Re: Ronaldo 99?
No, Ronaldo winning the Ballon d'Or would mean that nobody would have an argument against being at the same level as Messi and the best footballer in the world, hence becoming 99 rated but Messi should stay the same unless he has a really big drop in form when he returns.

I guess Pep would like to play Gotze or Ribery as bayern's messi, but maybe he doesnt want to change the team style, not now that's working out, more or less, hes addapting to what he has around, slow transition.
would be great to see Reus with that blue and red stripes at our right wing

Re: Lewandowski is a 94 but Suarez only a 93 lol
Suarez rose to 93 in February. In April he got himself suspended and didn't play any competitive football at club level for five months. He picked three goals at the Confed Cup, including two against that world-renowned footballing superpower Tahiti. Given this, it would have been ludicrous to give him a rise to 94 between February and now.
As for Lewandowski, I've said before that I think the jump to 94 was a step too far. However, if you want to make the comparison between the two, it's worth noting that Suarez has only had one prolific season at Liverpool. In 2010-11, he scored 4 goals in 13 games. In 2011-12, he scored 11 goals in 31 games. It's only in 2012-13 that he really took off, with 23 goals in 33 games. In those same three seasons, Lewandowski scored 8 goals in 33 games, 22 goals in 34 games, and 24 goals in 31 games.
Moreover, in his time at Liverpool, Suarez has registered only eight appearances in the inferior European club competition. Lewandowski, meanwhile, has been competing in the Champions League and booted 10 goals in 13 games last season.
Given all the facts I've raised in this post, I don't think it's unreasonable that Lewandowski has a higher rating than Suarez right now. If Suarez keeps this form up, he may get to 94 soon enough.

Wigan stunned at the Keepmoat
(Donny celebrate, but wait, that's not a Wigan kit in the background?)
Doncaster Rovers 4 - 0 Wigan Athletic
On an evening whereby Wigan Athletic had the confidence of taking all 3pts at the Keepmoat, what with a near full strength team being fielded and knowing that they are unbeaten in 6, hoping to make it 7, The Latics were blown away by a very good Donny performance.
Boss Carlos was able to name a full strength side, with the exception of Alberto de la Bella being the only absentee.
Things started off well for Wigan, as Oleg Shatov was sent off for the home side on 10 minutes for a dangerous challenge on McManaman. Surely now, the visitors could push on and take all 3 pts.
Despite the man advantage for Wigan, the sending off served as a blessing in disguise for the home side as efforts were doubled and this was paid off after 28mins as Maxwell Acosty put Donny ahead after curling one in at the far post.
Despite a number of attempts from the visitors, it just wasn't to be their day as on 33mins they found themselves 2-0 down, courtesy of Appiah.
Wigan Atheltic continued to press from the start of the 2nd half, going all out attack however were unable to get themselves back in the game. Then on 48mins Acosty grabbed his 2nd of the game and put the game in doubt for Wigan to even grab a point.
Neymar was outraged a minute later after pulling one bag for the latics, only for it be ruled offside, this just wasn't to be.
The final nail in the coffin was on 56mins when Kiko sealed all 3pts for the home side by adding a 4th.
Manager Carlos was seemingly calm if not a little bemused by the result. Wigan Athletic welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to the DW on Sunday and will be hoping to give the crowd something to cheer about after this defeat.
One thing is for sure, it is far from panic stations after this result.

I absolutely agree. Messi dont deserve it, bad year for him. Well good year but not enough for a Ballon d'Or. Our best player has been Iniesta but winning a league and reaching the confecup final is not enough. Ribery or Muller should win it but I guess Ribery will. Let's see what happens, it's clear that Messi is the best player of the world but you have to show it, and he didn't

I think that he is pretty talented and Freiburg's history shows that a lot of their players went to bigger clubs. If and when and where he reaches the 90? You never know but I think an investment in Ginter is not the worst thing to do.
He will be out for the season' date=' so a drop might be possible (although I think it wouldn't be fair).
With Kjaer moving and some decent performances at the end of the season he should be able to get some starts next season, too.
I would keep / buy him - not as the world's biggest talent but as a moneymaker. If he develops better than expected you can keep him, otherwise you make some money.
I don't think that he deserves another rise right now.
He had a few great performances but most of the time he was pretty mediocre (or worse). Let's see what the next season might bring, for now an 88 is almost to much, a rise would be ridicilous.
