    Transfer Talk:
Blues Boss Sam Wainwright insists Chelsea have done with buying players for the time being, but some players could finally be on their way out of the Bridge.
Paulo Ferreira, Carlo Cudicini and Tal Ben Haim could all be on their way out of the club but Wainwright claims he wasnts managers to Email him about interest for the 3.
Wainwright said: "Paulo, Tal and Carlo could all be on their way because we want to mould the team now the season is on course and would like more of a transfer kitty to sign players, Takuma, Jelle and Charles have all joined to go into the Youth team for our future team. But we are looking to sign more first team players like we have with Massimo and Fodé."
It is said that Chelsea are chasing Maroune Chamakh and Clarence Seedorf.

    DROGBA SPEAKS OUT:

Goal Machine Didier Drogba speaks with SM Sport exclusively about the team and manager.
    On The season so far:
"The first game against Tottenham I thought we could've taken the game and the three points but 1-1 was a fair result, it felt good scoring in the first game of the season and it helps a lot with your self-confidence. When we beat Portsmouth last wednesday, we could've scored even more than 3 to be honest we played very well. Then on saturday i think the 2-0 result with Aston Villa did not reflect the game, 3-1 maybe would have been the more realistic scoreline between us. We play Middlesbrough tommorow who have lost the last 3 and we hope to make to 4 in a row for them but we will throw everything at them and go for a big win."
    On The Transfers:
"I feel signing Freddy was a good decision by the manager and he managed to score on saturday and it upped his confidence and hope he helps me tommorow night as well. I respect Freddy because he has played in the Premier League before and knows the game play well and it will help me and the boys this season searching for goals. 6 goals for us in the first 3 games is good but 10 is better. I think also the way the gaffer is signing youngsters such as Charles and Takuma is beneficial to the team in the long run"
    On The Manager:
"When José left I was distraught and they replaced him with Avram which was a kick in the teeth for the whole team as José didn't want Avram to join in the first place so when he was appointed manager we all felt betrayed. When Sam became manager after Avram died of Radioactive Poisoning we felt more of a team spirit with him, we have become a family again. He listens to what every single player in the dressing room has to say as well. He will do his hardest to keep the team happy and thats why we like him."
    On The Expectations:
"A lot of the press have been on our backs on how we want to push for the Quadruple this season, but the manager, the staff and the team all think we can do it and I believe them. It will be a tough task, but our targets are the Semi Final of the English cup, the Quarter Final of the SMFA cup and the top 3 in the Premiership. It sounds a giant task, but it is possible to accomplish and we want to be the first."

    Fulham Fanatics!!!

Hello and Welcome to the new Fulham Fanatics, todays edition includes an interview with Manager Tom Sinar, new goalkeeper Essam El Hadary, Marko Topic the in-form Striker and the information you want to know about Josh Wagenaar, the Canadian 22 year old international Goalkeeper who's current future is a star for the Canadians according to many people.
We'll start with the interview of Tom Sinar....
"Well I can sure say I enjoy time with the club as its brilliant and the past Manager Cally Annett, he had a major contribution to the club so I felt I could continue what he started and I feel that I will stick with it."
" I can't really explain it, we had a few bad results, we had a bad start but what matters is we're up and running. Some errors were because of the defence so I made changes to it and so far it has taken us to a draw and a win."
" All I can say is this, we have plenty of money to spend, I have scouted some of the unknown places as you can see with the last few signings I have made. I can announce that we are bidding for future prospects in South American football as that is our current location of searching".
"Yes.. I can, for the last 10 or so games, his sucked, his promise me he will do better but he hasn't thats why I bought in El Hadary, he is a hero to many people in Egypt because of his shootout fanatics in loads of competitions, his good on the ball, can control the defence and best of all, he has the experience".
"Well I can and I can't, the Premiership is the hardest league in the world, its unpredictable right now so I won't be too cocky but I think we have a good chance of still finishing mid-table".
    "Thanks Bob".
Essam El Hadary is known for his fanatics in the African Cup of Nations final... he is now with Fulham because of his brilliant form. We interview him right now..
    "Aye, pie."
    "Aye, the pie."
" Lets get to a more serious note, Pie is good, Pie is great!!!!!! I joined because I would love to work with Tom Sinar and I believe that I can help Fulham to glory while I am still playing".
" I think it will be a hard challenge but I have experienced under the eyes of former goalkeeper legend Lev Yashin".
"Thanks, will do my best for them".
Next, the in-form Striker Marko Topic tells of his glory for Fulham as we interview him next.
" There's no secret, I just push myself beyond the limit and look where it has got me, a starting place and a sense of achievement."
" The competion makes me stronger so I'm glad that Mr. Sinar is bringing in players that will compete against me".
"I was working well with Radzinski, unfortunately he wasn't doing well so Sinar dropped him but now he bought his 1st signing Issiar Dia to play with me and I enjoy working with him."
    "Thanks a lot ;)"
The Final Interview is with new goalkeeper Josh Wagenaar who is unknown to several people and many fans were puzzled by the signing
" Thanks. Well when I got the call-up for Canada he scouted our camp and thought I was pretty good despite my one-cap for them. I have been judged a star for the future by many including Wikipedia.com so I'm glad to get the backing".
"Well I know I wouldn't get my place straight and that I would have to work for it and it will be hard with the current Goalies here".
" Well I would love the experience of playing so we'll just wait and see".
" Well despite the dropping of Antti, he did promise me to involve me in some matches and cup matches next season, he didn't say whether he will play me this season, but as I said, we'll just wait and see who I play for... on loan or a Fulham Goalie".
    "Yeah thanks. "

