    Rahul W's rating predictions

Hi all, I’m from the UK and as my fellow brits know we have been in lockdown for a few months now with things starting to gradually ease a little. Since being in lockdown I decided to spend my time scouting and trying to find the next big player for you guys. This should work well especially if you check SM’s new players daily like I do myself and should help everyone determine wether each player is a potential star or not. I’m going to compile a list which I will try to update as often as possible and when I see fit with additional players. These players will be born from the year 2003 to 2005 and they will not be on the SM database. First players on the list are as follows: Viktor Kanizaj / Dinamo Zagreb Martin Vetkal / Tallinna Kalev Wilkims Ochieng / Club Brugge Noah Francoise / Stade Rennes Angel Alarcon / Barcelona Liam Delap / Manchester City Mohamed El Arouch / Olympique Lyonnais Denzel Owusu / Feyenoord Matheus Nascimento / Botafogo Jamal Musiala / Bayern Munich Because of there age these players when added to SM will be high potential and will obviously be long term investments. Some may be further along in there career due to wether they get fast tracked to the first team of there clubs and others may take longer. Hope people may find this useful. Boredom has hit an all time high 😂 If there are any other players people would like to add that would be great, input always helpful. This post is for everyone on the forum to get the best talents as soon as there on SM.

After 3 clubs edited yesterday SWIKI have slowed today SIR and edited only 1 club Rosario Central (9th) at this rate a week plus 2 days to go on SWIKI. Should speed up again they have plenty to do Lodi just Omba! Either are good Inspiron but I like Mancini slightly more. YES Selfishro I play De Jong at CB, on Left alongside Marcelo and unexpectedly he's scored 6 goals! Think out of about a dozen or so games, No rhyme or reason to that I can understand but YES. I will play him there IF or until SM takes CB away Don't look at top of post then please Kurt as don't want to upset U again 😪 No one knows for sure JOE BUT I always look for the most experienced player ie 30+ with if possible 100% morale. Think it's obvious what I'm trying to impress on my Team play! YES U Live Criminal ! 😬 I have noticed an emphatic improvement in Guerreiro and am surprised I haven't added him to Dortmund. I'll do that for U as soon as I have another update completed, please don't send the Gang around, I'll do it very soon 😬

Fair warning as I think the "Red Box predictions" are less than 50% correct about these. Hope of interest and thanks for the support which is greatly appreciated. Cheers Socca 😀

Some minor updates from SM HQ. After Brazil it's likely to go back to Germany, England, Spain, Italy. Hopefully the case. Soccerwiki is undergoing a revamp, apparently. Hopefully, there will be a better version of the wiki soon. And with that, maybe there will be more clarity on the league reviews.

Ndombele's appearances are intermittent while Bruno's is outstanding pulling ManU into a different more effective team. If I had to give them a rating on their respective performances it would be NINE for Bruno and 4 or 5 or at best 6 for Ndombele's part time efforts earlier in season (not played much or at all recently). ManU really look exciting at the moment with Bruno encouraging Pogba and the whole team to play much better recently. Exciting partnership developing if Pogba can remain interested in playing for ManU & not look for another club I'd say he will become part time if Pogba remains interested so 60/40 no rise for Fred YES DEFINITELY. SM (SWIKI) have been to my mind, trying very hard to "hide", "Frustrate" what recent changes look like. ie confusing. But sooner or later it becomes clear ... Flum (12th) 15 players edited, Vasco De Gama (14th) 19 players editedToday after Cruzeiro and Ceara in recent days. It's Brazil.... 😀 Ps am still fatigued easily but will try to get some more updates of Germany done on my spreadsheet. How far I'll get I don't know, but done a few recently.... Cheers Socca I think Germany will follow shortly after Brazil as this makes sense to me and hopefully SM.

I hope one of the updates in the game will include a shortlist cap. Managers shortlisting every player & letting others do the scouting for them. Should be an option to limit it to 10 or 20 players per manager or something.

