  2. Re: .:10000 bc:. Hoops season start: Bad to Worse - Defensive Crisis After 2 unfortunate losses in his first 2 games in charge of Celtic FC, RayNFFC's start to the season has gone from bad to worse. In a night of a mixed-bagged performance against PSG, where Celtic recorded their first point of the season in a rugged 0-0 draw, Ray was unfortunate to see no less than 3 of his defenders seeing exits from the game. Injuries to Centre-backs Gamberini and Biava was met with a crushing blow of Bouma seeing a straight red which sees him ruled out of Celtics next 3 games. Biava will hopefully shrug of his injury, but will likely miss the next game away to FC Porto, but unfortunately, star defender Gamberini looks to be out for a long 2 weeks. Not the news Celtic fans wanted to hear, after seeing a disastrous start to the campaign which sees their beloved team rooted to the bottom of Division 1. RayNFFC has a tough task on his hands, and he really needs to see some positives in the next few games, which is no easy ask following the news of his defensive crisis. Ray was unavailable for comments at the time, and hopes his performances from the sidelines can do the talking.
  3. Re: ||The Apocalypse|| I'm probably way too late to add to the interest list, but if there's anything available (or any more pull-outs), then i'd like my name added. Thanks.

  5. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... Yeah i'm torn on this one. Adriano isn't exactly a worldbeater, but he's benefited from other players injuries and has got himself plenty of gametime this season so far, and playing for the best team in the world is always going to help his cause. Kosc hasn't had the best of starts this season. He has always had that error prone thing about him, but when he's on form....Arsenal are on form. Can Koscielny get a 91 if he finds form before the season ends?
  6. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... 1 vote each so far' date=' any more? Position doesn't matter. Which player in your opinion is the better option?
  7. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... Koscielny or Correia Adriano?
  8. Re: .:10000 bc:. That's nothing, there's a certain team (without mentioning who - NOT ME) i saw earlier with only a total of 2 players!!!! He has some serious work to do .
  9. Re: .:10000 bc:. What's his rating nowadays?
  10. Re: What to do with Robinho? I had him in one of my setups, and he was by far my best performer. He was my top-scorer for 2 seasons running (19 goals in 1st season with the team, and a mighty 23 goals in his second season!!) and averaged more than an 8 score in both seasons. I knew he'd be on the way down, but was reluctant to sell him as he was a prize-asset to a consideraly poor squad in comparison to others in the league, yet he powered my team to League victory. In the end, i swapped him for Tevez who hasn't quite yet performed as well, and have minor regrets, but it's onwards and upwards so just get the best deal possible.
  11. Re: .:10000 bc:. Really? Probably the best name i've heard all year. Ray Singh (more than likely a fair few of the name, so i may have to help narrow it down - I'm in blinkins friends list if you have him friend listed)
  12. Re: Stephan EL SHAARAWY Milan have been very poor this season, but he has been one of their best performers, and has been very consistent this season. He is very young too, and has been impressive, albeit in a poor Milan team. He should get an 88 (perhaps a 87 in next ratings), but if he keeps up his form, and Milan turn their season around somehow, he could possibly hit a 89 at the end of the season. Not definite, but very possible.
  13. Re: .:10000 bc:. I'll take Celtic outright from Pot 3 if that's allowed. I don't want to make things more confusing though
  14. Re: Riferimento: .:10000 bc:. Neither is there a Roma, and Porto are in pot 1, not pot 3.
  15. Re: .:10000 bc:. Pot 1: Inter Pot 2: Ajax Napoli Pot 3: Celtic Sao Paulo CSKA Valencia Monchengladbach
  16. Re: .:World's Elites:. Not exactly, but I'm sure us managers will feel like pensioners when the 10th season rolls around lol.
  17. Re: .:World's Elites:. Perhaps some humour to make it stand out. The Pension Plan .....or something along those lines.
  18. Re: Getting concerns with 100% games played I think you should get rid of Akinfeev as he will more than likely start to develop concerns too. He is a 91 rated keeper, so he will expect to start many games (even though he isnt your top keeper). That will also go for most of your 90+ rated players too. I think any player rated 90 or more expect to play at least 75% of games, but your best players 93+ will expect to be featured in 85% of games. The concern will continue into the start of a new season too, until the player is satisfied that he has been played to his standard. You may have to think about offloading some of your 90+ players if they start to develop concerns too.
  19. Re: Loans from Unmanaged clubs I've just noticed this too in my Gameworlds. The problem with this is, the big teams will continue to hog all the best players (and youth) because they only have to loan list them. Unfair for the underdogs. SM have been making these backward steps lately.
  20. Re: .:World's Elites:. I'm in. I am new to the boards, so i might not be high on the list of priorities, but i can send you my manager history record to show you my loyalty to gameworlds. Thanks.
  21. Re: Euro Crisis Challenge- VACANCIES SO COME AND APPLY If this GW gets a boost of new managers to keep it going, i will defo be interested in taking on a team. Leverkusen, Newcastle or Mallorca for me, lol.
