Well grant is doing great at Chelsea to say that no one heard of him when Mourinho was winning games but now its like no one has heard of mourinho and grant takes all the credit by being undefeated since he took charge which was last month and of he keeps it up he will become full time manager.

I am not a Aston Villa supporter (Arsenal ) but i have noticed that they are doing really well with Martin O'Neill in charge by beating Chelsea and coming back from 4-1 down to draw 4-4 with Tottenham,also being undefeated for 4 games in November and only conceeding 1 goal in the 4 games.
