  1. Re: Is reporting illeagal transfers broken? i've reported several cheating players over last few weeks and SM have done absolutely nothing about it - also, I dont get the e-mails i use to recieve to my mailbox anymore. This leaves me wondering if there is an actual problem with the cheating reporting system, or has SM just given up caring whatsoever. I'd like to know which, as I'm about to do my yearly review's on many gaming sites, and if SM really just doesn't care anymore, then I'll be sure to make sure everyone knows about it - also obviously I will have to look at how I play the game myself, as I cannot compete with the amount of cheating going on in some of my game worlds. I have worked very very hard to make some amazing teams, buying and selling players (risers) to created the income to make Charlton a top team in my game worlds, however, SM have now pumped up the wages on these players that i'm being forced to sell off players - so the game is penalizing me for putting in the effort and playing fair, meanwhile SM let's managers cheat all over the place (there not even being careful about it, in one of my game world, the guy's actually using the same name for his multi accounts!!!!). This use to be the best game on the internet, and i've had the deep sadness of watching it go from great, to good, to bad, and now it's getting close to the pit's really. Such a shame. I still love the game, but seems that SM dont actually love the game anymore The worst part is that once you allow cheating to go on, then people get more confident, and then others join in just to compete, and soon the whole thing get's beyond a joke - i've seen some game worlds totally ruined this way, and have quit them in the past, but now it's just prevalent all over, and SM do nothing - even when you take the time to do there job of investigating all the details for them, they still do nothing at all. Maybe my reviews this year should be on how to play SM in accordance to there current rules (ie: none), and just tell the whole gaming community that it's a total free ride, simply get an ip switcheroo, create as many game names as you like and completely rip the cr*p out of a game world and make it your own, as everyone else will just leave you to it anyway. totally gutted

  3. Re: Has SM stopped investigating cheaters? Firstly, your an idiot - cheats ruin game world, i've watched it a few times, and not i'm watching it happen a lot. Secondly - agree with everyone else in this thread - SM is letting the game go down the toilet. i've reported several cheating players over last few weeks and SM have done absolutely nothing about it - also, I dont get the e-mails i use to recieve to my mailbox anymore. Liga MX

Re: Liga MX your ratings last year were really good, are you planning on updating them soon as mexico will surely be due a review fairly soon?

  6. Re: Are player concerns ('lack of games') ruining your SM experience?
  7. did i miss something, i've trawled a few threads cant find it... did SM update the player concerns - why have all my players who have been happy with my rotation systems all of a sudden become unhappy. If SM have upped the play percentage rate for happy players then it's a joke, what is the point of buying the next best thing if you cant use rotation to bring them into your squad. i spend a lot of time and effort to make my squad's strong and full of quality, but i also like to develop the young players. when a player breaks the 90 mark your never sure if they will get that 'big move' and if they do will they flop, so you need to be able to have some rotation in your squad to keep more than just the first 11 happy, so that you can hang on to you marin's and gotze's who you've had since they were rated 75, and see if they develop sufficiently to make it worth selling vucinic etc... i currently work on a 20player system with rotation in each game, and fully utilising all my substitutions therefore every player get's over 50% play with top players getting more 1st team starts and the developing one's getting more off the bench. this worked fine, it ment you could not player hog as this was the upper limit of players you could keep happy, but it did mean you could develop the youngsters into your squad, or if they did not develop sufficiently you sell them off when they get userped by a new youngster (as walcott was by hazard for me in some squads). so why has SM ruined it.....? is it injury - is the update not taking into account injuries? i have noticed many of the unhappy players are the more injury prone ones. is it an increase in player's play percentage? if so then this is a mistake - this would be an example of SM bowing down to new players, those players that join the game, get upset becuase no-one will sell them messi and ronaldo in the first week regardless of there 65million pound bid (LMAO - and i know how common this is). SM should try listening to there long term players instead, as those who i talk too thnk that the players concernes since the improvement about a year ago, has been working fine.

