, BUT also respond button still there. c. Due to slow respond in new UI, you "must immediately" make multiple action for deleting all messages & selecting multiple messages to delete. 6. I also tried to play this anywhere with mobile internet. At some area, it was very hard to load. The worst part was to save tactics, it need more than 10-15 times or more to save it. In every pages, OFTEN shows a message error, "Sorry an unexpected error has occured. Please try again", and/or displays loading bar animation for long time but no finishing action (just loading animation only). Once again, the worst moment was in tactical page. Usually at that area, I can play quiet good enough with OLD UI. I'm suggesting, maybe you could give a solution for this matter, maybe like giving optional quality for display, or others, in order to decrease heavy loading of each page & to give some chance for many players who live with standard quality of internet access. Please consider about this! I believe many people at suburban/shore/other areas want to play this game. My friends at Asia, Australia, and others also have same problems their complaining about. We thought your new UI was not ready enough to be launched lively. Your new UI also made us to consume more bandwith, so for mobile players who live not in big cities couldn't play this game with smoothly. 7. I support your effort to decrease cheaters or hogging users, but because of your new UI not light & often giving error message for mobile users. I manage 5 clubs, and it need so much time to manage a club. In our experience, it need lot of time & effort in renewing contract, then update transfer status, and worst case in tactical. In analizing other manager's team, to load their pages & their matches also need much time. The problem for NEW manager must login every 7 days. Would you extend that period into another week? We're considering this, because of we've job that often go to some places out of big city that not have good quality of internet access. Counting on mobile internet not good enough solution. My experience, was saved by OLD UI that I can work fast (1 day before I get to be kicked out from that game world). I think this matter will solve if your new UI was LIGHT & FAST like old UI. I can work with old UI in 5-15 minutes to manage a club, but now in new UI need an hour or more. But as you insist to phase out old UI & to continue using new UI, so please give a solution for login period for new managers? How long we should wait for STABLE version of your new UI? Beside the game couldn't play in relaxing mode again, but now really manage a team including finance, depth of squad, transfer market, tactical & etc. 8. In tactical, I still see Playing Style. If that giving an effect in our playing matches, than it became BIG PROBLEM. I saw our last setting still applying in tactical section, but it can't be change again in new UI. 9. Your match engine, we think some kind of unrealistic. Many matches win in very big gap, like 3-0 to 6-1. How could be some team so often winning in fantastic score like that & "UNBEATABLE" (maybe 20 or more winning strike). I'm asking to my friend, at least try with different formations & strategies, but the result were same. If this continue, than for small club with great strategy/team balance will never beat club with high rating players, and/or high club's rating avg. My question, how would you make competitive league if this continues? Club with low rating player only have small chance in winning a match. Again, with this new UI & match engine, do you make this game more realistic or fantasy? I'm hoping better performances from your new UI, that could make mobile gamers very easy & very smooth in play your game, without any bugs or errors again. I'm also hoping "LIGHT, STABLE & QUICK RESPONSES" could be 1ST PRIORITY to enhance your new UI. Else of mobile network at some countries, I also tested with broadband 2MB (standard home user's favorite choice), your new UI giving pretty slow responses, like I said above that the WORST part always in tactical pages & not easy to change players, and to save it. This situation very annoying, confusing & if I could said wasting time. Why? Because if we could manage a club in short time (5-15 minutes), now we need big much time to manage a club. Our focus also distract not just with heavy loading for each oage, but also with so much bugs & errors. My question, until when we could use LIGHT, STABLE & QUICK RESPONSES UI again (whatever your UI choice)? That's the fact & you better giving solution in "short time", because we were in running games. If a season only run in 3 months, this situation already run for a month. We were loss in everywhere whether in transfer strategy, in manage formation/strategy, and else. For me, my team's position were dropped into mid because of this situation. For business, this was very unprofessional. Please, we need quick solution, and not just a promise. Cheers

