Bit of a farcical review so far. Unbelievable how Jesse Lingard's got an increase in rating above Ousmanne Dembele. Hopefully Anthony Martial gets his rating increase tomorrow at least, but at this rate it wouldn't be very surprising at all if he didn't. Imagine what rating Lingard would get if he was a star man at Barcelona 😆 Guendouzi to 83 is just ridiculous. He's come out of nowhere to play over 1500 minutes for Arsenal already this season, and recently has pretty much started every single game for them. He's also out performing a Granit Xhaka who's managing to keep hold of his 91. Mohamed Elneny couldn't lace his boots and maintains his 88 rating. Also, not that anyone will be particularly bothered but Dwight McNeil only maintaining his 70 rating despite 275 minutes at the time of his review at Burnley; whilst Ben Wilmot got an increase from 73 to 75 for 182 minutes at Watford just shows no logic whatsoever.

Watched worldwide football since the sixties and have said Pele, Super Leeds, 1966 WC and those days were the very best ever. It's a longtime to have this steadfast belief and then have it ruthlessly SMASHED in two Nights of sensational, unbelievable, incredible football. I have to change my mind and admit now after all these years, this the BEST TIME EVER to be watching football on this Planet. I also thank whoever made it possible at my time of life that I am still here to glory in every minute of those 2 incredible matches on 2 consecutive nights. Thank you to fate or whoever made it possible... SoccaVeryAPPY! 😂

I am so grateful for the predictions that you provide, Sir Rahul, I do not worry when the outcomes of few players do not go the way we want. If more people appreciated the fact that rating players as an art, not a science, they would be more content with the oddities that this game throws our way (as in real life). Keep up the good work, and know that your ongoing efforts are greatly valued by many of us here in the forums. Cheers The Madhatter. (Buying and selling based on forum predictions since 2008!)

Boateng and Hummels are not going to be starters while Sule and Lucas Hernandez can form a formidable partnership for years to come. I agree Robertson is playing very good, has more assists than many midfielders and Liverpool is in great form but still I'd go with Lucas. I'm still not convinced this team (Pool) will be unbreakable for years to come. No offense but it's my opinion and I'm going to stand by it.

Really good prospect 86 maybe 87 if he continues to impress & West Ham are clear of Relagation which they should be... Son, Isco, depay 3rd choice No Keita is still settling in at Liverpool. Liverpools midfield wasn't as good as usual last night v Bayern ( a bit disjointed and passes not as quick and accurate as usual) Keita was taken off in 2nd half. Having said that I think he will come good in time just like Fabinho who was great at Centre Back last night. Keita just. The Duo See above comment, YES very useful -------------------------------------------------------------------- There was also a mention of Upamecano which the Multiquote hasn't saved. He's had an injured knee since game 23rd January but it was hoped to return by end of February. Some other Injuries in Bundasliga I made notes on might be of interest:- Haidara also at Leipzig out since 31 October with ACL Knee ligaments due back End of March Dortmund: Akanji out since 18 December (Hamstring) due back this week : Reus Out since 5 Feb (Thigh Muscle Strain) was due back on 18 February. Bayern: Tolisso ACL Knee ligaments due back March 19th : Robben out since 2nd December (Hamstring) due back Feb 24 Monchengladbach: Hofmann out since Feb 10th (Ankle / Foot) due back Feb 23 : Ibrahima Traore out since 13th December (Thigh Muscle) due back April 29th Leverkuson: Retsos out since 29 November (Thigh Muscle Rupture) due back Feb 21 : L Bender out since 31 January (Thigh Muscle Strain) due back Feb 28 Eintracht Frankfurt: Almamy Toure out since 21st November (Thigh Muscle Strain) due back Feb 28

Immobile is Capped at 92 unless SM change it. Strakosha is a GK and SM are VERY HIT and MISS with GK's. I already have Strakosha so I'll buy Marusic first as the safest. Fortuna Wallace is teetering on the edge so I'll leave him teetering. Sir H has Acerbi for a +1 and I can't disagree but I prefer them the younger the better, as there isn't as much profit for older guys. Patric played 90mins on the 20 Oct but that was his first game since 26 Sep. I'll post more when I can, if it's of interest....

