    A Tribute to WC 10000

Re: A Tribute to WC 10000 Big night in Tribute A big night for many clubs in this setup, especially for those who play decisive matches (relegation/promotion zone). I am looking forward to see in what division my team will play next season. Big match against leaders Roma and curious about Arsenal's game against Sporting. This was my best season in SM in many many years, it is wonderful playing along competitive and friendly managers. Hope next season will be greater and more interesting. Good luck to all! Galatasaray's manager Mark M.

    Official Serie A Thread

Re: The Official Serie A Thread Rumour time: Napoli have reportedly made Schalke a 20m offer for Farfan. Pretty hefty fee, no idea if it's true or if he's worth that much. Think the reports came from Peru though. And that's a pretty hefty amount of the 40-50m De Laurentiis seemingly has promised Benitez/Bigon. Bigon is also reportedly set to have talks with Porto about Fernando, who looks likely to leave in January with heavy interest throughout Serie A for him. Cagliari's sporting director admits heavy interest in his client from Juventus and Inter, but also Roma and that he's open to moving his client on to bigger and better things, and that Cagliari are willing to at least look over any offer of cash and/or players. Kovacic is being linked away from Inter on loan in January, as Inter continue to be linked with midfielders and he's behind in the pecking order already. Spezia, an ambitious Serie B team are looking at Atalanta's young striker, De Luca. Spezia currently sit 8th and currently have are one of the lowest goal scoring teams in the league. De Luca has currently made 1 start and 3 sub appearances for Atalanta. Napoli have joined the cue of interested Serie A clubs in Udinese's Gabriel Silva. Udinese's current Left Wing back has started 13 games this season and some solid performances have interested Napoli, Inter and Juventus. Juventus have reportedly had scouts at Villa games this season, as they target Benteke, who recently signed his new contract at Villa over the summer and is heavily linked away, most likely to move in the summer. Former Napoli midfielder Sosa has been targeted by Catania, who are in desperate need of just about anyone with a bit of talent, as they sit dead last with the worst attack and defense in the league. And their president claimed they got better over the summer even with their sales... Although they do only sit 3 points off 16th. Napoli, who love Udinese players, are tracking Udinese CB Herteaux. Udinese, sporting the 3rd worst attack in the league and sit 13th, have only conceded 2 more goals than current 3rd place team Napoli, and Herteaux has been an ever present at the back. Their defense and defensive mid's are quite talented, but when the only players scoring are Muriel and Di Natale and they have 3 and 4 goals respectively... Herteaux currently sits as their 3rd highest goal scorer. Inter are linked with a fair few fullbacks, and are also linked again with now Zenit fullback, Ansaldi, who would cost around 10m. Inter are also linked with Juventus forward, Vucinic, who's being linked away to the EPL. Napoli are still heavily interested in Marseille's N'Koulou for the defense as Bigon has continued to have him watched. Lazio are being linked with a 2m bid for Albanian U-21 International midfielder, Ergys Kace, currently of Paok. Galatasaray are linked with Genoa's Lodi, also tracked by Fiorentina, Lazio and Torino. The wicked free kick maestro has played 8 games this season, scoring 2 goals. Milan are also interested in the midfielder, however Genoa still want Niang. So Berbatov is again available, and is of interest from Fiorentina and Juventus still, despite what played out over the summer, and is also attracting interest from Lazio and Inter, however his agent claims he wants to stay in the EPL. Not shocking but Parma are interested in 4th division striker, Ameth Fall, currently on loan from Catania at Rimini, with 3 goals in 14 appearances. Rudi Garcia has set his sights on Capoue, now of Tottenham, as one of Roma's main targets, either in January or in the Summer. Barcelona are reportedly interested in Guarin, who I must admit has been performing pretty well as of late and finally consistently too. Unlike him. Inter are reportedly interested in City's injured forward, Jovetic, according to Di Marzio. Genoa are interested in re-signing former Left Back Criscito, who left them 2 years ago to Zenit. Cannavaro's agent claims that Inter and Napoli had an agreement for Cannavaro to leave for Inter in the summer, but then pulled out and that Benitez simply doesn't see his potential (that he had about 3 years ago) and he doesn't suit Benitez's style. Chelsea are reportedly setting aside 25m to sign Roma midfielder, De Rossi, but it's likely Roma and De Rossi would reject the move as De Rossi wants to end his career at Roma. Reina is again heavily linked with a move to Barcelona. Thohir has reportedly claimed Mazzarri has asked him to sign a striker in January. Seems that Barbara has had talks with Sean Sogliano, Hellas Verona's sporting director to replace Braida who looks likely to leave in the summer. Other alternatives for the position include Fiorentina director Daniele Prade and Juventus’s Fabio Paratici. Berlusconi looks to try to attempt to bring Pirlo back to Milan. Roma are still favorites to sign Torino's D'Ambrosio. Roma set to go head to head with Manchester United for Ghoulam. Roma and Julio Sergio have come to terms to terminate his contract before it ran out on June 30th of next year. The Brazilian was at Roma for 7 years, making 72 appearances for the club and did have a short spell last season at Lecce on loan. Gianluca Di Marzio believes Inter want an upgrade to in form Jonathan, and believe they're again looking at PSG's Van Der Wiel. Inter are reportedly interested in signing Roma's Marquinho to replace Kuzmanovic, however his agent has claimed he knows nothing of the interest. Chelsea are linked with Ranocchia. Napoli are linked with Barcelona midfielder, Song, as they continue to look for a DM. PSG have closed the door on allowing Lavezzi to leave, so Inter and Juventus are now asking about Lucas. Radosevic has been linked with a permanent move to Russia. I truly hope we don't sell him, though if we get a midfielder, a loan move even to Serie B would be great for him.

