  1. I have created many gameworlds, many successful ones and some which hit the rock. But there was one particular gameworld which was very close to my heart. That one started with the name of Rerum Natura then went on to be launched again as In Vetulum. I have analyzed and thought about the gameworld and it's flaws. This time around when I finally decided to relaunch the gameworld I pledged to offer something to the people in forum which was never seen before. So I present with you my gameworld In all fairness the real fun in playing Soccermanager manager lies in the fact that you develop your team from a scratch and lead them to glory. EPIC will focus on making Soccermanager experience as realistic as possible. The Overview EPIC talks about a story of some midtable teams who over years have been always shadowed by stronger teams in their division, and also the team who have never had the honor of glory in the history of their existence. Such teams where teamed up and offered such one chance to attain stardom in a stage called The Epic. The Concept The EPIC offers two roles to be played. To participate in the gameworld you either enroll as a owner or a manager. Now what does this mean The Owner - The Owners will be the ones who would invest credits to buy a club. The Owner will have complete say on the functioning of the club. The Owner has a freedom to appoint a manager for the club. All the bonus and earning of the club will be the owner's share. The Owner will also have the power to sack and appoint managers. The Manager - The Manager will the one who will be appointed by the owner for the managing of his/her club. The manager will be given a contract and wages by the owner. A manager will be the one deciding the tactics etc of the club. The gameworld will be of two division with 8 teams in each division. The team in the first Division will be the Main Teams while team in the second team will be the Reserve Teams. The motive of the gameworld is to shoot your teams to glory. Simple as it sounds. Choosing a Manager The Managers will be appointed on a agreement between the Owner and the Manager. The agreed contract must be submitted to the board prior to the appointment. The contract may have release clause, sacking clause, expectation clause etc. The contract must have a period of agreement and the decided wage. The Teams (Main-Reserve) Tottenham Hotspur - Nottingham Forest Everton - Derby County AC Milan - Bologna FC AS Roma - AC Cesena Atletico Madrid - CA Osasuna Valencia CF - SD Eibar FC Schalke 04 - Fortuna Düsseldorf Bayer Leverkusen - TSV 1860 München Squad Rules Main Team Squad Cap - None Rating Cap - None Age Cap - None Budget - 30 Million Each Season Additional - The Main team if relegated will have a budget of 10 mil for the next season. Reserve Team Squad Cap - 30 Rating Cap - 87 Age Cap - None Budget - 10 Million Each Season Additional Rules - The Reserve team if promoted will get 3 players rated 88,89 and 90. The price of these players will be cut from the total budget. The budget for reserve team will be increased to 30 mil for the next seaon after promotion. 5. Re: English Championship 7777 - Discussion Thread Bolton extend the unbeaten streak to eleven with a hard fought 2-1 win over Swindon, Smolinkov put Swindon ahead and they lead at the half-time, Bolton showed more purpose in the second half and goals from Keissling & Fernandino earned the win, good game buddy. Eight wins and three draws is a great way to start the season, lets see how far we could take this streak. Resting up the main side for the cup game against Hereford next to let everyone get back to full fitness, tbh I think I would prefer if we got put out of that as it is just a distraction as we already have Sobis out injures for a few weeks from a non-league game.

  6. Re: English Championship 7046 Discussion Thread Birmingham pretty decent form continued tonight. The second and final part to the genius plan to send Aldershot come tumbling back down to earth was accomplished tonight... I was pretty confident I could snatch a win tonight, but didn't expect such a convincing win as this but to be honest I'm not too surprised. Suppose the Mourinho wannabe will be complaining about bad refereeing decisions? lol Happy to see both of my strikers score, but the pleasing highlight was Taarabt scoring his second goal in 2 games. Otamendi also back from injury after missing for over 3 weeks and was solid as ever with Marcelo and Vidic. That's now 3 wins in a row scoring 12 goals, and we now climb up to 9th place just 4 points short of a playoff spot. 11 points short of 1st place West Ham with 13 games left. We are now the team most on form in div 3 / joint 2nd in all divisions...just thought I'd add this bit of info... We face 2nd placed Gillingham next week....

    Help With Deal(s) Thread...

Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... A couple of honourable mentions maybe not in the next changes but perhaps by the season ends would possibly be Chiriches and De Sciglio Solely dependent on who you are able to purchase with the 15m. If you are able to bring in a top young talent then I would do the deal' date=' without knowing who is available it is a difficult deal to gauge.[/font']

  8. Re: Official Liverpool Thread Hodgson had about 4 quid to spend and did very poorly and made bad decisions at almost every turn. Dalglish had about a hundred million quid to spend, most of that went up the wall via his very small dong and then he made poor decision after poor decision to go with it. But he's Kenny, it's fine. It's like when you're best player is a massive racist, you let it go, it's okay, it's a misunderstanding and all that noise. Rodgers is the best manager they've had in some time. Still not sure if he's any good though. Whether it's him or this so called "transfer committee" on that whole situation I don't know. But it's down to him with his team picking. To think how much money they have spent on defenders though. Back 5 including goalkeeper, unless you're signing world class the lot costs £50million tops 'cos it ain't about a single man. Utter mess of a back 5 though. Loads of them. Just gash.

To be fair,Chelsea were poor in the last 15mins,I don't think Pool were playing with confidence, but we couldn't keep the ball. All it takes is a pen, lucky goal,or o.g,a little weakness in us,we had control, but started kicking the ball away,we did the same at City and Man U and got caught out.

  11. Re: The 4 Nation Challenge v.2 I shouldnt worry about it mate. The forum has a care in the community program that allows a percentage of "special" individuals to join. These "special" people have limited intelligence, some find reading very difficult. So dont worry mate - i personally like having you "special" people around. Its cute, if i could ruffle yer hair ya little scamp i would. Now go on, off you go, go play

    General Cheating Report Link

Re: General Cheating Report Link SM couldn't care a less about cheating has that not been realised yet? It used to be much easier to report and action was more consistent whilst we the CUSTOMER were not lied to and lead to believe report tickets were being created when in fact they are not always now. All that has happened with each addition recently is that cheating is being more and more enabled. By the way I for one don't appreciate being lied to with the misleading action re. tickets and illegal transfers, it's nothing short of disgusting misleading a paying customer. I can't remember the last improvement of any substance. It's a business though at the end of day and focused purely on money making hence the preoccupation with aesthetics and app-related stuff trying to appeal to the brain-dead masses impressed with bright colours and anything a click away on a smart phone. Clever approach for now focusing on the ££££ but the irony is that the apathy shown to its customers and cheating will no doubt effect revenue as more people like myself and my friends refuse to renew memberships or invest another penny until drastic improvements are made to how they deal with such a flawed, important aspect. I suspect our voices won't be noticed on here however that's why I let my wallet do the talking.

  20. Re: The Official Financial Fair Play Gameworld Thread These two deals, along with the sales of Bravo and Pereira, saw my transfer budget increase to a nice amount of £66.4M. Others will have a lot more to spend, but I, luckily, have a very talented squad at my disposal so I don't need to go too overboard with my spending. However, that doesn't mean I'll just let it sit there until next season My first bit of incoming business sees my meet the following rule: There were plenty of options here, some being cheaper and others being more expensive, but I opted to go for Carvalho in the end, as, IMO, he's the best and perhaps most promising out of the lot (in the 89+ U23 category). I think everyone knows his potential and how he's destined to end up at a larger club most likely sooner rather than later, so I'm very happy with that and was praying nobody came in with a last minute bid (hence why I went £500k over C/V). I have a lot of higher rated midfield players, but I'll be sure to give Carvalho a decent amount of game time this season. Next up is... There's no strings attached with this one really. I've brought Icardi in on my own doing, as opposed to him meeting a rule of mine, and he'll be a good backup forward that will likely be used in the cups and in the CL. He's had a good start to the season IRL and at just 21 I'm very happy to be bringing him in for so little. Finally (for the time being), I've sort of gone ahead and completed a future rule because of the demand I knew this player would be in from the get go (hence the near chairmans max offer): Hopefully Gozzy will see the post about no p/e in time and this deal will go through without any complications, but yes; providing all goes well then Cuadrado should be a Barcelona player. As I said, I knew even before this setup was created that Cuadrado would in demand, so I bit the bullet and chucked in this offer once I knew I could afford to following accepted bids on my players and hoped for the best. He's the best RB at external and certainly the best value for money replacement I could get for Alves without having to pay more than £25M, so all is good. That, of course, means that Alves will be leaving, whether that be to an internal club or an external club. It'd make no sense to have three 91+ RB's at the club, so Alves will be the fund raiser. I'll go around asking all the English clubs if they wish to buy him once everything is sorted out. I'm very happy with our first lot of dealings. Following the deduction of these three transfers from the transfer budget, I am left with £22.5M to play with. Hopefully that will be used up today, but we'll see
