  1. Re: EC Anno Domini - the invaded‏ Now that we are past the halfway stage of the season, it's time to see who is failing miserably with their clubs and how the start of the season odds compare. Div1 Title seems to be between Stoke, Lazio, Chelsea and Spurs with Arsenal and Man City still able to put in a late run. Spurs wont win it because they have already won the cup, well done , Fluffy, and it's impossible to think he can win 2 competitions in one season. Stoke are the surprise package and are still leading the pack, time will tell if they can keep the big guys at bay. The relegation battle is a bit more clearcut with Palace and West ham not bothering with the aim of taking 3 points from each match. Liverpool are the club that shouldn't be there, fighting it out with Southampton, Everton, Sunderland and Roma need to end a poor run of form if they want to keep out of it. ARSENAL - Son of Pluto 5/2 CHELSEA - Dr Sean Fitz 2/1 LIVERPOOL - Garry Crawford 3/1 EVERTON - Niall Taylor 6/1 MAN CITY - Noisy 6/4 NEWCASTLE - Shack 6/1 TOTTENHAM - Fluffy 3/1 C.PALACE - Chris Share 66/1 WEST HAM - Ashley Holtom 33/1 SOUTHAMPTON - Cesc Basnandez 16/1 SUNDERLAND - Pippo 09 12/1 STOKE - Ruts 66 12/1 LAZIO - Preppens 8/1 ROMA - Tom Kempsford 6/4

    SM Hall of Greatest Shame!

SM HALL OF GREATEST SHAME! This thread is dedicated to all what is wrong with SM. It is posted in the player ratings section due to that area being its primary embarrassment but is open to all act's of shamefulness in other areas of the game. Feel free to nominate acts of shamefulness by SM and I will decide if they are worthy of making the list of SM's Greatest shame. Please note nominations like a player who has say 2000 minutes but hasn't had a review will not make they list as there would be far to many as its sadly not uncommon. To start things off I nominate Oscar Cordoba. Despite being Retired for the past 5 years, it appears SM not worried by the accuracy of their player database turned two blind eyes to the legend and kindly made him available to the SM community to use as they wish in this period of time as a nailed on 88. Some say he was an easter egg planted by SM others that SM and by extension SW's ineptness was to blame but whatever the reason I'm sure we can all agree he was a true servant of the game. All good things must come to an end though and despite his seemingly retirement defying evasiveness SM has finally brought down the curtain on his SM career. How long he could have played on for if it hadn't been brought to their attention nobody knows, but one thing is certain his legendary exploits will never be forgotten. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SM HALL OF GREATEST SHAME! List is in order of being added. Star system: based on seriousness of affecting the game * 1 Star.............SM What went Wrong? ** 2 Stars.........SM are you even trying? *** 3 Stars.......SM you don't know what you're doing! **** 4 Stars.....SM please let monkeys take over before its too late! ***** 5 Stars....SM you're fired! 1 Oscar Cordoba - 5 years retired yet remained an 88 on the database.***** 2 Philip Max - Added at 87 then retiring a week later after SM realise they added him to high*** 3 Jorge Daniel Martínez - Retired from game at the age of 41 rated 90 in 2014 whilst at his newly transferred to SM club CA Acassuo. Last played in real life 2009/10 for Platense. ***** 4 Lucas Lima - Rated 78 on SW but rated 77 or 78 on SM depending on what GW you happen to be in. ** 5 Transfer page and Player transfer history not showing the same transfer values** 6 Paolo Guerrero (Corinthians) had photo of him on player profile replaced for someone who wasn't him.* 7 Kevin Friesenbichler (Benfica) had photo of him on player profile replaced for someone who wasn't him.* etc

  7. Re: Anything and Everything on SM Development The match engine was meant to be worked on, has this happened? I lost 7 out of my 12 matches tonight, all times I had the stronger team with more possession, shots on target but guess what? My keeper received 5 or less each time, with their keeper receiving motm. Each time their total shots on target resulted in a goal each time. Pathetic sm. I can accept one or two results lik this out if 12 but 7 out of 12. Unacceptable.