I didn’t create this list, this was on Football talent scouts twitter feed and he’s pointing out the incredible list of talent France have which continues through to there first team which is unbelievable too. I put this on the forum because there are a few players on the list that are not so well known to people. Few things I may add though, Aouchiche is on there under Cherki. Upamecano was born in 1998, it says at the top players born between 1999 and 2003. Thirdly, Todibo is rubbish and I wouldn’t add him on any list discussing good talents 😂 Finally if I were to add the players you mentioned I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t fit on the page, but it does prove my reasoning behind posting this and it’s the fact that France have so much talent it actually makes me sick as an Englishman haha 😉

    Hello everybody! This is my very first post in this blog, but I have been playing SM for 7-8 years. I would like to share my predictions for rating rises for the next few days in Argentinian Superliga. I focus on sub 24 players, and my rationale is similar to Soccahappy's (I also exclude GKs, since I am not sure how the algorithm works for them). Of course I might be missing some players and my numbers might not be 100% accurate, but if my math happens to work + or - fine, and if you guys think it might be useful, I can start contributing regularly with my predictions for the upcoming leagues. Feel free to give your opinions! Cheers Rosario: Molina 77 -> 82 +5 Pereyra 78 -> 80 +2 Ojeda 76 -> 80 +4 San Lorenzo: Herrera 78 -> 83 +5 Gaich 78 ->82 +4 Barrios 80 -> 82 +2 Ferrari 78 ->80 +2 Diaz 77 new player Lanus: Moreno 82 -> 83 +1 Bernabei 78 -> 82 +4 Esquivel 70 -> 78 +8 Facundo Perez 70 -> 77 +7 Valenti 83 new player Lucas Vera 80 new player Defensa: Hector Martinez 78 -> 83 +5 Aliseda 77 -> 82 +4 Breitenbruch 77 -> 82 +4 Tripichio 78 -> 80 +2 Ojeda 77 new player Frias 76 new player Argentinos Jrs.: Francis Mac Allister 82 -> 85 +3 Batallini 78 -> 83 +5 Moyano 80 -> 83 +3 Fausto Vera 78 -> 83 +5 Matias Romero 73 -> 78 +5 (maybe 80 +7) Miljevic 75 new player Florentin 75 new player Racing: Matias Rojas 83 -> 84 +1 Garre 73 -> 77 +4 Velez: Cufre 83 -> 85 +2 Abram 82 -> 85 +3 Robertone 83 -> 84 +1 Guidara 82 -> 84 +2 Thiago Almada 82 -> 83 +1 Ortega 78 -> 80 +2 River Plate: Robert Rojas 78 -> 83 +5 (maybe 84 +6) Julian Alvarez 78 -> 82 +4 (maybe 80 +2) Santiago Sosa 75 -> 80 +5 (maybe 78 +3) Elias Lopez 76 new player Montiel 86 -> 87 +1 Borre 85 -> 86 +1 De La Cruz 83 -> 85 +2 Boca Juniors: Villa 85 -> 87 +2 Reynoso 83 -> 86 +3 Campuzano 83 -> 86 +3 Capaldo 76 -> 83 +7 (maybe 84 +8) Obando 76 -> 82 +6 (maybe 83 +7) Hurtado 80 -> 82 +2 (maybe 83 +7) Almendra 80 -> 81 +1 Weigandt 77 new player

I will only know what's next when a bottom club of any League enters SWIKI in depth SIR (many lines of consecutive players from that bottom club OR say Top of 2.Bundasliga promoted clubs). Argentina/ SWIKI has reached Defensa Justica next in 6th with San Lorenzo 8th and Lanus 7th edited today. My guess maybe Argentina will finish around Tuesday / Wednesday next week as weekends SM have a "Jolly Time" and then sleep it off monday. Maybe then I will see what is next? Maybe Russia, maybe Germany OR maybe something SM feel is Really VITAL like lowest League in Scotland or Tanzania or Timbuktoo even 🤮🤢😀

