How comes the sudden change of mood? Setup is dead? Not enough time?
You can't just lose interest in a team for no reason. It's because of managers like you who then leave top clubs ruined in other people's eyes because you come in, do some transfers and then inevitably lose interest.
In a few days, you're gonna join GC110 and then after 3 weeks (Maybe less) you're gonna lose interest and that's the main excuse you'd probably have.
This ain't a rant but before you see a decent/top club available... Don't just take over for the sake of the club... Take over because you know you'll be able to implement your time and effort into it. I'm not one to talk about managing a club for the long term but the rapid increase in managers leaving clubs is astonishing. All I see on my news feed is these numerous forumers quitting Barca's and United's because they lost interest or no time... Someone like Dai, SoP or Adam have around 2 GM's to manage all these teams and you don't see them quitting because they lost interest... Maybe the setup YOU GUYS lost interest in could be a very active one for some forumers.
    Fix it up lads
Edit: This is directly aimed at you... But various members of the forum mate...

    Mancini Out, Sparky In

After much media speculation, Manchester City have officially confirmed Sparky as their new manager. The news of a return for Ahmed back into management emerged after the richest club in the world sacked Roberto Mancini for failing to secure a top four finish in the Premier League last season. The Italian becomes the second casualty to depart at City after the multi-million takeover of the club 2 years ago.
Chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak told SSN: "We as owners simply look for one thing; profit. since our takeover, we have invested well over £500,000,000 and have seen no return. It's our job to provide resources and the manager's job to utilize them. However, in the last two years we have see input from our side but not from the coach. We here have selected someone with a lot of experience. Granted that he has been out of managing for a long time but he knows how to cope under pressure. One thing that we won't do this time is provide unlimited funds. We will give Mr. Ahmed a total of £30,000,000 to add some quality to our already capable squad. It's his job to get the results"

Al Mubarak Wants Results At City
Tevez Bids Farewell As Robinho Returns
Just days after his appointment as coach, new City manager Sparky shocked the Manchester City supporters by selling one of their best players and by far their best acquisition Carlos Tevez. The Argentinian headed to Italy after passing a medical in Milan to sign with the Rossoneri on a 5 year deal. Coming in return were Marco Borriello and Thiago Silva. Sparky described the deal as 'the best option for his team': "It was something that was needed. We want to build a team, not individuals. Tevez will definitely be missed but the offer placed on the table was a very good one. We gained a replacement in form striker and an upcoming Brazilian defender who has champions league experience. No doubt they'll help in our surge for fourth spot."

    Tevez Heads To Milan
Just two days after Tevez's departure, Brazilian Midfield maestro Robinho headed back to help his team in the new season. Robinho who was unhappy at City just a few months ago agreed to come back to a new boss and has vowed to help his team in taking that fourth spot. Robinho had spent a brief amount of time at Santos but after a wage dispute and higher ambitions, he decided to terminate his loan and come back. To compensate for Santos's loss, City have sent Silvinho and winger Adam Johnson on loan for the rest of the season.

Robinho Back At The Stadium of Light
City get their season underway against Wigan Athletic. The ever depleting City squad will see players such as Demichelis, Schweinstiger and Montolivo make their debuts.

    Arsenal 1-1 Man Utd
    Emirates
    Att: 60,355
    Arsenal managed by: Mark Hill
Man Utd managed by: Barry Golden
    Referee: Lee Mason
    MoM: Cristiano Ronaldo