  13. Re: Vast improvement of Soccerwiki needed After many months of inactivity this is very welcome. Do you know who is doing the reviews? Is it a permanent thing or will it fizzle out as it has done so many times in the past? You have posted this on the 'Vast improvement of Soccerwiki needed' thread, does this mean SW is playing a part? You have explained its not you admins, are there other resources at SW? There has recently been several threads discussing this that have had a Dev on them, cant believe the ratings procedure is such a secret and no communication is forthcoming.

  20. Re: EC Anno Domini - the invaded‏ Div 3 The wonderful variety of Div 3 is showing up a manager or two. Millwall are quite rightly sitting at the top with Blackpool, Viking and Leeds hoping for 2nd place. A big gap then follows and anyone from 5th-9th place can claim a play off spot. At the bottom, the 3 low rated clubs Guiseley, Hereford and Telford, find themselves with unwanted company of Birmingham and Portsmouth who really must do better by the end of the season. CHESTER - Jon Wiggins 16/1 BIRMINGHAM - Stephen Thompson 5/2 GATESHEAD - John Harman 12/1 BLACKPOOL - Warren Livesey 3/1 LEEDS - AJB 5/4 AFC TELFORD - Gorbash 66/1 PORTSMOUTH - Gozzy 10/1 GUISELEY - Hannah 50/1 MILLWALL - Longnose 5/4 HEREFORD - Smut 50/1 VIKING FC - Lenny 59 3/1 WHITEHAWK - Nick Justice 33/1 DYNAMO DRESDEN - Stewart Lauder 6/1 AACHEN - Sean Mcevoy 25/1

    FIFA 15 Official Thread

Re: FIFA 15 Official Thread There is a bit glitch at the moment where All Attribute +10 cards are selling for 250BIN. They seem to last for 10-15mins then sell out, then re-stock 30mins or so later. A lot of competition on buying them at the moment, but ive snapped up 270 of them, should sell for 1k+ in a month or so. So if you got the patience, easy money. EDIT: Think they sell for around 500 now anyway, so still double money instantly.

Army United FC were founded in 1964 and play their home games at Thai Army Sports Stadium in Bangkok. Hi Guys !! Proud to manage the Army United. We are 5 points from the 'top' of the table. Cant be recruiting any new 'old-sters'. So have to rely on the current batch. Thierry HENRY will be the club's captain. :D Good Luck to us!

  30. Re: Premier League Discussion Thread I'm really surprised by your above statement after seeing your earlier replies to people, they seem to be so full of anger and hate. I think that is what got peoples backs up and made them attack your views/reasons as to why you changed teams. If you had gone about things differently and not lashed out so spitefully towards people i dare say the majority wouldn't of cared.

  31. Re: Premier League Discussion Thread I wasn't even aware of how intense the rivalry was lol I wasn't brought up in the culture of football fandom so how could I know?? And now I get everyone after me and bashing me about something I didn't even understand at the time. Tbh still don't understand that well. When I supported Tottenham cursorily, I just wanted to see them play pretty football. Didn't care that much about winning. Now I actually like to see my team win. What's more funny though is people making this a big deal. It's like if you smiled at a girl when you were 8 years old, everyone around you telling you that's rape. Wut? The sheer demonization on this thread is very strong. If these guys were teenage girls, they'd be the biggest drama queens, and would literally yell rape at every guy trying to talk to them. Mean girls anyone?

  33. Re: The New Players Thread Well to be fair your both kinda right. According to Soccerway he has 9 apps (4 starts/5 subs) for Start out of 26 league games played so far this season, so no he has not been a regular starter in the team when looking at the duration of the season. But on closer inspection it appears he has actually started the last 3 games in a row, so looks like he is becoming a regular starter. Very impressive for a 16yr old to get so much game time esp in defence - i'm going to keep my eye on him.

  36. Re: Do you have any idea how to counter 3-5-2 please? my last game was particularly satisfying for the amateur tactician in me okay im actually gonna try to provide some tactical analysis but first let's look at the MR, then we will discuss:p My noob analysis: their attacking threat was restricted to lumping long high balls to the flanks. it meant that my wingbacks had just to sit deep, without pushing high and wide, unless i wanted them to expose the space behind my wingbacks on the counter attack. they were relying too heavily on the counter-attack, but we dominated with ball possession and creating chances, slowing down the pace of the game and holding onto the ball for long periods.