That concludes this weeks edition, coming up next week on Fulham Fanatics!!!
More Drama and disappointment and more interviews!!!!!
    By Reporter Bob Booberton.

    Portsmouth VS. Chelsea
Chelsea managed to sign Frederic Kanoute for this midweek game against Portsmouth at Fratton Park, and was a certain debut for the Malian. Portsmouth, who have yet to sign anyone this season, started off well this season with a 1-0 win over Liverpool to their name. Frank Songo'o got the winner last week and looked to start again today.
    First Half:
Chelsea started the game and straight from the kick off they looked a threat. Florent Malouda received the ball from the center spot and ran off down the left wing, crossing it in where Didier Drogba got his header on target only for Portsmouth keeper Martin Cranie to palm the effort away.
Portsmouth started brightly when a through ball from Songo'o to Djimi Traore was wasted when he sliced the ball to the corner flag, luckily Lauren kept the ball in play and ran to the penalty area only for John Terry to make a no prisoners tackle on the ex Arsenal right back.
The Portsmouth fans gasped minutes later as a mistake between Glen Johnson and Lauren allowed Didier Drogba to run in take the ball and shot only to smash it over the bar, a let off for the Pompey back line.
Nwankwo Kanu looked in on goal as he managed to get past Ricardo Carvalho, and had a simple effort to knock it in the net only to strike it so softly into the arms of Petr Cech.
A few minutes later, the same thing happened again, only this time Benjani struck it into Cech's arms, Cech restarted the play by hoofing it up field where Lauren miscued and failed to clear the ball, which let Frank Lampard in and half-volleyed it from 10 yards to put the Blues ahead. One nil to Chelsea.

Lampard celebrates with the boys in Blue

Minutes later, Portsmouth's defence was at sixes and sevens yet again as Johnson stupidly brought down Drogba from 20 yards out, Malouda stepped up to take the free kick, and it was ferociously curled round the wall and Cranie just got his finger tips to it to deny the Frenchman the goal.
The Portsmouth defence were having a shocker once again as Lauren yet again let Drogba in only to smash it into the keepers chest.
Another attack from Chelsea minutes later as Drogba struck from the edge of the D as the ball shaved the top of the Crossbar.
Another chance fell to Frank Songo'o just like his last game against Liverpool on Saturday but he was denied as Ricardo Carvalho managed to hook the ball away from him as he dragged his leg back to shoot.
    Half Time Analysis:
Portsmouth look certain on scoring but Chelsea have just exceeded Pompey in every department and look to take the three points unless Portsmouth can pull something special out of the bag in the second half. Drogba looks deadly but we would like to see more from Freddie Kanoute in the second half and Songo'o seems to be the only Portsmouth player with the ability to score at the moment.
    Second Half:
No substitutions by either team at half time so we'll start the second half like we ended the first.
Portsmouth managed to up their game for a few minutes as Songo'o managed to cross the ball and it flashed across the front of the goal with Kanu, Benjani and Mendes all missed it and Marc Wilson managed to get is foot to it but somehow flashed it wide.
Chelsea soon came back into the game when a corner from Frank Lampard was beautifully floated into the area as Malouda struck but miss hit his volley it was cleared to around 25 yards where Michael Essien volleyed it and it flew over Martin Cranie's head into the back of the net!, two nil to Chelsea and cruising.

