Re: W a s t e l a n d - It's Heaven....and HELL! yes u are right if u check on gameworld rules it says Transfer window ONE between Turn: 1 and 7 Transfer window TWO between Turn: 15 and 21 we are at turn 24, so u need to wait new season u can still make offers and they will be accepted, but the transfer will be completed at the beginning of the new season