  8. For Tactical matters : a). Corelation between your new tactics with player's position, if you said could change player's rating & also could make player's performance could be low/bad, then these is very very very serious matter. I suggesting 3 option for this matters : ⅰ). Fixing all "3 defender" formations that provided in "New version" into "Old version" ie : 3-5-2, 3-4-3, 3-4-2-1, 3-4-1-2, 3-2-2-2-1. Why? Because Right/Left Midfielder made players out of position. We couldn't sell our AM (RL) players & switching with low rating players that suitable with new position (pure M (RL)). This is the era of flexible strategies, so many players could be played minimum into 2 or 3 positions (including AM (RL) could play as M (RL), for REAL). For this matter, your option are fixing it, or providing us with more type of that formation ( "B", or "C", or "D" & etc). I think many users very need this. ⅱ). Configuring new tactic model based and/or liked the old one, and with some improvements. Example : variant of 3-5-2 named "3-1-4-2" with AM (RL) could play as M (RL). ⅲ). From basic formations that you provide, users could make it to be "Custom" formation as like as user's need. Example : Based formation 3-5-2, display in match game "3-5-2 Custom". . The way in changing/switching players in tactical formation. We need players can be sort by rating, condition, position & morale. c). Making our tactic instruction were hidden/private too in match's statistic tab. Giving basic formation (without movement) is more than enough. This will give flexibility for managers in creating their personal strategy. Recently, I read some users debating about Right/Left Fullback can played as Centerback. Maybe we could remember how Guardiola given the role to Adriano as Centerback for many times. Many Fullbacks adapted as Centerback & feel comfortable, then Centerback become their primary position. Named Nesta & Zaccardo from DR, Chiellini & Mathieu from DL and manymore. My opinion, this matter shouldn't be debated, because this is an era of flexible football, with more custom roles, instructions, playing styles & strategies itself. Cheers.

I suggesting 3 option for this matters : ⅰ). Fixing all "3 defender" formations that provided in "New version" into "Old version" ie : 3-5-2, 3-4-3, 3-4-2-1, 3-4-1-2, 3-2-2-2-1. Why? Because Right/Left Midfielder made players out of position. We couldn't sell our AM (RL) players & switching with low rating players that suitable with new position (pure M (RL)). This is the era of flexible strategies, so many players could be played minimum into 2 or 3 positions (including AM (RL) could play as M (RL), for REAL). For this matter, your option are fixing it, or providing us with more type of that formation ( "B", or "C", or "D" & etc). I think many users very need this. ⅱ). Configuring new tactic model based and/or liked the old one, and with some improvements. Example : variant of 3-5-2 named "3-1-4-2" with AM (RL) could play as M (RL). ⅲ). From basic formations that you provide, users could make it to be "Custom" formation as like as user's need. Example : Based formation 3-5-2, display in match game "3-5-2 Custom". . The way in changing/switching players in tactical formation. We need players can be sort by rating, condition, position & morale. c). Making our tactic instruction were hidden/private too in match's statistic tab. Giving basic formation (without movement) is more than enough. This will give flexibility for managers in creating their personal strategy. Recently, I read some users debating about Right/Left Fullback can played as Centerback. Maybe we could remember how Guardiola given the role to Adriano as Centerback for many times. Many Fullbacks adapted as Centerback & feel comfortable, then Centerback become their primary position. Named Nesta & Zaccardo from DR, Chiellini & Mathieu from DL and manymore. My opinion, this matter shouldn't be debated, because this is an era of flexible football, with more custom roles, instructions, playing styles & strategies itself. Cheers.