Re: Official Red Devils Thread David Moyes and Roberto Martinez go to the post match press conference and a journalist asks Moyes "So David another Dissapointing night what's your thoughts is it all over?" Moyes replies "no not at all I firmly believe in this group and I am certain we can still go on and win the Premier League" Roberto Martinez then gets addressed by a journalist... "Roberto a magnificent victory, how will you celebrate?" " I am going to go home pick up Kelly Brook and Scarlett Johansoson and have the best threesome of my entire life" After a short shocked silence one journalist pipes up and says "Wow Roberto you have such a good imagination" To which Roberto points at Moyes and says "well he started it" :p:p

    A Tribute to WC 10000

Re: A Tribute to WC 10000 Lyon needed at least a point tonight vs Bayern Munchen to avoid the drop. And what a game it turned out to be. Both sides were almost tied in all match stats but Negredo managed to put one past Neuer in the 51st minute making it 1-0. Shortly after that Bayern made some changes in the team and started pushing, but Handanovic had a superb night and was equal to all attempts. Perfect match to step up your game Samir! I know I've given him a rough time during the season but keeping a clean sheet tonight saved the entire season for us! In the end Negredo was voted MoM for his match winning goal and we finished 8th! Congratz to Dortmund and Roma for winning their respective divisions. And also to Galatasaray for getting promoted to div.1, nice achievement, looking forward to playing you in div.1 next season! Also my condolences to the ones getting relegated, and in particular to The Treble 1999 who was sooo close to pulling a miracle and saving Lazio from the drop. Took over when the club was practically doomed already with only 6 games remaining of the season, but managed to win 5 of those 6 and finished on same points as 11th Barcelona, but the goal difference the previous manager had left you was simply too awful and it's what in the end got you relegated. Either way I am impressed and I think you might be one of the contenders for promotion next season.

