Would disagree about little adverse consequence as it has lead to a number of bad habits..
Quantitative easing is occurring, but like the BIS has warned (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/financialcrisis/9352844/Bank-of-Englands-money-printing-is-putting-UK-economy-at-risk.html) it's really masking a deeper issue.
The question was the relevance of a central bank to defaulting and it has and can happen-but I guess your main point is really it allows fiscal flexibility -which I agree with.
Not sure is spending in hyperdrive is the answer though bud, the financial system leaks like a sieve and has all those loopholes and toxic assets been cleaned? To get out of it spending must occur however a mad rush of dollars into the economy with poor safeguards and bankers with bonuses is asking for trouble.
Well I guess the finance minister of Finland will try to protect Finland..

    Srdan Mijailovic

Some of you will have heard of him, but there is little about him on the forum so I thought I would make a quick thread.

    DoB: 10/11/93 (Age 18)
    Team: Red Star Belgrade
    SM Rating: 75
    Position: DM/CM
While team mate Filip Jankovic has been getting all the threads, another Serbian teenager has been getting all the games. A talented defensive midfielder, Mijailovic broke into the first team squad in 2010/11, aged just 17. Last season he featured very regularly, amassing 1,500 minutes and 16 starts. By the end of the season he was firmly in the first team. His fine form was rewarded with a call up to the Serbia squad to play Spain. However he rejected a place on the bench in order to fulfill his commitments to the youth team. There have been a number of rumours of a big transfer, with Liverpool thought to be contenders. Nothing concrete yet.
Just based on what he has done already, I would expect a rise to at least 82.

If Levy is trying to move the goalposts at the last minute I doubt he'll have much luck. Very poor conduct on his part, shameful. I still expect the deal to go through, but on the original terms and probably at the last minute.

Might be a good idea to hold back this summer. Champions League is unlikely even with big signings, so why not wait until Rodgers has had some time and then be in a better position to identify the right targets at the right time.

ALthough not strictly allowed (everyone does it) its quite simple, just message the manager and say e.g. If i can buy ozil for 20mil u can buy Lucas moura and schmelzer for CV each.
    Then work it out
    Ozil=23mil (probs)
moura and schmelzer each for CV=(23mil) probs
both get equal, or u can divide it so one person gets more if they are getting worse player..etc. etc.

    Re: 60-80 rated risers
    Read the first post:
There point of this thread is to share any risers, present or future.
Lobantsev has started a third consecutive game for Locomotive aged 17 and rated 75. Bilic is anew manager there so it might be the case that he is he new 1st team goalkeeper.
Anthony Weber has probably been mentioned on this thread already but I think he is the pick of the French players who haven't yet risen. He started all 38 games last season and his club has been promoted so he could rise even furth in Ligue 1. At 25 and 78 he should be available inmost competitive game worlds.
Marten de Roon has recently moved to Heerenveen from Rotterdam in the second division. He could get to 80 just based on what he has done chasin promotion but he will get games this season which will really help him rise.
Jose goncalo is only 73 rated but he started 28 games in the Portuguese second division for now promoted estoril last season. It's next seasons game time that would move him up and I think he can get 80 or even 82.
Hopefully you won't have already heard of most of these guys and they will be available in most game worlds (unless I'm in them ).

Re: Player Concerns (please read the Online Help if looking for help)
In real life, squad do go through cycles. You can see it now with Chelsea AC Milan, Marseille and Inter.
I don't know what game worlds you play in but if you have a 95 rated 11 and Hazard, Eriksen, Shaqiri, Gotze etc then player concerns should give you a nice challenge rather than make you angry. Otherwise it would be too easy.
No team in real life could ever really do that, thats why they either do big overhauls when their squads are looking old, or they gradual bring in young players (maybe 3 at a time), in a way that gives those players decent game time without adversely affecting the whole squad.
With my smaller teams or teams in less competitive gameworlds I've always preferred to leave it all on the pitch. I don't bother with mountains of reserves and just keep a small squad of very good players.