I am now posting my predictions for promoted and relegated teams of Brasileirão. Again, I am focusing on sub-24 players, but this time I included two GKs. It was quite hard, since it was difficult to establish a value cap for these - not so good - teams. The league was over more than 6 months ago, and they almost haven't played since then. Also, we know that SM changes are quite random for smaller teams, so the predictions probably won't be too accurate. If I manage to guess at least 20% of them, I would be happy! However, if Brasil is confirmed, I will post my predictions for the rest of the league, and hope to improve it for the bigger teams. Avaí: Lourenço 78 to 80 +2 Eduardo Kunde 73 to 76 +3 Wesley Soares 70 to 75 +5 Chapecoense: Tiepo 78 to 80 +2 Vinicius Locatelli 70 to 74 +4 Alagoano: Dawhan 76 to 78 +2 Goianiense: Nicolas 78 to 80 +2 Rodrigo Rodrigues 70 to 73 +3 Coritiba: Sabino 77 to 80 +3 Juan Alano 76 to 80 +4 Thiago Lopes 78 to 80 +2 Romércio 73 to 77 +4 Patrick 75 to 77 +2 Luiz Henrique 70 to 75 +5 Sport Recife: Charles 77 to 82 +5 Mailson 78 to 82 +4 Adryelson 78 to 82 +4 Leandrinho 78 to 80 +2 João Igor 73 to 76 +3 Yan 75 to 76 +1 Bragantino: Claudinho 80 to 82 +2 Leo Ortiz 78 to 82 +4 Barreto 78 to 80 +2 Wesley 77 to 80 +3 Matheus Peixoto 76 to 78 +2 Pedrinho 73 to 76 +3 Robinho 75 new player

I’m genuinely not bothered by it, it’s ancient history. At the end of the day, Maradona put his hand up to help nudge the ball past Shilton. It was a game they’d have won anyway due to the ‘goal of the century’. People have no need to be upset by it; Maradona did what the Argies do best - put his hands up in the air, just like the Argentine soldiers did when they surrendered the Falklands just over 4 years earlier...

Players born between the years 2003 - 2005 currently not on the SM database. This is the second list I’ve done of players who you guys should definitely buy when they get added. Umut Tohumcu / Hoffenheim Arthur Wenderrosky / Fluminense Daniel Nachev / Levski Sofia Txus Alba / Barcelona Oleg Ocheretko / Shakhtar Donetsk Ilyas El Moussaoui / Feyenoord Devyne Rensch / Ajax Lion Semic / Dortmund Ricardo Marques / Benfica Luka Romero / Mallorca Each list usually consists of 10 players of which I compiled a few months back, as you can see there are only 9 players here. That’s because Luka Romero was originally on this list but as you guys know he got added on Sunday. Hope you all find this list useful, I will update the lists when each player gets added to SM in the future.

    K. Havertz, F. Ruiz, Rodri/Pogba, Ndombele. This does sound quite random. Although, if you have been playing with a hard tackling style, pressing the opposition all over - then you are bound to pick up a few injuries along the season. And if you are using the tight marking option as well then your players will try to put in more tackles, which could also result in injuries. However, it's very unfair on you that you've had so many injuries already this season. It's possible. I would certainly go for N. Zaniolo as AS Roma will probably have to sell a few (very few) 🙂 star players in order to try and balance their books. And I'm sure that N. Zaniolo will be the first to be transfer listed. https://romapress.net/2020/05/20/transfer-rumors-persist-amidst-romas-financial-struggles/ Not "the best club in the world" anymore? I think Watford could possibly be the best club in the world right now. 😀

I am concentrating mainly on Younger under 89 rated players as these are more consistent risers and more profitable, Goal keepers are dealt with by SM in a completely different way, which is why I mostly also ignore Gk's There were some other posts which don't seem to have copied above. One was a player from Hellas Verona I believe, but unfortunately I cannot help as Hellas are not in my spreadsheet. Probably for the best as new clubs to the spreadsheet are quite a bit less accurate on a first attempts anyway. Think Le Normand was mentioned and Guerreiro. Also Daishi Kamada will have to keep up his stats as you can see he is very close to losing the +1 at -3.6%. Quite fatigued at the moment so not sure of when I can do more updates on Germany. But hopefully another day is another day, so will do my best Cheers Socca still happy! 😀