    The Little League

Re: The Little League After a scoreless draw against Bayern. Decided to change it to the attacking formation of 3-5-2 with a Normal mentality. Mathieu, Arteta and Di Maria have been dropped out of the squad though to lack of fitness, Dede, Honda and Agger has been dropped to the bench. Godin, Moutinho, Srna, Farfan, Podolski, Giroud have been promoted from the bench. In three league games we have won twice and drawn once. The most scored by any team in one of those games is 1 (1-0, 1-0, 1-1). We can move up to 6th tonight with a win but can drop down to 9th with a loss while Napoli can move 2nd tonight with a win and down to 5th with a defeat Squad for tonight's game Lloris Walker Godin Feilpe Moutinho Srna Farfan Podolski Turan Benzema Giroud Bench: Kerzhakov, Ayew, Agger, Dede, Honda, Dembele, Poli

    Official Liverpool Thread

Re: Official Liverpool Thread I have to eat my own words - I said he wasn't worth more than the £40m minimum you wanted for Suarez (mainly due to baggage) but this season he has been outstanding. All 4 goals today has something special about them. It was the third that stood out, what composure, technique, skill - we have seen Le Tissier's similar goal year on year but tonight's goal will replace it. I still think a Real or even City (however unlikely) will tempt him away, but he, with Aguero are the two stand out players in this league and Rodgers did fantastically keeping hold of him. There's only a handful of players that can pretty much win games on their own (Ronaldo, Messi, Falcao, Ibra, Ribery & Aguero) and Suarez is certainly one of them. Words well & truly eaten & hats off to the man.

Respuesta: English Championship 7046 Discussion Thread With the fixed target. The Gillingham is making its way into the Divisón 4. Today we won a key game that makes us go up to Rank 7 in the standings, and we can be just one point in the playoff zone. Today we won 4-1 against a Leyton Orient who used many substitutes. A great victory for the team, gives us a lot to keep trying to fulfill our objective set at the beginning of the season. The next match will be against Burton Albion.

Today marks a special day in the career of Dominic Latouche , He is managing his 400th game in charge of Fulham today. Ever since coming in years ago as a punk novice who famously claimed he is the ''Special one'' many years ago before lifting Fulhams doom and gloom after Rob's Walshe's terrible stint at Fulham. He is regarded as one of the finest ever managers to grace the game and Fulham fans feel fortunate to have him here after 2 major approaches. He has talked about the occasion today.

    Buy, Sell or Keep Thread?

Re: Buy, Sell or Keep Thread? I would certainly keep him for the time being. I remember hearing a few years ago that he was on everyone's radar and ended up at Lille. He seemed to stall for a year but he's getting playing time at present and Lille are playing fantastically. He was unbelievable during his loan (albeit in the second division in Belgium) and signs are looking good.

    The Joke Thread

Re: The Joke Thread Jesus was worried about the drug epidemic plaguing the world. In an effort to solve this dilemma, he decided that a few apostles would return to earth and fetch a sample of each drug, so they could understand what these substances did. Two days after the operation is implemented, the disciples begin to return. Jesus, waiting at the door, lets in each disciple: "Who is it?" "It's Mark" Jesus opens the door. "What did you bring Mark?" "Marijuana from Colombia" "Very well son, come in." Another soft knock is heard. "Who is it?" "It's Matthew" Jesus opens the door. "What did you bring Matthew?" "Cocaine from Bolivia" "Very well son, come in." At the next knock Jesus asks, "Who is it?" "It's John" Jesus opens the door. "What did you bring John?" "Crack from New York" "Very well son, come in." Someone starts pounding on the door. "Who is it?" "It's Judas" Jesus opens the door. "What did you bring Judas?" "FREEZE! THIS IS THE FBI!"

    Help With Deal(s) Thread...

Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... I bet' date=' in 2 years or so, Lukaku will have at least the same rating as Balotelli. The Italian hasn't got the attitude, that a top footballer should have. He often looks like he doesn't want to be on the pitch. As for Lukaku, I'm almost positive he'll be one of the best strikers in the World, long term wise. Therefore, I'd pick the Belgian. This is a very difficult one. If I had to choose, I'd go for Draxler. I feel he'll move to a better club, in the near future. I'd get / keep the players in bold' date=' mate. Were you offered 20 million for Thorgan Hazard? If that's the case, accept it, mate! I wouldn't sell Casemiro and Fabinho. They have quality, especially the Real Madrid midfielder.