  10. Yeahh, this thread was for UI & bug matters only, BUT remember, matters in UI also include matters in all game components. Your new UI make your game form looks like similar enough with other Football Manager game too, so I believe you already steady & prepare to be complicated. Here my new summary of suggestions to make this game more reliable : 1. For interface/UI matters : a). Applying new UI (without option) only to new members that sign up between January and November '2015. And for old members, have an option which UI they want to use. . Redesigning your old UI, in order to suitable it with your new engine's procedures or functions. Redesign here means to make your old UI update with new game engine, and NOT adding any of new UI inside ⇨ Please don't make it like new UI, that show us separation of each menu one by one & you put them into each different box. But please make like old UI, that look like a full website that looking so open & showing whole things, and of course with some menu's tabs/buttons. SIMPLY, LIGHT BUT USEFUL. Why? If you were looking for modern UI than old one, then "Yes" it is, but it not suitable for desktop website mode. New UI suitable for mobile app. Less is better, for our body is sure more healthy. c). From step 'a' & 'b' above, technically your game engine were same (1 core engine), but only in the interface were different. I believe that would not burdening your server. d). Your old interface display only half of screen. Common, make it full screen. We couldn't see full information of our squad, total money we've spent, the worse couldn't see players in range of our budget, because your new UI can't be sorted by player's value. 2. Fixing all bugs that occurred in your new interface, ie : • Page that could not display & also could not reload for around a minute. • Button could not be click, until I clicked it around 15 times until giving the right display or respond. • Parameters on top as basic information in Squad view often error, when we choose Statistic view then change it to Financial/General. It often error → In statistic view, assist field also were not filled, it always shown '-' marks. • Transfer List value in flashing information, at top of page, were often so different with value that I entered. I only make their value +$1M from their original value. Example : Player value $6M, I made it $7M in the list, but system made pop-up display that "The player value $20M", or "The player cannot be put in transfer list". • Player Search have bug too. The value range doesn't work. If I limiting maximum value to $25M, it still show players with value above that. • Tactical often error & can't switch and/or click players, after configure attacking/defensive movements. It was fine, if not configuring movements at all. • Manager List, often error in showing how many days from user's last logins. • Inbox → In old UI, when we accepting an offer for players then offers from other clubs for same player will be collapse by itself. Now, in new UI it's still shown respond button, so we should respond it one by one. This is confusing, because if too much clubs offering our players then we couldn't just delete it. Why? Because in Transfer Out didn't give proper informations, only shown red tag with "Pen" text. We don't know which offers that we already respond & which were not. 3. For Tactical matters : a). Squad view, because your new UI didn't give complete informations that we need ie. : • Player's position not display all of it, for replacement you display only 1 position. • We also couldn't know how many appearance of our players as First 11 squad, and as Subtitutions, like old UI's format = 'fs'('s'). • AvP or average performance. Like the name of "Average" so usually often follow by 2 digit after comma. Example : → AvP Player A = 6.05 & Player B = 6.45, your new UI will display to both players AvP were same ('6'). This number could be useful information for us to sell players. → AvP Player C = 6.65 & Player D = 7.25, your new UI will display both players AvP were same ('7'). This number could also be useful informstion for us to select who will play in next game, or as First 11 squad. . Player search, so it wasn't need a lot of next button that often error. The most important can you make it be sorting by club, price & ranking again, like old one. This make easy to watch the player we need, also for strategy in market including to tackle our opponent's movement in market. c). Team Fixtures & Results. It should be simple to see, just like old version one. It doesn't need to be split into 3 sections/tabs? d). Transfer (In/Out). Total transfer amount only show for succesful transfer (in/out). If we offering/accepting for some players, we don't know how much our expedirures/incomes. In old UI, we could know it easier, but in new UI, we should counting manually. 5. For Squad View : a). Please add Multiple Action function to set Transfer Status, New Contract & Squad Status in easier way. We won't wasting time when loading each player pages for same action. . For "Transfer Banned" players, it more easy to known if you could make a flag, and/or make their names into different colors. c). Parameters should be following scroll action in a page, as user scrolling go down then parameters following go down. Parameters on top as basic information should be provide in every position that we scroll. d). At the end of Loan, any players who come back to our squad should be positioning like before. I mean your system should remember their squad status before loan process, within First or Youth team. If player at Youth Team, so after loan period he's should be back to youth team again. 6. Following your new system have new player's value & wage, if you double the values & wages, then it will be fair if you also double our financial too. It remains that prize money that we earn were following old system. Example : Before update, if my team have money around $30M (including prize money $12M), then we could buy Jordi Alba for around $16M and other some players. After update, team money still $30M, then Alba's value change to $26M. So we couldn't afford to buy other players that we've planned to buy → In old UI, $100M could buy more than 5-6 high rating players + some 85-88 players, now in new UI could only buy 3-4 high rating players only. This economic system only make poor club become poorer & rich club become richer. Why? Rich club that contain with high rating player have more capability to win and/or to be big 3 in the league, that mens higher winning prize. For poor club, avoiding relegation to lower division and/or to be part at 10th-20th position in the league. You could imagine yourself how many they've get their winning prize & how they couod build their team? 7. For Soccer Wiki's link, if you delete the links then you should provide us with simply & similar informations like in that website, or you could display the link again either by clicking the player's photo, or other ways.
