  1. I just want to find out what is the max of players you can have at one club. I think I have 250.. I get hooked into it buying youth players lol but what Is the maximum of players at one club... you can hold to many goal keepers.. as this was the case at my club and I couldn't buy any more players, sold a few and things seem ok now..   3. Three things need to be fixed. Firstly, i'd like to say i like the latest game engine and match engine, the overall gameplay is very good and I dont think SM need to make any changes or unneccasary changes in this area whatsoever - it's fun and quick. I like the shop, the offer's etc. and if there was any changes for the longer term i would consider would be a 3d visualisation, and being able to move players into pitch positions instead of a rigid list of formations. getting even further ahead, perhaps you could have individual player instructions as well as the team one's. but that's all just pabulum. I would like to make the point that I have paid good money, and used my SM credit's to turn a lowly Charlton team into a top flight contender, competing at the highest level - and would suggest that many players who spend there hard earned cash on this game are players who support smaller clubs and like myself enjoy the fantasy of being able to play those teams at the top flight level. It is with that in mind, that I want you to understand the importance of the two major failings in the current game, and the 3rd point is purely a VIP issue, but again it's the only reason I paid for VIP in the first place. The 1st problem - and the biggest. I have expanded my youth academy to level 10 - however I still get players that I would have got with a level 4 youth academy. I think this is part of an overall problem with the game, that a club is restricted by it's status at the initiation of a game. This is very very bad. As a title winning and champion's league winning team with a level 10 youth and level 10 training center, I should expect better players then this. I used SM credits to level these up at the very start and am now 8 seasons into gameplay, and have not had a single player with potential over 80!!!!! (yes, that many exclamation's, because I am that mad about this). I mean honestly, what is the point? why bother having a level 10 YA when i get level 3-4 players - I honestly feel completely ripped off, and until this is updated and changed, you can be sure to never see another penny from myself. I would suggest a level 10 YA, should only produce players of 85 and over, with a 95+ potential every 2 or 3 seasons. I know if i start the game as a major club, then this problem does not exist - but that should not be the point, if you have the YA, you should get the players, it's that simple. The 2nd problem is player development of youth When you are a top team, you do not want to be putting in players of 70's and low 80's into your team. I send out scouts, and buy the players of the future, as i am supposed to have the infrastructure to develop them to there full potential. However.... in reality, they develop slowly, and will only develop with game play. If a player has potential of mid to high 90's, then they should develop in the reserves to mid 80's relatively quickly, as would be the case in real life, showing there potential to be a first team contender and making them difficult to ignore. Then, from 21-24, become a squad player, with perhaps a 20-30% match minutes of appearances should be sufficient for them to fully develop into a top class player. Currently, you have to start playing a player with top potential from 18 years old, at least 65% of game minutes to have any chance of them fulfilling there potential, which usually means having a 78-82 rated player in your squad, and even then they dont become sufficiently highly rated enough until at least there mid 20's or later. This is quite honestly a joke. I have in my current game stopped buying the good youth, so that they have a chance of getting game time at other club's where they may actually develop sufficiently to become a good player, but even this doesn't seem to work - and only 8 seasons into this game, i can see that very soon this game will become dull with the lack of any quality players. Nearly every player my scouts find with good potential I have monitered and less than 10% of them actually develop into players of any note - let alone star's, and all the worlds best teams are become more average each season, so the player development problem is not only with the selected team (in my case Charlton) but is across the whole game, and i can already see that in just a few more seasons into the game, the players available will be generically all of around the same, making it a case of bolton vs bolton every game (I could have chosen any championship level team to make that analagy). I can play a whole season in 2 or 3 days, so i dont want a game that become's dull in just a couple of weeks, and i can gaurentee you, I will not be spending another penny on this game while that is the case. Instead, I shall be treating myself to the new FM game, which, in my opinion has over complicated itself, it does at least have longethety in that it's player generation and development actually work in accordance with the development of the clubs - top club's produce good to star players and they develop properly, and decreasingly accordingly down the food chain, and if you bring your small club up to the top leagues, and develop the infrastructure accordingly, your produce and develop players of top level too. The 3rd problem I also paid to be a VIP member, and one of the main attractions for me in this was to get a player with my own name, However, and again i think this is because i chose to be a lowly team such as Charlton, in both my gameplay's so far, I have been given a player with my own name with a maximum potential of 91, and who by full maturity only reached 88. A top flight team does not have an 88 rated striker, and even as a defender would only be at best a squad player. Ifr you are paying money to have this 'perk' then you would want this player to be a star in the team - so irrespective of wether you are the smallest club in the league, or the biggest, the player created with your name should have a potential of 95+. This is a complete no-brainer, were talking about your paying customers here - they (and definitely I) do not pay money to see a player with your own name appear in the game as at best a squad player - in fact in my two worlds, i have sold him in one, and did not even bother taking up the offer in the 2nd after wasting even more SM credits just to find out once again he would be at best 91 rated and if my previous game was anything to go by would not exceed 88, and in case that has proved to be true as he plays for Athletic, and has currently peaked at 88. I will end this by stating, that I'm happy to pay for a good gaming experience, and would quite happily at the start of each new real-life season, start a new game with Charlton, to enjoy the player updates., Maybe even twice a year, once after the winter transfer window and once after the new season start - and each time I would happily spend a few quid to make my beloved Charlton a club able to compete in the top flight against the worlds top teams. However, to keep my interest you would have to make the game playable for those periods. That is not the case, and the primary reasons are the one's I have given here. I do hope you rectify these problems - i cannot tell you how much I am dissapointed by these issues, and feel I have been misled by you into spending real money and not getting the benefits that you stated this would bring. I will continue with my current game until my golden generation begins to rust, then my interest in this game with dissapear completely I'm afraid. If you would really like to give any customer satisfaction, it would be a two fold thing - a re-imbursement of around 15,000 SM credits (dont want the money back ). However, I would only want those credits given to me when you have corrected the issues stated above, so that I could use those credits on a brand new Charlton game to see if you can re-kindle my interest in SM.   5. My team produced 12 regens jjust in 1 year gametime I started the game but all are goalkeepers! It seems Fenerbah├že youth team doesnt work with any positions but goalkeepers.