  11. Re: The Future Of Football for GK - Ter Stegen, Ali alhamadi, thibout courtois - any of those will do you nicely for the next 20 years for rb - kelly at liverpool looks good, and obviously kyle walker lb is more tricky jordi alba if you can get him or jose enrique i know there all a bit obvious though so some less obvious ones...: gk gustavo muriel looks set to keep the no.1 spot at international in brazil daniel ward is worth picking up for 8-10k he'll get 75 next change. rb luiz danilo, carl jenkinson, stefan de vrij and flanagan (liverpool again) lb neil taylor, bruno cortes, nicolai boilsen, and a current star buy who will rise in next few days - nestor araujo 1 additional note - i'd advise getting wellington nem.... good luck with shrewsbury and your promo push.

    Cheating

We have a 'suspected' cheat in one of my game worlds (WC 1067 ). he made three dodgy transfer's between his club (liverpool) and Roma, then the manager (his alt account) quit roma. his fist attempt failed with SM reversing the transfer, but he then tried again, making a bid of 20mil (plus rubbish player) for vucinic. shalke knowing what was going on made a bid of over 40million for vucinic, but roma still accepted the liverpool bid. in the space of two days, they made three transfers, all of them very very favourable to liverpool - then the roma manager quit. HOWEVER, we are not able to report this.... SM report system keeps saying 'already reported'... but we all talk to each other and no-one know's who reported it, if indeed it's actually been reported. the old system at least you could report if from various difference managers, and SM had a better picture of what the problem was in THIS instance, schalke would have been able to advise that he made a bid TWICE that of the accepted liverpool bid - but becuase he couldn't report it SM DONT KNOW THIS. to make matters worse, to make it look less suspicious he also sold a couple of other roma players, leaving a once decent team with no good players and not enough money to replace them as it's a very competetive game world. IT IS A JOKE that SM dont allow multiple people to report cheating - as things are SM are only encouraging people to cheat. Even if this is ligitimate (which is highly improbable) the fact still remains that SM should allow multiple mangers to report and incident of cheating so that SM get a better over-view of the situation.
  15. Re: EPL Ratings well done mate, there are holes to be picked in some of your ratings, but at least you've had a go, and with positive feedback you can as you say in your own words refine the predictions and improve. to those who have nothing positive to say i say this 'until you do a better job, keep your negative attitude to those who care - the samaritans' keep up the good work bro.
  16. Re: De Jong or Khedira ? ''Mou does not do flops like you and your **** statements!'' LMAO - mou as you call him, numpty as i think of him creates flops, he turns potential stars into bench warmers for the sake of his own ego, he takes players who are blooming in there career, promises them big game success then uses them to warm his bench - i cannot stand the man. examples : scott parker, shaun wright phillips, glen johnson, pedro leon, sergio canales (at least he's had the decency to loan them out). he's willing to destroly players careers just to feed his ego for success, and i would not be at all surprised if this is what happens to sahin.
  17. Re: My predictions for some young players!!! lol La libelulle they seem pretty good predictions to me, maybe a little conservative, which is better than the many people who post the rises they 'hope' for instead of the more realistic one's anyway, the only one so far that is confirmed is Rodney Sneijder 76-79 WRONG, you were right it was wrong, as he go +4 / 80. i've had him since he was added to the DB. anyway, if your going to make a negative comment on someone elses work at least have the decency to say why, as for your comment 'dont ask me why' just makes your posting a joke. I hope his predictions continue to make you look as silly as your posting suggests you are.