  11. Wow, the lastest post by Kev was shocking me. It seems SM Development & Management team really forcing us with hard to use their new UI. Adaptation to not simple UI? Logically, how much faster could you make for this new UI loading time comparing to your simple old UI one? If you compare it in many ways, it still old UI faster than the new one. The new one have many objects to load. For example, to load a player's page, that need pretty long time to show. And you pushing us to open & to manage them one by one? In other words, your new UI failed, it's a big failed. It's like you sell a cake with great look, shape and many acessories on it, but taste of the cake was very awful. Do you think people want to buy your cake? This forum were useless for me, if you still want to put on your team ego then listening to our voices (in other word, what your customer needs & demands). This will make users go away further. This step also could make new cheater trying to find a small way to cheat. I play this game for 7,5 years, but this UI was the biggest terrible & the most awful part in your celebration. Do you know, how many ERP system at market that change their interface into the light one? And the most great point is most cloud app have light interface but very functional. This is the value of an app, and because of SIMPLICITY is the reason why people want to use & to buy. And that's why many apps have high demand. 10 years is a young age, but you should consider what user's need than just renewing your brand image. So, are you still want to phase out your old/classic UI, and still want to force us using your UI? If yes, I hope your game not being left out by many users, especially gold members. Of course it would be a big waste if your new UI was not used. Okay then, here my suggestions to you & your team : 1.   12. Dear SM Development, Mr. Steven & Mr. Kev, Congratulation for your fabulous 10th years celebration. I believe that you make these improvement into your game with positive thoughts & goals, but why you make "SM World" look very similar like "SM 2016"? "SM World" is a relaxing football manager game with simplicity, reliable & light interface. That's why many user want to play this game, without overthinking of managing financial, or player concern to much, like Football Manager or Championship Manager game. We could play this game while at office either, like changing our squad for next match, etc. If you want to follow and to compete with other football manager game, it's the right step to build & to improve your "SM 2016". I think the best step is developing your "SM 2016" game with offline & online mode, and NOT bringing complexity of "SM 2016" to "SM World". If you want "SM 2016" app very useful, and want many users playing the game, then create some game world for a season in "SM 2016", and top 3 winners get some prizes like Gold coins or anything that could be useful & give some advantages in "SM World". If you still trying to push us using this new version, I believe many users would prefer to stop playing the game, or maybe to choose other game like Sport Interactive's Football Manager online, that have similar complexity but giving more consistency or stabililty in performance. You should think about forcing us to use new interface, because what we need the most is light interface that brought simplicity when playing the game, just like a testimony in your blog (http://goo.gl/2JDztk). He mention about "The Layout – I like the easy layout. It’s simple and fast". He lives in Suriname, a small country, which it could be very difficult to find internet access in that area, especially the high speed one (it could be also very expensive). You should also consider user's age range. They were some students, some workers, and some unemployment. For workers will be choose simply "SM World", rather than complex interface like your new version. Besides, workers will have more chance to be gold member and will give you incomes, than other users who usually comparing with other famous football manager game. So please consider to give an option at least ONLY for the "Desktop Interface", because that really big matter & major problem in this case. I think that is a good solution for all of us, whether for you as developer and for ours as user. And for Mr. Steven, simple interface means easy to use, to manage & very reliable for every users. That is the meaning of simple interface (UI). If many users complaining about that, it means you failed. I always offering to all my clients this value, because users don't need complicated apps/programs. Their time were precious, and I don't want their wasting it because of my own ego. Remember, they need to adapt. But adaptation for more simple interface, and not for more complex one.
