Pjanic won't rise IMO, as a Roma fan I can tell you he's playing worse than last season, he's way too inconsistent and that's one of the reason for Roma not being just as good as last year. Anyway, I'd swap Hamsik for Griezmann.

How much will he rise? He went down to 83 in January but since his arrival at River he looked like another player (or like that the player he used to be almost ten years ago). At 30 he is not gonna be a top talent anymore but I think he should get +2, any opinions?