If Rosario doesn't move it might be next year before he's reviewed again unless he gets a random change some time. Long term he's worth keeping though. Definitely keep the others until the summer review at least. ... He's definitely got talent, but this is his breakthrough season and he's very young so bound to be a few mistakes there still. Could be proper top quality in a year or 2. Rakitic won't drop. Iniesta will get -2 at least, possibly -3. The rest are probably right. + 3 I'd say. As mentioned, they'll need a trophy. Don't think so, wages are weekly (2 SM weeks to 1 real week) and the cups are midweek in SM land. Think Salah +Torreira just edges it for me. Close though.

The Turkish review: an annihilation. Counted about 30+ droppers. Seems like they skipped six teams to get to Fenerbahce, and another eight to Besiktas. Usually they go by league table from the bottom. Guess they were itching to drop all those high rated guys.

With you for most of that but think you're off on a couple things. Totally agree that a players 'preffered' position/attributes have no effect whatsoever on their performances in game. Also with you that it's the higher rated team that will win you games the majority of time. It's nowhere near 90% of the time though imo. Formations still come into play and so do things like 'attacking down both flanks' if a team is playing a narrow formation for example. There's some great 'counter formations' that I've found over a number of years playing the game (still working on a bunch of them) and although you can't perform miracles by using them, they do increase your chances of getting points from games when your team is out matched

The interesting things here are that JB Larsen need not play any more minutes this season and his rise would be less but still maybe +5 as opposed to +7. Main reason being 75rated playing for a top team. Max Phillip on the edge(-0.1) & could be down to performance wether SM give him a rise depending also on minutes from now to the review. Similar with Dahoud. Sancho upwards seem pretty sure of deserving a rise I would have thought. Edit: I see Akanji has an injury thought to keep him out while 9Nov . If he's back then it will NOT STOP him getting a rise 🙂 I notice Maruis Wolf is in for a +1 in the first page of Sir Rahul's predictions. It's still so early for stats that if he played 180minutes in the next 2 matches his Safe rating would rise to +1.2. If he doesn't play then each game his rating will get worse, as he hasn't played since the 22nd of Sept 😟

Lo Celso & Fabian Ruiz Pavard Coman is injuried, Guedes not playing much. Brandt is in the shadow of Havertz. Under the best option for me. But, if you can trade Guedes for Havertz - don't hesitate! No. Stones Sell Gaya & Robertson - and buy Shaw & Robertson again. *if Valencia and Liverpool are external clubs. And if you think your competition will not steal Robertson. Ronaldo & Rodrygo.

Neymar has never been on the same level as Messi and Cr7, so he could not evolve so fast just to be part of a strong team scheme. VVD is by far the best defender in the world and one of the main reasons liverpool is champion of europe. I think it's okay for his accelerated evolution to be fair

The ability to loan out players is based on their rating, not position. Your chairman will not allow you to loan out any of your top 23 players (approx) on your squad based on their rating. Go to your squad page, sort by rating, (highest to lowest), and count own the list 23 or so players. Those are the ones, and those rated lower, who you should be able to loan out.

Depends on the other player. Kante might well have peaked at 94, but Saul is a couple of years away from getting the same rating, if he does. Of the two, ratings aside, I think Kante is the better player. No chance. Just gone up and Juve are running away with the league, half of the Juventus side will get rises, there's no reason for Pjanic to drop.

Too much of a gamble for me! Plenty of Barca youth talents never really amount to much Definitely duo Havertz is the better prospect there. For me that depends on what else you could get for your 30m. I'd say Pintor, but that may be because forwards always seem like better prospects. It's looking like he might make the first team before Centelles as well. Get Alcacer.

They’ve gone a bit overboard with the Liverpool ratings. Van Dijk 92 would have been satisfactory plus not sure what Salah got the 95 for. The defender rising from 91-93 but SM don’t rise likes of Alba, Kimmich, Koulibaly etc for long periods of time. Kimmich is one of Bayern’s best players. Just goes to prove that Soccer Manager believes the English Premiership to be the best in the world.