Agreed, MLS is pending In fairness to Godin, he dropped last review to 93 (for Inter). He has declined now and I expect him to drop to 92 again, no longer a starter. He had a strong case for 95, Atletico's CL loss in 15/16 ended those chances though. Shame. I wouldn't. All three are 29-31. Walker will be 91/92 for a few more years at least. Auba is class and will keep his 94 for years to come. Thiago is linked to Liverpool - would be an interesting move given his injury problems and age. He could drop after a year there (or am I just being biased here?). 94 is his peak anyway. Nice work mate, as always. Noticed Atletico's Riquelme is predicted 75 - he is 78 rn though.

Hello everyone! Hope you had a nice weekend, not like my team... 😢 Here is my last batch of prediction for this - not-so-exciting - Brazilian Serie A. For the League champions, Flamengo, I tried to do a prediction of all the higher-rated players, even if over 24 yo. Hope it might be useful (however not 100% accurate)! Palmeiras: Lucas Lima 89 to 88 -1 Gabriel Menino 73 to 76 +3 Gabriel Veron 76 to 78 +2 Santos: Soteldo 85 to 87 +2 Felipe Jonatan 82 to 84 +2 Tailson 76 to 80 +4 Jobson 73 to 76 +3 Yuri Alberto 76 to 78 +2 Kaio Jorge 76 to 78 +2 Flamengo: Filipe Luís 91 to 90 -1 William Arão 87 to 89 +2 Bruno Henrique 88 to 89 +1 Pablo Marí 85 to 87 +2 (moved to Arsenal) Renê 86 to 87 +1 Léo Duarte 83 to 85 +2 (moved to Milan) Thuler 80 to 82 +2 Reinier 82 to 83 +1 (moved to Real Madrid) Lucas Silva 73 to 76 +3 João Lucas 70 to 76 +6

Ajax’s Sven Botman is having a medical at Lille next week and is set to join for between 8 to 9 million euros. I’m going to guess he will replace Gabriel, I think Lille expect him to leave this summer. Botman only rated at 80 worth watching next season to see how much game time he can acquire.

Favourite thing about the game- It's a bit realistic, it's linked to the real football. Favourite thing about the forum- Hearing other opinions and know you guys from different countries and to know more inside info about Portugal football (tmcosta), Italian football (zsp2) and so on. Best transfers: Erling Haaland, buying for € 256K. Mathijs De Ligt, buying for € 192K. Alphonso Davies, buying for € 800K. Frenkie De Jong, buying for € 488K. Kai Havertz, buying for € 288K. I don't know what's the best one, I did pretty good transfers actually in my SM career. Worst transfers: Not that many.... Maybe letting Lautaro Martinez go for 12 million euros..

To Sir Rahul Congratulations (in advance) on your incredible achievement of 1000 pages on the SM forums. I was there at the beginning, (3 different accounts ago) and it has been a joy to see this topic flourish and grow over the years due to your hard work and resilience. You are truly are a great asset to Soccer Manager. I thank you for your commitment to exemplary work and hope you’ll continue in the same spirit of enthusiasm and helpfulness in years to come. The game would not be the same without you and this ongoing this topic Congratulations! Sincerely, The Mad Hatter

idk Davies, maybe Lodi the 2019 season. but they were already reviewed.... no idea what's happening. Interesting question. Roca and Darder are young and have played a lot so no. De Tomas joined in the winter and has been injured so unfair for him to drop too. Wu Lei has played well too. Espanyol are tough to predict honestly.

EDIT: I think Fabian Luzzi got added a couple of days ago, may still be a free agent in some GGW If Luzzi is still available in your GW I would snap him he’s still only worth 240k. Thank you for reading and have a good day 😊

This prolonged, heated debate has already been had on here. I think we had it before the winter review: I'm sure others will also agree that we should try not to go back there. My stance was that VVD should remain a 95 until he (at least) lifts the PL title. However, SM and ofcourse the Liverpool fans thought differently.