    First Game, First Point
When Barry Golden took charge this week the objective was simple to say. Don’t let SOP win the league with Chelsea again. The task won’t be easy by any means. Chelsea destroyed Everton 5-1 at Stamford Bridge and look as confident as ever to try and retain the league. Dimitar Berbatov scored a hat trick for the blues as United were held by Arsenal. Not a bad result but it could have been all three points to United.
Stewart Downing was looking to open his account for the season early on for Arsenal but his shot went inches wide with Van Der Sar beaten. Carlos Tevez then broke for United but he failed to get his shot away as Mensah recovered to tackle. After a very scrappy first half with few chances for either side, Shaun Wright Phillips broke down the right and crossed for Cristiano Ronaldo to head past Almunia to send the away fans wild. Half Time: Arsenal 0-1 Manchester United.
Agbonlahor wanted to give the Arsenal fans some jubilation but his shot hit the side netting. Almunia saved from Rooney when he looked certain to give United a two goal lead. Agbonlahor turned Nemanja Vidic and his shot was well saved by Van Der Sar but the Englishman was there for the rebound and he finished into the net to equalise. Ronaldo produced a memorable save out of Almunia late on as United looked for a winner. But it was not to be and the game finished as a draw. Full Time: Arsenal 1-1 Manchester United.

WEST HAM UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB-The Season Review-Season 2!
After Season's 1, 3rd Palce Finish, this Season was not as great for The Mighty Hammers as they finished 9th in the Table after a bad start to the Season, it looked like they were going to be in the Relegation Battle however they manged to fight and work there way back up the table, European Football to its toll on the Hammers!, as they made it through to the SMFA Champions Cup Quarter Final, were they sufferd a sad 1-0 loss to English Rivals Manchester United, But the heartack would not end there as this season as it came to a close on Wednesday, they missed out on Europe by only 1 yes 1 Point!!!, On the last day West Ham United Travelled to this years Serprise package that is Sunderlan AFC who could have won the Title but finished 3rd after they sufferd a 2-0 loss to the Hammers!, I am sure after a few new signing the Hammers will next yera maybe get back into European Football. West Ham also nearing the End of the Seaosn Announced that Gianfrnaco Zola was there new Director Of Football at West Ham United Football Club. Nick Justice knowing that the Hammers Wouldnt have much money made some pretty wise signigs but with signings came Exit's, those were Jermain Beckford, Fernando Charles, Garry Boccaly and Jimmy Bullard, who ahd a good time at West ham before Leaving!, however Hammers mnaged to sign, Sergio Duda, Moussa Dembele, Robert Merino and a few Youths!, and Some English Talent like Ben Webster and Mackial-Smith. However Moussa Dembele who only joined just 2 days ago, is yet to play for West Ham due to Injury before his Move! Dembele was brought in as West Ham Much Needed a New Striker! However due to the lack of goals is one of the Reasons as for why the Hammers failed to Qualify for SMFA football next season, When asked about this season Justice said " I know after our Triumph last seaosn it was going to be some task in order to get such a great finish again this year as many teams with bigger transfer budgets managed to improve there teams more however inspite of no SMFA football could be a bonus as we can now Concntrate on just the league rtaher than having to worry about Europe!, so therefore i could maybe lead Hammers to a good season again in Season 3!, i think a 9th place finish will bring us back to reality, it was still a good finish 9th place is very good!, but sure id of liked better but i am still pleased for as to how we performed this season and hofpully next seaosn we can learn from our mistakes and do better!, i ahve started to Improve my team now ready for next seaosn although i do not need to Improve much!, we have a very good team here already and with this team i believe i can go to some very high places in the LEague and Cup Compitions! we have good Depth!, sure if i can see a player avalible thta will imrpove my team no doubtly ill try to sign him but i don't see why my current team cannot do well as it is very good!, ill look to get in some good training and PRe-season games before the next English PRemier League season starts uup again! being a hammers fan myslef will help me lead thsi team to the Glory it rightly desreves too, I am loving managing this team and i always will for aslong as i am here which undoubtly will be for some time from now!, i hope to stay with this team and see them through the thick and thin, i knwo some fans my b angerd by our slightly lowrr finish this year, but i will promise that ill try my hardest to get them abck up there were we belong!"

    Moussa Dembele, Hammers latest Signing!

