Re: Guess at next leagues to be reviewed, & discuss SM's review policy........
In my opinion, there is an in balance with the rating system which has been highlight more than every over this past year with the rise of the German teams and their performances.
The list below is shows top teams when it comes to pre ordering a team on SM. The numbers next to the clubs indicates the number of players which have an rating of 92 upwards
Barcelona 14
Real Madrid 13
Bayern. M 9
Manchester Utd 8
Manchester City 8
Chelsea 7
Juventus 6
Dortmund 5
PSG 3
As anyone can see if they try and pre order a team from the SM shop the most popular teams are at the top, which would make sense for SM to do that. But hear lies the problem. A team cost's 5000 SM credits, which is a "nice little earner bunsen burner" for SM with people reserving clubs for which only Gold managers to enter, so again that's an extra fee on top of the pre order club charge. Which makes you wonder with this money coming in would SM be willing drop the ratings of Barcelona/Madrid to bring them in line with other clubs. Or would they be more favourable to these clubs ratings wise for as long as possible because of the revenue that they earn from them clubs.
The ratings system need more balancing with teams that are in the top ten, not just in the Premiership but the other top leagues as well. To have teams within the top 5 that have players of 91/92 but outside that players are 88 rated is to much of a gap
If SW wants the game to end up were they have an upto database, shouldn't the ratings be kept upto date as well. The SW system does enable the users to ask SM to review players every 3 months. So it would make sense to have rating for players being reviewed throughout the season, not just twice a year which the old reviewing system did.
If we can have players rising every 3 months, being reviewed on their current performances, then the same in theory should apply to players going down as well. If players aren't performing at the top clubs then why shouldn't they drop.
Now if that was the aim of SW, i'd be overjoyed with it. I know it's still in it's early days and tons of work has still to be done, but having upto date profiles and ratings should be it's aim.
The problem tho is that SM has finally say on any -/+ ratings, which returns me to the nice little earner situation. For it to fully work SM has to change the system of how they score the ratings and correct the imbalance which it has been created, as otherwise the cycle is just going to keep on repeating.

Season Previews Division 1 Part 1
The division 1 of the UNICEF World Peace tournament provides nothing but action action and action. Packed with worlds best talents the divison 1 makes the title challenge unpredictable.
AS Roma
Manager - Rooney_Persie_RIP
Waving the Italian flag in division one Roma has the perfect balance of authenticity and talent. Roma has retained club legends De Rossi and Totti which itself states the class of the team. Not the strongest team of the lot but has a equally well defense, midfield and attack. Well the managers decision to make Stekelenburg as captain must be questioned when likes of Rossi and Totti are in the tip. Good depth in squad thus are one of the favruoites for title challenge as well as potential Cup Winners.
X-Factor - De Rossi is the X-Factor as a player who can provide with midfield and defensive stability.
Turning point - Turning point of Roma is their defense. The defense which can win matches as well as loose for them. Need to select the right formation to suit Silva and Agger as the hardcore of the defense.
SL Benfica
Manager - Vendetta
Benfica come into the league after loosing the first game which was quite a surprise for the team of such quality. Not a very happy time for Benfica in the transfer rounds but surely put up a decent team. Ozil surely the center of the team. His pace can turn on and off the attack. The high scoring first game though showed flaws in the defense. All the main midfielders and winger did not provide any assist and well substitutes had to the job for them.
X-Factor - Ozil, the man needs to play in the right position for better results.
Turning Point - Turning point for Benfica is winning Midfield battle. Alba can get forward from the wings too must Benfica must win Midfield battles to succeed.
Marseille
Manager - Maxcher
The name good enough to beat any team. The team has perfect balance of old and young players. Pick of the rounds was of Javi Martinez for them.
Very god team. But well defense look naive and weak. No stream defender apart from Puyol which may force the manager to play Martinez at back. Must get their heads up after getting beaten by Atletico Madrid.
X- Factor - Robert Lewandowski will have the key to Marseille's attack.
Turning Point - Puyol and co at defense may be the turning point. Injury and suspension to defense player will prove very very costly.
Newcastle United
Manager - iAwesome
Bad day at transfer rounds for them as the team lacks depth. Well the team does have their game changer in Pastore and Cisse. First lost would have pained for a good team. The team must choose their mentality right and may attack more with defensive stability by Lahm and Coloccini. But its a team vulnerable to counters.
X-Factor - Pastore can set tune to the team.
Turning Point - Injuries to main players may leave the team in the woods.
Galatasaray SK
Manager - Abu Dhabi
The Turkish giants are the most fast team in the division with Santi, Rooney, Vidal and Rues upfront. An attack to put your money on. They showed the class in the first game with Santi bagging a hat-trick to remember. I will expect more goals from them.
X- Factor – Rooney will the man to watch as he provides the manager with a choice to keep him as main attacker or provide assists as a attacking midfielder.
Turning Point – Defense needs to be on their toes as no big names there.

There were several managers in contention for being named Best Manager of the Season including Luke, Ezekiel, Patrick, Hannah... but undoubtedly the winner goes to....
Closer
- who took charge of a Valencia side that were almost in the last place of the whole setup, he brought some depth in and voila! Storming to a top of the podium finish at the very last game of the season when everybody was talking about other teams like CSKA, Malaga and Leverkusen, have always been the dark horses of Div 3. A great win of Div 3 that is very well deserved mate!
There are only a few in contention for the Most Embarrassing Manager of the Season, and the stand out winner for this award is....
Vendetta
- who has managed to relegate them twice now... Season record transfer 50M man Cristiano Ronaldo was a huge flop with only 1 goal, 1 assist and 1 MotM for all of the season! Combining the terrible transfer dealings as well as his team's final league position, and boom, no others can compete with this level of epic failures

- who successfully negotiated a very tight Division 2 full of slip ups and managed to get the last promotion spot with a, let's be honest, a very low budget squad worth only just above 110M. He managed to get the best out of his players after an initial average 3 seasons, finally managed to get the promotion he and his team deserved. Top scorer was his Season 1 youth Bernard and most consistent player, Vucinic, were both unlucky to get into the team of the season. There is undoubtly an air of optimism at the Estádio do Dragão and it will be interesting for the neutrals to see what the manager does in the transfer window which is due to open in 2 hours for preparation for Season 5. Well done!
There are several also in contention for the Most Embarrassing Manager of Season 4, including: Hyina, Patrick, shareflair... but undoubtly the winner for this award is....
StephenMUFC
- who was sacked by the board and the fans of Monchengladbatch for being in the relegation zone for the entire length of Season 4. With the most expensive squad, as well as one of the best players in the world Iniesta as well as lots of other really good players including Sneijder, Llorente and Mexes, everybody expected them to be in contention for the Championship, not lying bottom for much of the season! They scored the fewest number of goals in Division 1 (27) and let in the second most (40). It is no wonder why then that the owners thought enough was enough and sent the manager packing