Wow. 😱 That's now one 💪 strong Liverpool side. 😇 I suggest, when they come available, and if you can afford them - go after some of the talented players that he sold, in order to strengthen your own side (J. Henderson, S. Mane and TAA). I would also use a 4-3-3 B against him, with one defensive arrow on your (No 6) and two attacking arrows on your fullbacks: play hard, attacking, mixed passing, attack both flanks, play fast, and press in own half. Then pray to God that you can somehow overcome his side. 😀

Luka Romero on the bench for Mallorca tonight at the tender age of 15!!! Some talent! Yes I would have the duo. Foden is a special talent and will probably be better than Alli in years to come.

Pau Torres missed a number of games thru a thigh muscle strain he got on 22 Jan and his first match back on 23 February and so his stats are negative -22% purely at moment because of that and with season stopped soon after, but will resume this Saturday 13 June. Luiz Felipe not playing constantly but still has a +7.1% and Lazio also have a higher cap than Villarreal who resume 24 June It's coming back, It's coming back, Football's coming back! 😀

RSCA: YOUTH ACADEMY "NEERPEDE" Last football season you already met some youngsters. I am very curious about the next season and their development. Certain players who impress this season, such as Jérémy Doku and Marco Kana who are already linked with some teams, but will just stay and continue their development at RSC Anderlecht. Killian Sardella and Antoine Colassin were less in the spotlight, but both still have enormous potential. It is looking forward to the next season of both players. Albert Sambi Lokonga and Yari Verschaeren are both players who have played at RSC Anderlecht for 2 seasons and also have a lot of talent. For both players, 1 injury put their development on hold for a while. Sambi Lokonga is back in shape for a long time and now faces a season where he should be able to confirm and be ready for a step forward after this season (20 '- 21'). Yari Verschaeren just got out of injury before these lockdowns were used in Belgium. Francis Amuzu is a slow grower towards other players, but Amuzu is slowly becoming a decisive player. Sieben Dewaele would then be allowed to leave again, possibly on loan. Who are the next players to keep an eye on.. ? These are 2 defenders, 3 midfielders and 1 attacker who knock on the door at RSC Anderlecht. It also bought Ilias Takidine from KRC Genk very recently, a 19-year-old winger, who will first grow at -21. Three of the defenders are 17-year-old Nayel Mehssatou, 16-year-old Zeno Debast. Mehssatou is a right defender who still has to choose between Chile and Belgium. He was allowed to participate a lot in the u21 of RSC Anderlecht, so there is a chance that Mehssatou can be part of the A-core. Zeno Debast is a very talented central defender, who is already wanted by Internazionale, but Debast wants to break through at RSC Anderlecht. The 3 midfielders are 16-year-old Roméo Lavia, 16-year-old Kristian Arnstad and 17-year-old Nils De Wilde. Lavia is a defensive midfielder and very promising. However, 1 problem appears. Liverpool FC has been chasing Lavia for months, but RSC Anderlecht are working very hard to keep him. At the moment rumours are that he will just stay. Arnstad, on the other hand, is a central midfielder who comes from Norway, but already makes a big impression with the u21 of RSC Anderlecht. He may only knock on the door after half a year, but keep an eye on this player. Nils De Wilde is an attacking midfielder who may be added to the A-core, his creativity and technique are quite good. Then 1 player remains and that is the attacker Mohammed Yaya Guindo who is probably still too young for some opportunities next season. However, his story is unique. 2 years ago, Yaya Guindo was not yet a footballer. The biggest talent is still to wait, because Mario Stroeykens (midfielder) is only 15 years old. He is considered even a higher talent than Jérémy Doku. So there is still a lot to come at RSC Anderlecht and possibly next season you will meet players such as Nils De Wilde or others. Luca Monticelli is also very young and a bright future is predicted. Simion Michez is another 18 years old winger who also recently signed a pro contract.
