Re: The Random Thread Since someone wanted a Murder here goes; In the city of Soccer things were going wrong, having the highest unemployment, the highest crime rate,, and o a public transportation strike. On a Monday evening things got worst for a very well-known personality and forum king Pedro had been murdered. Two persons had been arrested. One was Harry the hustler aka Reverie, the other the burlesque performer NDF.When questioned by Sgt. Stuart of the wounded knee police department the following alibis were provided: Reverie's story: "I was walking down the street to get a bite to eat when I heard a lady like scream. I ran around the corner and I saw Pedro lying on the ground. Standing over her was NDF in drag. As soon as he saw me he turned and ran away. I then called the police." NDF's story: " I was taking the bus down to the Lakeshore Club to play poker with my buddies Laura, Villa and Sir Mark and As I got off, I heard a scream from around the corner. I ran around and saw Reverie stabbing Pedro. I chased him, but he got away. I then called the police." Stuart told the police to arrest NDF. What made him so sure it was NDF? and no it wasn't a smear campaign related to the great thread he's been doing showing SM wiki's botches or that tap dancing group the Nagettes.. have fun

Re: The Random Thread true-credit given to Ani .. A wife and her husband live peacefully in a house together, if you believe that. One day the woman shoots her husband, she holds him under water for over five minutes and finally, she hangs him, but twenty minutes later they go out and enjoy a wonderful dinner. How can this be?

Re: The Random Thread Is there any other? A rich man named Buford Blue was murdered on a Sunday afternoon. At the time of the murder there was: the maid servant, the house cook, the suave butler, the constant gardener and Mr Blue's wife...On questioning they revealed the following answers when asked about the whereabouts.. Maid: I was fixing the table. Cook: I was cooking breakfast. Butler: I was polishing the cutlery . Gardener: I was planting corn seeds. Wife: I was reading a book. Who did it?

Re: The Random Thread haven't posted on here for a bit..so while nobody's looking.. A policeman finds a dead man slumped in a chair, still holding a pen in one hand, and a quarter bottle of cyanide in the other. In front of him on a desk was a suicide note. After looking at the body, the cop knew without a doubt that the man was murdered. How? Without using a calculator - You are driving a bus from Stamford bridge to Milford in Wales. At the bridge, 19 people get on the bus; In Reading, seven people get off the bus and nine people get on. In Swindon, three people get off and four get on In Cardiff , 16 people get off and 18 people get on. In Swansea, three people get off and five people get on In Carmathen, six people get off and three get on. You then arrive at Milford . What was the name of the bus driver?
  17. Re: The Official Cricket Thread Congrats to the Aussies who have been dominant in the tri series. Seems the Kiwis have the same thing in mind New Zealand 213 for 3 (Elliott 64*, Taylor 59*) beat Pakistan 210 (Afridi 67, Misbah 58, Elliott 3-26) by seven wickets

  19. Re: The Official Cricket Thread Reports suggest Bravo has called it a day for test cricket-which is no big surprise while 32 year old left-arm spinner Nikita Miller has replaced Narine in the squad for WC.
  20. Re: The Official Cricket Thread Sydney Sixers 147-5 (20 overs): Henriques 77 Perth Scorchers 148-6 (20 overs): S Marsh 73; Lee 3-26 Perth Scorchers won by four wickets Awesome match too bad some players had to be on the losing side South Africa 361 for 5 (Amla 133, Rossouw 132) beat West Indies 230 (Samuels 50, Parnell 4-42) by 131 runs..
  21. Re: Graphics Design Feedback Bit unusual piece tbh-it can be considered a composite image (many separate images combined to form one) or one image and with the changing light densities in each of the panes it might be considered a composite. You seem to have mastered the art of understatement by indicating this is simple and intimating it wasn't much effort. I wonder the effect of changing around the players -since their complexion helps to naturally focus areas of interest -which seems the ring finger. The font type/size while lending to the Roman atmosphere is a bit difficult to read. The players have various degrees of details-some have veins popping while others seem EA FIFA pro Piads- especially the one with white down it's neck. The jersey ripples while a nice touch to show motion and strength though may not be entirely accurate. Though not one of your finer pieces Sir Max but decent all the same.