Essien rubs salt into Pompy's wounds

Chelsea seemed as though they were launching everybody forward when a 27 pass move from the blues fell to Ashley Cole who belted it from 30 yards only to be denied by the lack of gravity at the Portsmouth end probably due to half of the 15,000 Pompey fans that came to spectate had already gone home.
Chelsea broke through yet again, only this time, Didier Drogba shimmied around Lauren and curled the ball from 25 yards and into the right side of the net, three nil to Chelsea and now the Pompey manager is thinking of going home.
Portsmouth, besides already being three goals down, decided this was the time to start a comeback, an unsuccessful one at that. Kanu managed to beat Ashley Cole to the ball and struck lamely from 25 yards and Petr Cech could've thrown his helmet on it, cooked a barbecue, read through the Daily telegraph, return and then pick ball up.
Kanoute also decided to up his game as he ran rings around Lauren, Johnson, Traore and Delph then hit a stunner that was parried away by Cranie. He then received the ball back on the edge of the area and flew past Johnson who blatantly took him down from behind but referee Nicolas Izmalovski didn't move an inch. Not only was it a penalty, video evidence shows it would've been a straight red card too.
Chelsea struck again with 3 minutes to go as Frank Lampard tried to bag his second of the game only for it to be caught by Cranie who has had an awful game.

Drogba and Essien plead with referee for Kanoute incident.

    Bayern raring to go !!

    Overview !
Bayern Munich manager Adam Johnson this morning completed the signing of two players which in his own words " makes our squad good enough to challenge for the league and cups". This morning Makoun from Lille, and Hilbert from Stuttgart joined Munich. These two players join Hleb, Eduardo Da Silva, Escude, Reanato, Carrick, Amelia and Marin. Johnson still has some money left and is looking to invest it into tomorrows best players.
    Preview!
    Bayern Munich VS Arminia Bielefeld
Johnsons men open there league campaign with a home fixture against a unmanaged team, yet to bring any players in. Infact Arminia Bielefeld have only sold players. Bayern are expected to win this tie easily, Johnson can only hope that his tactics pay off. Klose and Toni will be looking to strike it off as they play there first competitive game as strike partners.
Hertha BSC Berlin VS Borussia Dortmund
Berlin manager Glenn Johnson has only brought in one player, but that player is the talented and powerful Zigic, the bit target man should be a instant hit in the Bundesliga but only time will tell. Dortmund manager has signed no less than 11 players, none are out standing but he has solidified his squad making sure he will be able to compete in all competitions.
    Hansa Rostock VS VFL Bochum
Two unmanaged teams battle it out in Rostock. With Bochum bringing in a couple of players, the media prediction is a away win. Neither team will be challenging for honours but a winning start is always nice.
MSV Duisburg VS 1 FC Nurnberg
Nurnberg are the favourites for this tie, Nurnberg managee has been able to hold onto the great Misimovic. The Bosnian play maker will certainly be the one to watch in this game and should be one to watch out during the season. Neither teams have signed anyone off significance
FC Schalke 04 VS Hannover 96
FC Schalke have sold three players so far this season in Rafinha, Kuranyi and Bordon. In return it see's Anton Ferdinand and Mancini move to the German Giants. In a Schalke missing some familiar faces will they be able to defeat Hannover.
    Alemannia Aachener VS Werder Bremen
A big win is expected for Werder here, with Owen Hargreaves and Patrick Evra joining them this season, they will be expected to push for the title. With the attacking options Werder have, no one doubts that they will walk away with all three points.
    Karlsruher SC VS Bayern Leverkusen
A tough opening game for Karlsruher SC as they open the league with a game against Leverkusen. Leverkusen have been busy in the market, most notably negioating a deal with stuttgart for Gekas to leave and Osorio and Cacau to move to in.
    VFL Wolfsburg VS FSV Mainz
Wolfsburg are tipped to win this tie, neither teams have changed to much about there squads, wolfsburg have bought in Faubert and Bowyer. The mood amongst neutrals is that it will be a home win in this game.
    Hamburger SV VS Eintracht Frankfurt
The up and coming Hamburger face Eintracht Frankfurt in what should be a victory. Hamburger have held onto there prize asset Van Der Vaart even with strong interest from Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Roma.
    VFB Stuttgart VS Energie Cottbus
Pauls new look Stuttgart are expected to take all three points against a unmanaged Cottbus. Stuttgart have had a mass exodus of players even with fans favourite Gomez leaving for the Nou camp. However he has brough in gekas and he is expected to do very well.

