  1. Re: The Official Financial Fair Play Gameworld Thread For the love of god Ben will you stop already. Di Maria is not the problem...who cares where he goes...the problem is your divine ego and manipulation of the rules to ensure your success and you could not even get that right. From the first moment this game came into being you have set the structure for your success. We discussed at the very start that you had got the budgets wrong on Chelsea and United (amongst others) but you got them dead right...not because you don't like me, I had nothing to do with it, but because Chelsea had the po

  2. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... I like both but I feel Koke is slightly overhyped. De Bruyne has done great this season and with Belgium's current golden generation I dont feel Koke has an edge regarding NT football either. Another great season at Wolfsburg (who as you know will be in CL too next year) should earn him a move to a top team. A team that will play him this time

  4. Re: The Official Financial Fair Play Gameworld Thread After a combination of not having time to get on a computer and talking to other managers I am able to script my response to the matter. I have kept my reading of the above and newsfeed posting to a minimal though. Ben this whole situation is farcical. I have 4 major complaints with this whole scenario. The first is issues Ive mentioned before that have yet to be adequately addressed and the following 3 are instances where I feel there has been misconduct by yourself. 1) Di Maria is my asset. This is the key problem here. Had Madrid

  5. Ladies and Gentleman...... Welcome to Reality Check V3.0 Its been over a year since V2 ended and Myself and Ashtini thought it was time it made a return to the scene with new additions in store. So whats changed then................ Firstly we have put a end to the old 3 Divisions of 8 as 24 teams and 3 Divisions was too much to run last time, this time we will run 2 Divisions of 10. Secondly we will also be implementing a basic structure on wage budgets by league position finishes which will come into play as of SEASON 2 so its in your clubs best interests to finish in the best position

  7. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... Jantschke' date=' Caceres, Paulo Oliveira, Veltman. Caceres should drop. Cat > Dog xD. Luis Suarez. Tony Jantschke. Piszczek + Adrian Marin. Thiago > Rakitic > Isco > Gundogan. None of them will rise, but Rakitic is the closest one. Griezmann > Pedro > Willian. Griezmann should be 92. He's absolute class. Sergio Aguero. Jorge Koke. He will be higher rated than De Bruyne in the future. Kwadwo Asamoah

  8. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... Definitely Aguero' date=' far superior player Personally I'm a big fan of Koke, he's been superb for Atletico. One of those players that goes about his game in a less spectacular fashion, muck like Xavi just with added tenacity. I'm still unsure of De Bruyne, but he seems to earn rave reviews. My preference would be Koke as I can easily see him one day playing for Barca.

  12. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... Isco and Rakitic are more likely to rise, Isco should rise to 92, Rakitic may rise to 93, especially if Barcelona win the treble. Thiago probably won't rise, perhaps due to his injury history. Of the second group of players, I'd go with Griezmann. A guaranteed rise to 92. Willian is quite likely but not guaranteed. Pedro will stay at 92.

  13. Re: The Official Financial Fair Play Gameworld Thread Ben, You probably don't want to hear (or see) my name mentioned too many times in the (near) future, and that is perfectly understandable, but I do want to give my two cents about, what I consider has been one of the most successful game worlds to date, before "leaving you be". From our point of view (with "our", I mean all the managers that participated in FFP), this would seem like a victory (being totally honest). It took a lot of revolting to break down what was seemingly an unbreakable barrier of bias-ness, but at the end of the day

  18. Re: The Official Financial Fair Play Gameworld Thread I think we should see the name of this setup. Financial Fair Play We've got financial aspect based on achievements, etc. The play and competition between all managers is interesting, the banter is fun. But there is one thing we never get for past 4 seasons,FAIRness. It's not about Ani (or anyone) who wants to take control the GW,it's not about a SINGLE Angel Di Maria case. I won't even care if it's only once and it's not even a transfer i'm involved in. There are a lot of talks happening before this season, before Di Maria case begin, befo

  28. Re: The Official Financial Fair Play Gameworld Thread At this point, I'll happily withdraw my bid on Dì Maria if as a result he goes to Bayern (meaning that the other three (or four?) managers withdraw their bid too). However, if that isn't the case, I'll keep pleading my case and make sure that Dì Maria does come to Roma. As for saying that he'd never come to a Div2 club, are you forgetting that the best player in game spent a whole season in Div2? Even mathematically your argument makes little to no sense - every team in this setup should be considered as equal in terms of grandeur, as if

  29. Re: English Premiership Rating Predictions Pretty much fully agree with pedro. I think he will keep his CB, i think he will get +1 to 86 and its very hard to predict but if he can make it at Everton 89/90 would be a likely peak.

    Help With Deal(s) Thread...

Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... Darmian needs a move to hit the 90s but if he secures one to a big club, he will be much more valuable than Jese who seems to be behind in the pecking order at Madrid. Unless of Real Madrid's new manager overhauls the squad and he suddenly becomes a starter

  37. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... I would go for James Rodriguez. Quality wise I cant argue for or against either as you cant go wrong either way. Neither should you choose James because he is at a bigger club at the moment because you can then argue that Reus plays for the German NT. However, I would choose James because Reus seems to be injury prone. A bit unlucky in that regard but still injury prone (missed about half Dortmund's games this year) so I would give James the edge right now. Though I really hope that his injuries wont affect his long term career.

  38. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... In real life id prefer Vidal, as i really love his playstyle, in sm though id go with Matic and javi. Matic has a good shot of getting to Vidal's rating already next season, and Javi for the moment should be safe at 92. Overall its a decent deal
