  1. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? Thanks! I also noticed he has payed few games this season while Zapata, even though his team is not doing great, plays often. Note: Gonzalo's team is in Europa league...can that matter?
  2. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? Hey guys, I have a team with the following defenders: Fucile RB 90 Schafer LB 89 Criscito LB 89 Lucio CB 94 Garay CB 91 Thiago Silva CB 89 Zapata CB 90 Gonzalo CB 90 Between Gonzalo and Zapata, who should I sell for money? Villarreal and Udinese are not doing too well and both players could drop, which has the most chances though? Zapata is also younger... Thanks!
  3. Re: Playing players in their second position Personally I use a -2 rating rule in playing people in their secondary position. For example, if I have to choose who to use for my right midfield position and I have Dani Alves RB/RM @ 94 and Robben at W/F @ 93 Dani Alves = 94 - 2 = 92 Robben = 93 - 0 = 93 So I'd play Robben, and I do the same for other positions. That's my reasoning, I guess other people have different ones
  4. Re: Xavi vs. Essien Thanks guys!
  5. Re: CalcioItalia's Italian Ratings Grosso won't rise. He isn't the same as he used to be and Juventus isn't either. It's going to be great if he stays, but if you can get a young player for him then definitely make the deal.
  6. I am being offered Essien + 60 million for Xavi, and I'm tempted to accept. In my midfield I have Macherano, Yaya Toure, Iniesta, Xavi, Muntari, and Makoun. I also have 90+ millions already as budget. -I don't need the money -Essien is good and younger than Xavi +but I'm still conflicted Ideas?
  7. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? And with that money you should get: Defense: Subotic/Kjaer/Thiago Silva for CB, Schafer/Criscito for LB, van der Wiel/Beck for RB Midfield: Pjanic/Marchisio/Keita/Busquets/Ramsey, Wings: Turan/Valencia/Di Maria/Perotti Attack: Dzeko/Balotelli/Paloschi/N'Gog it all depends if you want to invest on young players or players who already have high ratings, as you might win now or in coming seasons. Also the type of setup you're in is important. Hope this helped!
  8. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? Can you get Pazzini by any chance? He is also a riser (89->90, possibly 91 by the end of the season) Alvaro Negredo is doing well for Sevilla Mario Balotelli? He might be hard to get but he is one to keep an eye out for
  9. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? Perrotta yes, Stankovic definitely no! He might even rise in the next Italian changes, so he is a player to keep and Perrotta one to give away
  10. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? Diaby, Ramsey, Isla, Moussa Sissoko, Kwadwho Asamoah (Ramsey is under 85 but he'll rise and so will the others!)
  11. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? FW:Balotelli, Negredo, Dzeko, Gomis, Cavani, Pato, Higuain, Luis Suarez CM: Hamsik, Gourcuff, Ramsey, Diaby, Anderson, Ireland
  12. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? Inter won't sell him unless they can have an option on Fabregas, which won't happen.
  13. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? No, keep him for the long term. You can loan him out though
  14. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? Would he be in a team like Udinese? Both are not pure strikers and both are fast and versatile, and although I haven't seen Forlan play a lot, he doesn't seem to be "miles" better than Di Natale
  15. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? I'm talking about a 94 rated player of a similar age of Di Natale and comparing their situations in the context of a rise for Di Natale
  16. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? He won't drop IMO but he won't rise either, you should sell him/swap him for other players in his position. For example, Andreas Beck.
  17. Re: Players: Should I buy, sell or keep? he won't drop now or in the future; Del Piero is old and can't get too many games in a season, and Giovinco is a replacement for him. He is not too constant; when he will be, he will rise a little more