    Pre Match Info:
Derby County hosted Manchester United tonight in an action packed game at Pride Park.
Derby have started the campaign signing veteran England keeper David James to deliver clean sheets.
Manchester United pulled off signings of Dirk Kuijt, Kaka, Javi Navarro, Michel Salgado and Ricardo Quaresma. 4 of who started tonight’s game.
Derby went for a 4-4-2 formation with Gary Teale and Stephen Pearson on the flanks to get forward to support Rob Earnshaw and Steve Howard up front. United also played a 4-4-2 formation with Kaka, Quaresma and Ronaldo to support Tevez and new boy Kuijt.
    Match:
United started extravagantly, when a long range belter from Kaka was parried short by keeper David James only to be tapped in by Carlos Tevez, a real howler from James within 2 minutes of his debut.
Straight from the restart Cristiano Ronaldo ran down the flank and Stephen Pearson pulled him back resulting in a yellow card for the Scotsman. The resulting free kick, taken by Kaka was launched into the area where Tevez turned and shot only to be denied by Gerard Pique on the line.
Quaresma was having a good start to his United career having scored 3 in the win against East fife on Friday. He passed the last defender and curled it round the keeper only to be denied by the post.
Derby finally got an attack on United, and it was a cracking shot from Pearson that rattled the crossbar and was cleared away, and from that clearance Kaka raced down the field curled it towards the top right corner of the goal only to be denied by an awesome acrobatic save by David James.
Quaresma again showing forms of fantastic work rate as he lofts the ball into the area as Pique smashes his header across his own bar!, luckily for him it went out for a corner. The corner is crossed in by Quaresma and hit wonderfully by Tevez as it comes off Pique's thigh to wrong foot the keeper, and Tevez will claim his second goal of the game!

    Tevez bags two...

From the restart Pearson was single handily trying to drag Derby back into the game, his shot resulted in the ball hitting the outside of the upright with Van Der Sar in a lucky escape.
Quaresma ran the full length of the field in a fantastic solo run, he then crossed the ball where Kuijt made a thunderous header only to for a speedy reaction from James to punch clear.
James booted the ball down the field and it landed on Pearson’s toe, he passed to Earnshaw who blatantly dived in the area and referee Sergey Berezutskiy was having none of it and issued a yellow card. The free kick was miss kicked which allowed David Jones to come in and slot it past the keeper for 2-1.
    Mid Match Verdict:
Despite Derby scoring a goal on half time, they haven't looked dangerous to United as of yet, but United still look dangerous.
    Second Half:
Mixed approach at the start of the second half, Matt Oakley got close but curled it just round the post, inches away.
Quaresma, who was a shining star first half lobbed the ball into the area and Kuijt got on the end of the header only to be collected by James who has been worked tonnes this game.
Derby picked up their game 5 minutes into the second half when Robbie Earnshaw had two clear cut chances go begging, and it should've been 2-2 by now.
All of a sudden Dirk Kuijt picked up his game, he shot from 25 yards and it stung James hands and went out for a corner, Quaresma took the corner and Kuijt got a glancing head on the ball only for it to strike James thigh and go out for another corner, which was eventually cleared away.
Tevez once again lost his marker and moved towards goal, but a stunning tackle by Pique resulted in a hurried shot for the Argentinean. Ronaldo managed to strike the slice towards goal and was parried back out to him, so he hit it again but it flew inches wide.
Derby were on the attack again, and Pearson’s header was cleared by Vidic who's ball found Quaresma who through balled it to a very forward Javi Navarro who beat the offside trap and finished the game off with it gone to 3-1.

    Javi some of that!...

    Post Match Analysis:
United ran out 3-1 winners in the end but should've ended 6-3 to the Devils. Quaresma shone in this encounter and is a fantastic proposition for the rest of United's season. Stephen Pearson also looked good for Derby but couldn't drag his team back into it.
    Man of the Match:

    I work Ardo...

Without a doubt, Ricardo Quaresma, Tevez had a brilliant game, but Quaresma stole the show with his wonderful vision, technique, passing and assists. Mark(out of 10):10

    TRACTORS TAKE 3 AGAIN

Ipswich Town once again took 3 points last night against Relegation hopefuls Shorpe United. Shorpe once again played their central striker in goal .
Ipswich started off the way they did the past two weeks running, in the 7th minute Stefan Beinlich crossed the ball in on the by-line which was headed across the bar and out by defender Andy Butler. Ipswich struck first in the 12th minute, Defender Richard Hinds miss-kicked the clearance straight to Stefan Beinlich who took on the keeper one-on-one and slotted it under the keeper's body.
New team favourite Giovanni Tedesco (nicknamed Gigi) managed to beat 8! players but got nudged off the ball as he got the shot away. Ipswich went 2-0 up in the 22nd minute with Stefan Beinlich's 2nd goal in the game and his 6th goal of the season with a beautifully struck volley to beat the keeper to put them 2 goals up.
Just before half time, Gigi Tedesco took control of the ball and beat the defender and the keeper, only to be denied by the post at a very tight angle at goal.