The League Table: from 14th March 2009-22nd July 2009(Season 2)

West Ham Finished 9th just a Point behind 8th place West Bromwich albion Football club
As Shown Above is The English Premier League, League Table, as you cna see West Ham had a great eding to the SEason howevr it wasnt quite Enough to break into the Top 8 and get into Europe if only one of those Draws were a win and West Ham would be in the SMFA shield, oh well there is always Next Season, Hammers Goals Against was not Great this was majorly due to the Absence of Anyukov West Ham United's Main Defneder due to Injury the Russian Sufferd a bad injury in which he was out for 4 weeks Ealrier this Season missing 8 Games!, West ham did manage Some good Result sin the Premier League like a 1-0 Victory of Manchetser United, 2-0 win over Sunderland AFC, 0-0 Draw With Arsenal and many more!, but they did have quite alot of losses, 16 i n totla which was more than they won!! which is very bad! and West Ham United will look to keep fairly Injury Free next season and also try not conceed as mnay goals!
Hammer of the Year: Mark Noble

Noble is the Hammer of the Year Season 2!
This Year's Hammer of the Year goes to a local kid thta is 22 year old Mark Noble, the English Central Midfielder had some great games for West Ham United, in the 33 game she played in! he may not of been a plorific Goalscorer but he was class in center half!, West Ham United also rejected bids from top World Class sides that are Chelsea and Juventus as they knew he was a vital player and he was not sold depsite the decen tplayers offerd! by the two clubs!, he was a very good player last seaosn!, and justice said " Mark Noble, well what cna i say he was class for us last seaosn and fans voted himas Player of the Season and i totally agree with them, he was a greta player for us last season and the year before it will be hard to keep hold of him undoubtly, but i will try my hardest to do so as he will help us sucesssed more next year!, he is happy to reamin with us he has a 4 yera contract and he will stay here for that time!!!" When told Noble had this to say " Wow, i didnt exspect this, its an honour, yes i am 100% loyal to West Ham united they made me and i owe to them to stay here and that i will whilst i have a contract and no i am wnated ill be here!, i know we didnt have the best of seaosn this yera but we can only improve and justice is very good to workl for an i am ahve no doubts he will lead us to sucsess soon!"

Sparky reacted to Sinny in Rotherham United; The Division 4 challenge | English Championship 2231
After a long break from match reporting, I have decided to return and report on the Club I am on most, Rotherham United!
This is just a nearly End of Season review, will go back to old layouts on Sunday when I fully report the next 2 matches! Please enjoy reading, and comments are welcome!
    Rotherham Review
Welcome to the first issue of the Rotherham Review, where weekly reports will be endorsed from the heart of the Don Valley, Sheffield.
Since Tom Sinar took over the reigns of Rotherham back in October 2008, and immediately transformed the club from a financial troubled club to a well financed club with players who shall turn out to be rising stars in the future. Tom Sinar arrived in the division with good friend Joe Charley, who is still managing Bradford City, and has already won them the Division 4 title. As for Rotherham you ask? in Sinar’s first season, he led Rotherham to just 2 points off 2nd place and managed to reach the Playoff Finals against Huddersfield. Sinar’s men fought well, but it was just not their day as they lost 4-2 on penalties. Sinar took a vow in his first interview with Sky Sports News, that he will revamp the Millers and get them promoted in the 2nd season. How right his words were, now, Rotherham are 26 points clear with just 3 games to go, they were crowned the League Champions on the 11th July 2009. This review will explain all the happenings this season and will travel across all the ups and downs of the season!
    March
March was a very good start for Rotherham, 2 wins and a draw signalled a top of the table start for Sinar's side, scoring 12 goals, conceding just 3. Among the results was a 4-1 win over Brentford away, 6-0 demolition of Darlington infront of the home fans, and a classic 2-2 draw against Leyton Orient at home.
Rotherham also won a friendly v Bradford City, a 3-1 win in a very entertaining game.

