  1. Re: Player ratings thread any info on Salah ASHOUR ? do you think he will rise that much?
  2. Re: 87+ Right back risers Jesus lol, by the time it took me to write that a load of people have already answered you. (sorry for repeating the same names) Yes Az is a good player, very good potential, made the 30 man squad for the WC just gone, be interesting to see how he does at Marseille
  3. Re: 87+ Right back risers Abate from Milan is solid mate. 22 starts last year. Also have a look at Corchia, only a young scuttler but very promising, only downside is his team Le Mans were relegated last year so he is less likely for an increase. Also Makeev from Spartak, he should get a decent rise when his league is reviewed. Obvious ones are Santon of Inter, Yangambiwa of Montpellier and Van Der Weil who's at Ajax but been heavily linked with a move away to the bundesliga or the EPL. Another good option could be Diego Macedo or Ahmed Ali.
  4. Re: Enow Juvette Tabot....... Rated 60....Riser aye any update on this guy? i have him in a few setups and wondering how hes fairing.
  5. Re: Najar! http://www.tribalfootball.com/arsenal-trials-red-hot-dc-united-prospect-andy-najar-988081 Arsenal trialed him recently, and i think DC are threatening legel action, just a side note =) Great prospect, certainly worthy of a couple hundred grand
  6. Re: Italys first team XI for 2014 Whats the general consensus on El Shaarawy ? As fas as my research goes he looks set for a bright future, what are the italy experts opinions, anything interesting on the horizon?
  7. Re: Your Worst SM Decision Oh man, i made 3 all at once. Still haunts me! Bear in mind i was new to the game and system but still no excuses! I turned down the chance to sign Schweiny (for 14M) Busquets and Lloris and instead chose Frey, Melo and Lucho. Not terrible but lost out on 3 massive players now, oh well. Made up for it with some nice risers as my Toffees team are now tinkering on £300 Mil total worth first season think its not a total loss And making a bid on Schweiny at the mo , think that will ease the pain lol
  8. Re: Gueïda Fofana (75): +6 Riser Hey guys, ive been keeping tabs on this guy also, has he been linked with a move yet?
  9. Re: Keepers or Sellers, some top youngsters looking to rise again. Id probably go for that mate, he's good but i think for that money he is more than worth selling. 7 mil could easily buy 2 great prospects and more than double your money
  10. Re: Difficulties with 5-4-1 and away fixtures. hey mate, thanks for the reply. To be honest it sounds like your doing a similar tactic to the one im trying to beat lol. In my setup one of the guys uses this just as you said and he scores plenty and is in both cup finals with a 21 squad, pretty impressive for his squad. Thing is no one has found a way to beat his formation and he puts out same every week, so hard to beat. So any formation that is effective against the men behind the ball, def 5-4-1 would be much appreciated.
  11. Re: Premiership Ratings By MaoaM hey guys, i know Inusa has just left to head to Viola but i have him in a setup and im pondering a move for gareth bale, slightly cheaper and same age/rating. I know the potential of these guys has got to me fairly similar , just wanted to hear your opinions. Many thanks
  12. Re: Potential Ligue 1 Risers...The Unofficial Version ok just answered a couple questions there. My bans are up on some of the french starlets and would like to ask your expert opinion on keep or sale? M'Vila - 99% sure to keep but whats your thoughts? El-Arabi - prob going to sell on Riviere - Not sure, certainly talented but would like to see other opinions on him from guys who watch him regularly El Kaoutari - rise again? Ait-Fana - Runner up young player if im right last season, could be good keeper but only seen clips of him to be honest. Definate talent though. Sane - Looks solid to me so probably keep. Mabiala - Thoughts?
  13. Re: European Risers - Young Talent Whats your thoughts on these guys? ive commented on those i have seen myself but would love to hear your expert views. E.Insua 88 (Was starting to develop at Anfield but recently moved to Viola so im really not sure what will happen, i thought he was in for a shout of 89 last time round but in Italy i just dont know, good player for sure, plenty of assists last season. Any Fiorentina fans want to speculate his starting chances?) G.Bale 88 (Looked great at times last season and has a mean FK, now the spuds have potential UCL football he could be in for a rise, linked with Juve but dont think it will happen) L.Sane 85 M.Gonalons 85 (Seems to be developing nicely, If JT moves back to CB then could well be starting for a CL side, could well rise again if he gets game time) Ivan Gonzalez 84 Y.M'Vila 87 (Top class, very good player all round, future NT player in my opinion, keep for sure. Not sure how much he will go up next change as he shot up to 87 last time, if he plays well an 88 could be on the cards perhaps) Y. El-Arabi 83 T.Muller 88 (Don't need to say much, everyone knows about him now, if not before the WC they definatly do now! Top class) E.Derdiyok 88 (I like the lad but only see him at national level and the odd BL game, anyone with some intel on potential development would be appreciated. Seems to net alot of goals and stat wise seems solid) L.Schmitz 85 (Westermann has gone now so looks like Lukas could have another good season? Magrath seems happy with him) D.Contento 82 (Am i right in saying he and Alaba have been fighting it out for the LB spot or the secondry LB spot? and where does Badstuber fit into this?) A.El Kaoutari 84 D.Wilson 83 (My scottish mates are about 50/50 Celtic Rangers but they all agree that Danny is top class, great potential, has CL minuites aswell as SPL. Just become Roy's 3rd signing at Liverpool, how this will effect his rating im not sure to be honest, bigger club so could go up anyhow but high potential either way) J.Thompson 80 (I must confess have never seen him play and to be honest doesn't come highly rated from the Bhoys north of the boarder but many people on the forums seem to like him, any thoughts?) S.Sow 84 L.Haruna 83 (Thought for such a young DM he had a decent WC, played some nice touches but never set the field alight. Looks solid for another rise if he contines starting and getting game time tho) J.Matip 83 (Same as Haruna, again should rise to 85 or so if he has another good year, good potential) A.Iturraspe 83 J.Dominguez 82 (Hear good things from spain, and Depo fans seem to love him, not seen him myself so cant really comment) E.Riviere 85 (I like him, great touch and looks like a propper dude, nice guy too, not sure on development past 85, any thoughts?) V.Ruiz 84 P.Kleber 83 A.Ionita 83 (My half Romanian mate would marry this guy i think, seems to love him, although he still loves Mutu so perhaps not the best source!)