    Beinlich Hit 2...

Half time : Shorpe United 0-2 Ipswich Town.
It didn't take Ipswich long to get going again. In the 48th minute the offside trap was beaten by a long ball over from Gaizka Mendieta laid off for Dean Ashton. Ashton made it to goal but was denied by the keeper at the last. 2 minutes later Ipswich went 3-0 up, with a controversial offside rule Enrico Chiesa broke through the defence and cheekily lobbed the keeper, to put the Tractors out of reach. Chiesa almost doubled his tally after his lob beat the keeper with ease only to beat the cross bar as well. David Balleri was shouting at his team to keep up the awesome work rate.
A low sweeping cross from Sergio Almiron was just missed by the outstretched Enrico Chiesa who could have scored a hat-trick by now he was on fire. Dean Ashton 3 minutes later probably had the chance of the season but was rushed and he hit the top side of the cross bar. A great chance for Gaizka Mendieta but his miss-hit volley smashed through a billboard into the crowd.
Ian Baraclough scored what seemed to be a consolation goal for Shorpe in the 79th minute to make it 3-1 but the goal was still against the run of play. 2 Minutes later Enrico Chiesa scored again after at lightning pace burst past the two defenders and hammered it home from 15 yards for 4-1.
In the last minute Sergio Almiron had a wicked 30 yard shot at goal as makeshift keeper Hayes tipped it over the bar.
Full Time : Shorpe United 1-4 Ipswich Town.
Man Of The Match: Sergio Almiron - A lot of running and determination shown by him today on a perfect debut and should have scored. Score (Out of 10): 9

    ...Almiron's Superb Debut

I was blown away by the amount of flare in chat in those days, with people such as Nav and Ash. Then I noticed the forum, having been on MANY forums before, I thought, I'd give this ago, within minutes Dan Payne and Fraser replied to my needs in the post.
From then, I was on chat and forum daily and got warned by my parents that I was getting addicted but I was 16, WHAT DID I KNOW! And boy did I get addicted. I took over my 2nd club, Marseille in WC101. Won a season with them then left them to move onto WC2, with the so called big guns of the forum, such as Navdeep Sandhu, Craig "Smudge" Smith, Ashley Carroll and Fraser McInnes.
As I was developing into a league winning manager I began getting obsessed with the admin in chat and wanted to be just like them, sad I know because they were middle aged men with no morals . Round about September time. This thing called Gold Membership came out, where you paid money to become an immortal in the world of Soccer manager (the best online management game in the world join now it's 100% free with a FREE Parker pen!). My filthy rich cousin got GM two weeks after the launch and I envied him like Luke envies my good looks. 2 weeks after that I finally bribed my parents for GM with Emotional Black mail and death threats, but that’s a different story. When I first got the GM I made the most Unsuccessful setup in history thus leaving it.
As a few of the big guns left the forum, I felt I would crack and eventually leave. A few of my close friends on here helped me carry on. So I did. Round about Christmas time, new things were coming in and they really made SM what it is today, a world class online management game that’s so realistic I’d give José Mourinho a run for his money. I also got mod status on chat which I had dreamt of.
In march time, I saw the person who I Aspired to be, Dai Smout, leave the forum and yes on a bit of turbulent ground but he was a very good friend and he helped me become what I wanted to be on here.
I got over it very quickly and moved on. Since then the goal for him and the Gores (which was to excel SM and make it the best management game in the world) finally came true, and rightfully so because 50,000 members, in my opinion is an understatement. well it was critical but you have to remember i had been silenced by a mod who just didn't like my 'professional' wrestling joke. plus, having him also offer to make me a mod is rather against the rules.
yet it's not criticism for criticism sake - i'm sure the Devs don't want that type of malarky occuring either. so, therefore, in that sense, one part of the game has moved backwards.
of course, overall, the level of members proves the success of SM - as it should, but the need for progression should never cease. yet, whilst i have always had a burning desire to improve and develop, saying anything that the game lacks is now punished.
SM should be bigger than this. they have the know-how and they're a good bunch of lads, i just feel bullied and unwelcome by rogue deputies and my ideas will now go unheard.

