Re: Nicky Shorey to a 90?! Malbranque to a 90? How does the chant go? "If Danny Mills can play for England so can I"? -

Re: Big Risers from Argentina

Re: Big Risers from Argentina Are you sure of this? According to ESPN SoccerNet he played all 90 minutes for Racing Club in the 2-1 loss to Boca, where Riquelme scored both goals in the win. Juan Forlin also played the full 90 for Boca and should be in for a good little rise.

Re: carrick overlooked I really find it hard to believe how SM and people on this forum underrate Carrick. He is a brilliant passer of the ball and consistently builds the attack for United. He was a HUGE part of their last two Premiership titles and the Champions League (did you see how he out played Iniesta and Xavi against Barcelona). With Carrick missing in the beginning of the season, United are only in 8th position. They are a better team with him in the lineup and now that he is fit he will go back into his starting spot, where he plays more than any other Man United midfielder. And fo

Re: Italian Ratings What does everyone think of these players in the upcoming rating changes? +1 for all of them? Paolo De Ceglie (Juventus) Sokratis Papastathopoulos (Genoa) Claudio Marchisio (Juventus) Felipe Melo (Fiorentina) Fernando Tissone (Udinese)

Re: Help offloading players! One thing I have always found useful when trying to sell off a lot of players, is to try to sell your starters first, because then the backups chairman value raises and you can maximize the money you get for your squad. And as for players...well you want to keep Lavezzi, Hamsik, Santacroce and Maggio for sure.

I need help with my Norwich team on who to sign in defense and center midfield. The rest of my team is pretty set, but I need more depth at these two positions. Ruano Alexis (Valencia) Gonzalo Rodriguez (Villareal) Pablo Zabaleta (Man City) Abdoulay Konko (Sevilla) Andrea Dossena (Liverpool-though transfer banned for a little longer) Paolo De Ceglie (Juventus - TB for awhile). Fernando Amorebieta(Athletic Bilbao) Nicola Legrottaglie (Juventus) Sokratis Papastathopoulos (Genoa) Alexandre Song (Arsenal) MIDFIELD Claudio Marchisio (Juventus) Felipe Melo (Fiorentina) Anderson H

Re: Dominic Cervi! He doesn't play on the Bucks anymore' date=' he is still searching for a club as far as I know. [url']http://www.buckssoccer.com/Roster/index_E.html[/url]

Re: Dominic Cervi! The Michigan Bucks is just a PDL (premier development league) team. The league is basically a showcase for MLS teams to find players. Cervi was on the team when he played in college for Tulane. He was drafted by the Chicago Fire with the 12th overall pick but did not sign. He has had various tryouts and is considered a free agent. The PDL is an amateur league therefore a team like the Bucks do not own their rights. Most of the players on this team are current collegiate athletes and the league has to be an amateur one or it would effect their NCAA eligibility.

Re: U-19 UEFA Championship finals James Henry and Kieran Gibbs were both on loan with Norwich for part of last season. Gibbs started very slow but by the end of the season started to look the part, but Henry really struggled and never got it going. Reading recalled him because he couldn't get a game in a terrible Norwich team. Definitely not impressed with him, especially with all the hype that preceded him, but he is still young and can get it together.

Here are a few prospects that have played collegiately in the USA. None of them are on the database, though they all should be. Julius James Defender - Toronto F.C. One of the best collegiate players in the nation this year, James was named the Big East Conference "Defensive Player of the Year" and was made the 9th pick in the 2008 MLS SuperDraft after another great year at the University of Connecticut. James made his debut yesterday against the L.A. Galaxy and scored on a header in the 49th minute. Tony Beltran Midfielder - Real Salt Lake Mentioned by Insider in one of his U20-Full rep