  14. Re: Spanish Rating Changes & Analysis (10/11) hey guys, just wanted to get your expert opinions on how much gametime/potential these guys will have for the next half/full season. Is it worth selling them now or keeping hold? Ivan Gonzalez Juan Dominguez Ander Iturraspe Balde Ibrahima Victor Ruiz Edu Ramos David Rochela Seem worth holding onto to me, whats the general consensus?
  15. Re: Bundesliga Risers, Talents & Droppers 2010 Hey guys, couple of queries as my general thread isnt picking up views. Any intel on the potential of these guys would be appreciated. Ive had a good look myself and narrowed down to the few i intend to keep hold of but just wanted to hear your expert views. Sellers or keepers. Joel Matip Lukas Schmitz Diego Contento Holger Badstuber Eren Derdiyok Alex Ionita Im of the thought that they will all be worth keeping and should continue to rise steadily barring injuries. many thanks
  16. Re: PORTUGAL – 1st and 2nd Division extensive thread - Discussion Thread hey guys, whats the thoughts on Kleber? Not seen much but got a decent rise last time. Will he remain on loan? keeper or sale?
  17. Re: Difficulties with 5-4-1 and away fixtures. Ta Ash, thanks for the tip mate, i tried the 4-2-3-1 as it looks really nice, never got to grips with it tho, seems to get alot of 2-2 draws for some reason lol. Is there not a more solid way to beat 5-4-1 def? ive tried a few, struggling to find one (along with everyone else in the league)
  18. Just a few youngsters who have risen last term, thoughts on whether they are likely to rise again. Some i watch more regularly than others and will comment on but others i have less knowledge on other than their reputations and game time stats, so any further intel on these guys would be appreciated. All these guys are well known and this is by no means a scouting list, just a helpfull link for those like me who are debating which to sell and which to hold onto. E.Insua 88 (Was starting to develop at Anfield but recently moved to Viola so im really not sure what will happen, i thought he was in for a shout of 89 last time round but in Italy i just dont know, good player for sure, plenty of assists last season. V.Ruiz 84 P.Kleber 83 A.Ionita 83 (My half Romanian mate would marry this guy i think, seems to love him, although he still loves Mutu so perhaps not the best source!) So in conclusion, who should we keep and who should we offload for cash now? Also add any others you think are in the same boat as these (have had good rises but may continue to rise in the not so distant future)
  19. Re: Difficulties with 5-4-1 and away fixtures. If it helps here is my squad: Frey 93 De Gea 87 (out on loan) Ivanovic 91 (loan) Zanetti 94 (sometimes as a DM) Insua 88 Schmitz 85 Lucio 94 Juan 93 Badstuber 88 Ruiz 84 Gonzalez 84 Wilshire 85 (loan) Lucho Gonzalez 93 Melo 91 Senna 91 M'Vila 87 Dominguez 82 Iturraspe 83 Matip 83 Haruna 83 Totti 94 Milito 95 (injured for another week) Riviere 85 Derdiyok 88 Muller 88 Ait-Fana 87 Again many thanks, and if you have any pointers i would apprciate it.
  20. The background info:Im Everton, much changed but rocking a 91/92 average first XI. All 3 matches vs Villa (90 rated) he played a 5-4-1 defensive, hard tackling, all over pressing, counter attack, men behind the ball, tight marking an target man. I put out 5-4-1 normal, with counter, tight marking, playmaker and target man. All 3 times defeated in the last few minuites. He only ever plays this formation and wins almost every game with 21 squad all very low condition (all mine were 90% +, compared to his 60-70%) Is there a good solid formation or tactic for beating the defensive 5-4-1 with around a 90 average team? Secondly: I have a good home record but abysmal away form. Any general tips on away fixtures and how to tighten up away from home? Many thanks. Rocky