  18. Re: Who I Should Keep? keep them all, that's a great crop of youth's and every single one of them will get rises in 1 or both of the next two reviews - some of them are possibly destined for greatness, but all of them are still on the rise. If you absolutely have to sell as you need money, then i know it sounds weird, but best thing to do is sell your highest rated player first, this increased the value of all the other players in that dept (def, mid, attk). alternatively Canales and Kelly have injury problems, and canales (who may/may not get a +1 next review) still generates large bids from many players. if it was my squad and i needed to sell some as desperate for cash, then i would sell these two for top dollar, but most of these players have a lot more profit still to be made on them. jordi alba probably wont rise much for a while now as he's a back up player at bayern, so unless someone picks up major injury at bayern he's probably topped out for a while. the dutch players are about to get reviewed so you can sell them as soon as they get there rises. sakho has an immense future in front of him - i'm having 35million offers refused regularly most of the players in that list, just look them up in the forum and you'll see they are widely talked about.
  19. Re: Bundesliga Ratings 2011/2012 (I) really, really very good work - lovely layout, i love the use of different size numbering to represent the lesser and the very slim chance possibilities. all i can say is thank you. I dont get German football on my TV package, and as i haven't lived there since 2002 you could say i'm out of date if you dont mind, i do have a question (or three:) : with the obvious exception of gotze who the whole world is very aware of, which of the under 90 rated risers would you say are worth keeping long term instead of just money spinning? i hear ter stegen is looking to be very good quality, but what about draxler? and anyone else you suggest should be kept long term? also, i see no rise for Mlapa - has he peeked already, or is that just because of the club he's at, and is there possibilty of him getting a 'big' move? if he's not likely to rise for a long while, i may sell him in my less financially stable club's before he get's 21 and drops a lot of value. your opinion would be invaluable, thank you.
  20. Re: English Premiership Rating Predictions 2011/2012 a bit surprised by W. Szczęsny 87-88/87, think he deserves more than that, should go 89 at least this time round and if he keeps his spot after the jan window then 90 on the next - he's already better than almunia ever was and he reached 90. same thing for ramsey (A. Ramsey 86-87/88), he's been one of there star performers, surely 89/88? oh, and Song wont drop to 90, if he keeps up his performances he'll get 92 by the end of season. i'm not an arsenal fan btw (charlton through and through), and i agree with most of your other ratings so far, just think/hope those one's are a bit under.
  21. Re: De Jong or Khedira ? this is exactly my point, de jong is out of favour at city, his violent tendancies are not appreciated - de jong is more likely to drop than rise if the current trend at city continues. khedira is a safe 91, and longer term a better prospect in my opinion. it will be interesting to see how jose implements sahin once he's fully fit as sahin likes to get forward, and that's currently a job split between ozil and kaka. i think sahin has been brought in as the long term replcement for alonso, not as a replcement for khedira. the reason khedira is getting less game time atm is becuase Lass needed some game time or he would have left, but i think khedira will see plenty of game time during the season and could end the season a 92 rated, and de jong could end the season 91 rated... however, it is always only speculation... i've outlined the reasoning behind my speculation - i hope it helps. personally i'd go for khedira, and i would also try to pick up M'vila as he is already a fixture in the national squad and as soon as he moves to a big club (which he will) he will go on to be a world class DM/CM. He even has a chance of doing a suarez... by that i mean exceeding the SM rating cap system, as i think Rennes is probably capped at 90, and there is a chance of m'vila getting a 91 while still at Rennes. His rated value on most websites is nearly 3x that the 2nd highest rated player in the rennes squad (Mangane, Kader - rated 89, real life value 7mil Euro), while M'Vila has a real life value of 20Mill Euro's. Arsenal had a 24mill bid rejected in the summer, but many top clubs are following him. Paris St German are the french team to watch atm as they have a huge money investment, so they could be setting the SM ratings standards in future (as Lyon did for many years). M'vila would be an ideal addition to there squad and that would pretty much set him up for a 92 raiting, and any other bigger teams, could see him go higher. Also, as another note, for a back up DM you may consider Maxime gonolans of Lyon. Lyon are not longer the french no.1 team, so he wont reach the dizzy heights of toulanan's 92, but he seems to be there full time replcecement for JT in the holding midfield role, so can expect to get an 89 next change, and maybe a 90 by the end of season depending of performances.