    Chelsea 3-2 Birmingham City.
Even though Chelsea had a lot of players injured, they still fielding a Phenominally strong squad.
Chelsea: Cech, Johnson, Carvalho, Ben Haim, Ashley Cole, Wright-Phillips, Essien (Mikel 69), Lampard, Malouda (Sidwell 83), Kalou, Pizarro (Drogba 64).
Subs Not Used: Cudicini, Joe Cole.
Birmingham: Doyle, Kelly, Djourou, Ridgewell, Queudrue (Parnaby 51), Larsson, Muamba, Nafti (De Ridder 75), McSheffrey (Jerome 69), Kapo, Forssell.
Subs Not Used: Maik Taylor, O'Connor.
Chelsea started very bright and one reporter stated: "Chelsea played a more vibrant game of football than the whole of last season put together."
and he couldn't be more right, Chelsea were dominant for most of the first half. But in the 15th minute, Mikael Forsell (An Ex Blue himself) put Birmingham ahead against the run of player with a split second reaction header from Gary McSheffrey's Free Kick.
An immediate reaction from Chelsea as 2 minutes later, with fantastic interplay from Saloman Kalou and Shaun Wright-Phillips, SWP sent in a cross across the floor to a waiting Claudio Pizarro to slot it into the net. However critics say goalkeeper Doyle should've saved it.

    Pizarro shone in Debut.
Chelsea continued to dominate the first half with sublime pieces of skill. They managed to take the lead in the 31st minute, with fellow debutant Florent Malouda, Kalou also playing a part in this goal with a beautifully timed chip through to an onside Malouda to convert to give Chelsea the lead.
5 minutes later, Olivier Kapo beat Glen Johnson with the upmost ease to drag Birmingham city back into the game.
    HT: 2-2.
Chelsea came out in the second half how they finished the first, and expectedly scored within 5 minutes of the restart, Wright-Phillips, who was once again involved, found Michael Essien as he hammered home for the blues.
Didier Drogba gave the crowd more to cheer about after replacing hero Pizarro in the 64th minute. Drogba came very close in the second half as Doyle came out to clear the ball, kicked it to Drogba on the half way line and smashed a cracking shot towards goal only to miss by about 5 yards.
    FT: 2-2.

Madrid Make Moves. . .As Luca Loves La Liga
    Barcelona 2-1 Atlético Madrid

Even though Atlético Madrid fell to Alan Neller's Barcelona, Manager Sam Wainwright was still happy with his team and most of all Luca Toni as he scored his first goal for the club. Toni scored in the 46th minute with a wonderfully precise header, only to be cancelled out by Ludovic Giuly and Javier Saviola. After the game Wainwright said: "Even though we lost, I am still happy with the teams performance after playing, who I rate, as the best team in the league."

    BEINLICH IMPRESSES THE TRACTOR BOYS

Ipswich came from behind twice to share the points with Sheffield United last night.
It started off horrific for Ipswich with David Balleri conceding a enalty in the 10th minute. Not only was a penalty given, but Balleri rubbed salt into Ipswich's wounds after shouting abuse at the referee and throwing the ball away. As a result, The Blades had a penalty and Passoni was instantly Red Carded. After a minute waiting for Balleri to leave the field, Rob Hulse finally converted the penalty for United to give them a 1-0 lead in the 11th minute.

3 minutes later Gaizka Mendieta scored a wonder goal from 34 yards to ensure Ipswich didnt go home without a goal. Dario Passoni was said he had a great game, as 3 times he hit the woodwork.
Just before half time Stefan Beinlich scored an awesome half volley but was deemed a foul on the keeper and the goal was not givne. Controversial decision.
    Half Time:
    Ipswich Town 1-1 Sheffield United
The second half was awfully quiet besides Brede Hageland getting sent off within the first 10 minutes of the second half.
Sheffield United finally converted their second of the game with a great header from Danny Webber in the last 7 minutes of the game to giove Sheffield United a 2-1 lead.
Ipswich needed to pull something out of the bag and fast with 6 minutes to go, and the man to get them back into the game?... None other than the great debutant Stefan Beinlich.
3 minutes before the end Stefan Beinlich converted a half volley from 6 yards out giving Ipswich Town hope.
Ipswich Town, Still Unbeaten after 3 games slip into 9th position in the table with two draws and a win.
Reporting from Portman Road, I am