Key Player: Moussa Maazou, the striker scored 4 goals in his first 3 games, on loan from Bradford City.
    April
April was a match packed month for Rotherham, 14 games in all competitions including 3 friendlies v Bradford City, 2 games ending in defeat, 2 cup games, where the Millers cup run ended in just the 2nd round. Rotherham encountered 9 league games, which recorded 5 wins including a thrilling 5-3 win against Lincoln City, 2 draws which were both no score-draws. Rotherham suffered two defeats, including a close 3-2 victory for Shrewsbury Town.

Key Player: Angel Dí Maria, the winger scored 6 goals in the league, including 2 MoM performances.
    May
The 3rd month of the season was May, where Rotherham’s fantastic undefeated run carried on to 10 straight games in May, where a total of 8 wins and 1 no-score draw totaled Rotherham off with 25 points, boosting their chance to win the title. A total of 23 goals were scored, including 3 matches where 4 goals were scored in a row. Rotherham’s defence was questioned in some matches.

Key Player: Anthony Mounier, the on-loan winger made a fantastic start for his new club, scoring a vital 4 goals, including a hattrick in a 3-0 win over Bournemouth.
    June
June was a sign of good things for Rotherham, extending their unbeaten run a further 4 games into the month, totaling a record 20 unbeaten matches in all competitions from 8th April 2009 to the 13th June 2009. A total of 27 goals were scored, including a wonder 8-1 win over Gillingham. Rotherham United’s unbeaten run was demolished when they lost 1-0 to Lincoln City.

Key Player: Mario Balotelli made a fantastic start for Rotherham, hitting 6 goals before being unluckily injured for 6 days.
    July
July has so far been a month of wonders for Rotherham, 24 goals scored, with 3 matches to go and all 6 matches have been won, which also confirmed Rotherham’s promotion to Division 3, and then soon after, the title went to Don Valley.

Key Player: Marko Arnautovic has hit 6 goals so far, including 2 MoM peformances and creating a formidable partnership with Mario Balotelli.
    League Table
Rotherham United have been 1st since April, and now have a 26 point gap against Shorpe United and 28 points clear of 3rd place Shrewsbury Town.

    Squad
Rotherham United's squad has a total of 24 players, only one player on loan which is top scorer Marko Arnautovic. Rotherham have revamped their squad twice during the season, buying players who are under 21 years of old, which what Sinar has done since his managerial reign began back in October. Risers were bought and now Sinar has a very young squad for the future.

    Player of the Season
After careful deliberation, the Player of the Season went down to 3 candidates overall. Kwadwo Asamoah, Marko Arnautovic and Alfred N'Diaye.
Sinar decided that on-loan star Marko Arnautovic got the award after his goals, assists and performances overall have helped Rotherham where they are now. Sinar said, "Marko has been phenomenal this season, his been on loan from Aston Villa this season, it took some time for him to settle, but when he did he finally got there, he has been exciting to watch".
When asked if Arnautovic was going to be bought next season by Rotherham permanently or on loan again, Sinar responded "We have already enquired about possibly buying him on a permanent basis, thought to be about £8million. We could definitely have him on loan, where we would like him to fire in the goals for us next season to get us promoted again".
Arnautovic was delighted when he learnt he won the Player of the Season in his first full season with Rotherham. "I am happy with the form I have been on, I am glad I've been picked amongst other strikers this season to play and I must repay, every time I'm on the pitch, I want to score and I'm glad I have this season. I would like to remain with Rotherham, but unless I am featured in the Aston Villa managers plans next season, who knows?" said an ecstatic Arnautovic.
Arnautovic has played 21 times this season, 19 starts and 2 sub appearances have led to 17 goals, 18 assists and 9 MoM performances.

