    Terrassa FC
In an independent Catalonia, Terrassa FC have taken a new found national pride for the coming season. From the start of next season, the club will be made up exclusively of Catalan players. The new inclusive transfer policy will allow only players born in Catalonia, or players who have lived in Catalonia for ten years, to join the club.
They will be led by returning player Angel Rangel, who's success for the club over a decade ago earned him a move to Swansea City. Despite enjoying life in Swansea, he's returned to his now independent homeland due to the opportunity he's been given that he's been given the opportunity to captain a team of Catalans.

    Tello (89) - Soriano (88) - Deulofeu (89)
    Vazquez (86)
Gerard Deulofeu represents the talisman in our side. He's obviously had an up and down career, but has so much ability and despite his career stalling, he's still only 23 and I imagine will have a very good career at the highest level. He will be supported on the opposite wing by another key player in Cristian Tello, who's been in good form for Real Betis this season and hopefully between the pair they can provide plenty of creativity in my team for seasons to come.
We had plenty of strong options in midfield, but we eventually decided that Oriol Romeu was the best option given his form this season for Southampton. Despite Southampton struggling, Romeu is showing that he definitely belongs at this level and I imagine will have plenty of interest in him if Southampton were to go down.
Adama Traore offers cover on either flank for the time being, but long term is somebody that we'd back to potentially kick on quite a bit in his career in the future. Traore has so much potential, but has already been on the receiving end of two Premier League relegation's. He's been one of the best players in the Championship this season and I think it's only really a matter of time before he's impressing in the Premier League.
Pol Lilora and Aaron Martin come in as two young full backs that will make an immediate first team impact. Lilora is a regular for Sassuolo, whilst Aaron Martin is one of Espanyol's most valuable players and we were more than happy to invest £12 million to have us sorted at full back for the foreseeable future.
We were obviously particularly limited with the players we could bring in for long term success, and as a result are well aware that on the face of it we've paid over the odds for Pablo Maffeo. He comes in as the only player that we were prepared to pay over the odds for (he eventually joined for just shy of £6 million), but safe in the knowledge that he was the best talent available to us.
Aleix Garcia is another Manchester City youngster on loan at Girona that we've picked up. He's not made the same short term impact that Maffeo has done at Girona, but is highly thought of and a player that we expect to eventually become a regular for our side.
An exciting prospect to join the club is Terressa born 19 year old winger Dani Olmo, who's come through the ranks at Dinamo Zagreb after leaving Barcelona for them at the age of 16. Olmo has been a regular on the wing for Zagreb this season, scoring six goals in twenty two appearances and quite a nice rogue choice to make up part of our squad. He's also the sole representative of the town of Terressa in our side, so it's nice to have a local resident as part of the long term future of the club.
We've brought in another two players who left Barcelona at a similar age, allowing us to bring in extremely talented players without it having an effect on the amount of players we can bring in from Barcelona themselves. Sergio Gomez is the youngest prospect to come in, at just 17 years of age. He's recently left Barcelona for Borussia Dortmund for €3 million having been pretty much sensational for Spain U17's, and he's expected to make a first team impact for them in seasons to come. Similarly, we've brought in Jordi Mboula, who left Barcelona for Monaco last summer for the same fee and whilst he's yet to feature for his name club professionally, in time we expect these two to be among our most valuable players.

    Ronaldo? Boon or Bane
FC Schalke 04 kept the headlines makers busy when they smashed records to announce the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo. Nikidinho has decided to play his best card to hand a rude shock to all the other managers in the league. The previous version of the league saw Ronaldo smashing all records. Schalke have no doubt have added a supreme goal scorer and player in their ranks. I would intresting to see where Ronaldo fits in Schalke's attack and who will be paired with him?

    Transfer Review
Arrival of Cristiano will be no doubt be in list of the best transfers of the season. Ronaldo adds a huge attacking fire power to the attacking line up but the question remain to be asked, could they have done better? with a cheesy 40 million in the bank it seemed possible that Schalke could have gone for a twin or triple arrival of stars in the team. Could they have done better? Ronaldo is playing in the form of his life but Schalke could have got players like Hazard and Isco who could have added lot of steel to the team. But throing such thoughts away it is a amazing signing and no doubt it will make people fear to face Schalke cause the ball is sure to roll in the back of their nets when you got the gaint Portuguese.
I would rate this transfer at 3.75 stars out of 5.

AFC Wimbledon outclassed Rochdale and beat them 2 - 1 in their Division 4 fixture.
Azmoun scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Parker was also on the scoresheet for his side.
First match, first victory.. not bad eh?

The big one – EC30K Manager of the Month
    March
Wow, what an amazing start to this fantastic new GW.
Within 24 hours of launch all clubs were taken – all 116 of them! Almost immediately managers got busy, deals flying left, right and centre – limited internal deals but with the huge pot of external talent available managers sunk their teeth into the market.
By Turn One some huge transfers had taken place, depending on the division you idea of big will differ but the eye watering move of Worlds Most Expensive Player Gareth Bale to Man City in exchange for Silva and Boyata was hard to ignore – in fact City also brought in Lewandowski, Vidal and Fabregas. Tottenham’s purchase of Cavani and Neymar were big moves as was Arsenal getting Ramos and Benzema, United nabbing Hummells, Muller, Busquets and Reus along with Liverpools purchase of Gotze but it was Chelsea’s Mega Moves for Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi that really took the notions of marquee signings to another level – as Schurrle, Oscar, Willian, Luiz and £27.5m green notes made there way to Spain in exchange the two best player on the planet.
The vast majority of over 2000 transfers and in excess of £1.5b transfer spend in such a short time will never be repeated in EC30K and it got the GW off to a tremendous start.
With the initial friendlies out the way, the big show rolled into town and Season One kicked off. Turn one through a number of notable results up, across all 5 divisions –
Chelsea beat Man City away 4-2, Ronaldo claiming a hat trick in his league debut
Two goals from Lallana secure all the point for Southampton against high flying Liverpool
Blackpool devastated reading inside half an hour, taking a 3 -0 lead.
Torres made his debut for Doncaster and found his level immediately with a goal
In demand Carvalho, got a brace and earned Wigan a superb away win against Notts Forest
46 minutes of sheer dynamite and 4 goals saw Bristol City do a number on Preston
3-0 victories for Mk Dons and Brentford sent a clear message
    AFC Wimbledon destroyed Oxford 5-1
Game of the Day over at Hartlepool as, even bringing two teams, both Dagenham AND Redbridge lost 4-3
Division Five become Division Goals – 48 goals scored including 5 from Barnet (Jaba Hatrick) Grimsby (Cruz Hatrick), Chester and Dartford
So much to digest and take in on that first turn. But the pace had been set and by the end of Month one, 5 managers in particular – one on each division – stood out. Duly these five managers became their respective divisional Mangers of the Month (MoM), as nominated and voted for by the managers of the GW.
Division 1 – Hull City - Chico Bonaventura
    Division 2 – QPR - Aris Ballas
    Division 3 – Oldham - EdMoses
    Division 4 – Burton Albion - Smut
    Division 5 – Barnet – Monkeyshuffl
And so we reach the pinnacle of Month One – the EC30K MoM.
What follows will be a very brief synopsis of each of the five managers performance in Month One along with a link that will allow everyone to vote.
Remember – you have ONE vote and you cannot vote for yourself.
Use your vote carefully – there will only be 5 EC30K MoM’s over the course of the entire season and your vote could decide the fate of this first award.
