Is there anything being done now on the future of SM Worlds?
SM Devs, are y'all still around?
There are just a few simple ideas that I would like to see implemented, so that the future of this game will be safe.
    For Custom GW Owners...
Add Squad Cap Features. 25. 30. 35. 40. 45. 50. Etc. A simple drop down window with your choice of cap. Add the ability for GW Owners to remove whomever they want from their GW. It's their GW. They paid for it. Let them run it how they see fit. This one is a bit of a stretch, but to be able to block Managers from doing transfers, maybe only to sell, during the season, like a punishment, would be a nice addition. This could be done, to teach a lesson to some managers, instead of completely removing them.  For Open SM GW's...
You can still keep your SM Coins system, but make it to where if you join a GC SM GW, then you must pay for it. Say, 1000 Coins. This will keep managers from joining then quitting and going somewhere else. This will only fill up more of your GC GW's I feel, plus, start to widdle out the cheaters. They're not going to want to spend money every time they want to join a GC GW. Also, after you join a GW, and if you do quit, you are not allowed to join back in, even if you do pay, for an entire year. This will hopefully keep managers from doing just that, joining then quitting. Their decision to join must be thought out, and if they are caught cheating, then they will never be able to join back in with that account, not just after that year. The SM GC Days System has got to go. That's just too easy for Cheating Managers to finagle themselves into GC GWs. You could divvy up the remaining GC Days into GC Coins for Managers. Plus, I have a feeling that this will only get SM more money in the long term, because like I said, it will only start to fill up GC's, as they will then have their value back.  I would also like to see a more reasonable Squad Cap be implemented for SM GW's. Say, 100. The 250 or whatever it is at, is just ridiculous. If a manager has more than 100, if that is the cap that is implemented, then they cannot buy players, until they sell to get under. Simple as that. A few years ago, maybe more, there was an in-house hiring system for SM GW's for when a manager quit. What happened to that? That was a nice feature. You could make it go to the next 3 Managers that are deserving, instead of just 1. If the first doesn't want it, then go to the second most deserving, then the third. After that, then it can become open to the public.
Lastly, Money needs value, instead of just for buying players.
You could invest into your stadium size. There could be a cap implemented for this. Say 100,000 seats. $50,000,000 will add on 10,000 seats, or something like that. You could invest in your players fitness and health. Say I need a player fit for a game, and he is at 60% fitness. $10,000,000 will add on 30% or something. Or, if a player is injured and out for 8 weeks, $10,000,000 will take away 4 weeks, or something like that. Lastly, Part Exchanges rule the transfer market. If you put a player on the market, and after 1 month, you were not able to find P/E that you like, then your player that is listed will be sold for cash. With this, I would like to see the player's max value be taken away. If I want to spend 200 mil for a player, then let me spend 200 mil. Also, with this, you can't remove your player from the transfer market. Once he is listed, he will be sold after that month, and a few days, so that a bidding war can ensue. Let's say, after 3 days, after the month of being on the market for P/E, and the manager still hasn't accepted a cash bid, the game will then accept the highest cash bid for the player. When you are looking to sell a player, a little pop-up window can come up, asking and explaining this...Are you sure you are looking to sell this player? After one month, you will have to sell this player for cash...Something like this. This should clean up the transfer market, and start to get cash more involved. It's not like players are all available anyways, but the market needs to be cleaned up. Players sit on it for no reason.
Again, and SM Devs out there still reading these things?

A topic created by an admin/dev over 2 years ago, never a reply since, plenty of ideas & nothing has been implemented within the last 2 years either from my knowledge. Why has SM Worlds been forgotten about & left for dead? Custom Worlds still thrive, are still where especially long term players of SM reside, myself for example starting in 2006, still playing Custom Worlds now. Still we are forced to apply & manage advanced rules & features ourselves as nothing has been implemented to help us do these things, has SM Worlds been left to die?

I know a lot of managers, that play the game the "right" way, by responding to bids, as soon as they come in, would like other managers, who don't respond right away, not get away with that anymore.
Something SM could add, is when a manager signs on for a certain club that has incoming bids, has popups come up, for those bids, and before that manager can do anything else, they must respond to that bid.
Could even add a response, by saying, thinking about it...or something like that, just to let the manager that put in the bid, know what's going on. Instead of just waiting.
I hate it when I sign on, and I know I've put in a bid, and I look to see if that manager has signed on, and they have.
It is annoying. Something to make this part of SM Transfers progress, should be looked at.

You'd prolly want to choose a club in D5 or D4 with the most cash to start your campaign. As this is a cash only league and you want plenty of time to build your club to challenge the big boys in D1 by the time you get there.
Do you understand all the rules? Any questions?
Would love to see a new forum manager join the league. Sorry for not responding sooner. Don't get on the forum that much nowadays.

Some New Managers have joined, and are already building their squads!
Jess Jobe, takes the helm for the Philadelphia Union in Division 3.
Tom Spooner, takes over Toulouse and is going to start his building campaign in Division 4.
and, Jon Snow, takes over Nantes in Division 5, where he will start his building process.
Exciting times for the Nette Shultz PL!
Any new managers, let me know by posting here, or shoot me a PM.

Going to go with a bit more Brazilian contingent this campaign, with Alisson coming into goal for Handanovic, and Coutinho coming in, but he did replace Oscar, who I had to sell to fund the transfer of Busquets to the club. So really just Alisson, haha.
Looked good today, with a hard fought Charity Shield Victory over Hannover!
    Good start to the season.
Sunderland's coming in, looking to continue their success. Their first loss may never come! Haha.

Go with Bravo. Like you said, cheaper now, and I don't think Patricio will get any higher there. Got lucky winning the Euros and getting a rise. Navas, also like you said, prolly not the favorite goalie at Madrid. They just won the Champs League, and he didn't even get a bump for that. Kinda odd.
Bravo could still get a bump, if Pep can get them deep into Champs, and maybe win.

and again, I apologize already, If I offend anybody in any way about this.
If I should switch something around, let me know as well.
Maybe I messed up in a way, but I think this will help keep things organized better.
I also know that some Countries are loaded. Just deal with it.
It will still be 20 or 23 Argentinians, with 5 to 7 Others, or whatever Country it is really.
I also know, that some of these countries hate each other, and would never play with each other.
Well, here's the exception, I guess.

    Example of HOW TO PLAY:
Let's Say I go with New York Cosmos, which most likely I am. If I'm in Division 1, then I'll need at least 20 American Players.
The last 5 Spots, can be Americans if I want, or I can also go after the other countries, from the chart above, that matches my language.
So, I could maybe buy 2 English Players, 2 Welsh Players, and 1 Australian Player, to Round out my other 5.
Or, like I said, buy 3 more Americans, and just 2 English players. Whatever you want to do with those extra, are your choice,
as long as they match up in the Chart.

Cheers. Been playing even before the concerns were implemented, but have never had this happen before in a transfer. Usually just wait for the player to get to level 5, and then I put in a cash bid.
But Mandzukic is better than Tevez, at least age wise, and still in Europe. This other manager is at least trying to get something in return, besides cash.
    Thanks again.

I think I have covered, for the most part, the bigger Countries,
and again, I apologize already, If I offend anybody in any way about this.

They leave the major improvements to themselves to mess up.
Plus, I don't even think they listen to any "minor" suggestions either.
It's been so negative on here, twitter, and whatever media related to SM, for years now.
All I got to ask, and this is rhetorical SM, is can y'all see that? Do y'all like the negativity?
    Ridiculous.