    Chairman Roundup
In an Sky Sports News exclusive interview with Rotherham United chairman Tony Stewart, he gives the lowdown of the future, squad revamps and transfer sprees.
What do you expect for the future?
I hope in about 5 seasons time, that we are in Division 1 or in the ranks of succeeding to get promoted to Division 1. I hope our squad will continue to improve with experience and youth coming through the ranks. I hope to see our manager remain with us mainly though. But with youth quality comes money, so hopefully I don't get bloody bankrupt!
What do you think of continuous squad revamps?
I don't mind, as long as we stick to our guns and win matches, we've had a few since October, which have worked very well, so lets just hope it will have the same effect as the others.
The Club have spent loads of money on players, are you worried this could result in bankruptcy?
Bankruptcy has happened to us twice, both for a long period, totalling to about £3m in debt, but I then gave an ultimatum to Sinar to stop spending and sort our finances around and he did. He sold the squad basically, for more money than he paid for because they all became better players. He buys bargains now and waits for them to have a rating increase before either selling them on for more cash, or part exchanging them for better players.

(Stewart giving his verdict on the Clubs happenings)
    Manager Interview
Next up is an interview with manager Tom Sinar.
So far you've had a successful stint at Rotherham United, do you think this run of good fortunes will continue?
Of course, you have to think confident, otherwise you'll just plummet. We had bad luck not getting promoted last season, but this season has definitely gone our way in the League, we've had a great season.
What are your expectations for next season?
I know it is very ambitious, but I hope that we are challenging for promotion. It is a step up yes, but we have the quality to last in Division 3, so it is just a matter of time really.
What are your plans transfer wise?
You will have to see, I hope to bring in a couple of strikers and cover for our centre-backs, where we have been plagued by injuried alot of the time, we are set for a while, but I will soon offload the non-starters and cash in on a nice profit.
    Interview with Rotherham's captain
Mikel Balenziaga is leading the line for promotion in his 2nd stint at the club, Sinar bought him back last month and made him skipper for the all important final part of the season.
Are you pleased to be back?
Yes I am, I was upset when I left Rotherham, but it was for the best, but I am pleased to be back anyway. I love being here.
You were picked as captain in your 2nd stint, what does that mean to you?
It meant alot to me, to represent a club by being a skipper for them is one thing, but for the club I love is another. It feels great leading out the team out of the tunnel, looking around and seeing fans applaud you. It wasn't too bad lifting the trophy as well!
What are your plans for the future?
I hope to stay here, I'm on good form recently and would love to be here next season. Division 3 will be tough, but I reckon I'll be able to keep playing the same form I'm in.
That concludes the nearly End of Season Review, thanks for reading and find out what happens on the weekend how we do in the next 2 games!

    Andreas Weimann

    Above, mid horrific striker challenge
    Name: Andreas Weimann
    Age: 17
    Date Of Birth: 05/08/1991
    Nationality: Austrian
    Position: Forward
National Apperances: Capped at under 17 level
    Former Club: SK Rapid Wien
Former Club Appearances: 6 reserve game, 1 reserve goal.
Aston Villa Appearances: He was an integral part of the successful youth setup which included a Group Victory in the 2007/2008 season. Scoring 16 goals, 1 more than Delfounso and 2 more than Bannan, who have both had professional debuts, and subsequently on SM.
Future Appearances: I reckon it mainly depends on Delfounso, if Delfounso is loaned out, his chances obviously increase, but with the current lack of activity in the transfer market, and with Harewood looks like he is going, he could have the occasional appearance in the cups. Maybe early UEFA round depending on how serious Oneil takes it, he has in the past thrown youngsters such as delfounso in at the "european" deep end . Villa wil undoubtedly buy a striker ( i ruddy hope so ) so im not claiming he will play loads, but he looks good, and could have chances this season.
His most recent achievement is scoring in Villas 3-0 preseason win over Peterborough. Scoring a neat placed header mid way through the first half after a cross from Albrighton. He looks set to continue being in the preseason squad and an impressive pre season could be the depending factor if he plays during the competitive season at all.

Be gentle, my first so called scout ( not really a proper one is it lol ) I will try and keep this thread updated, with his preason / reserve / first team / national appearances etc etc
