    Everton gain ascendancy in SMFA Shield tie.

    Everton looked to hold Spartak Moskva in Moscow last night and it was clearly evident from the start that the English outfit was up for the fight with some good possession and the creation of some decent chances in the early exchanges. However, Everton were dealt a massive blow, after new recruit, and debutant, Marco Motta, was sent off, somewhat harshly, by german referee Helmut Fleischer in only the fourth minute. This put Everton on the back foot but they managed to get a goal in the 20th minute when defender Nenad Djordjevic coolly slotted home a brilliant passing attack from the Toffees.

    11 minutes later it was to be the home sides celebrations as star striker Soares Welliton struck a sweet volley past an anchored Tim Howard to draw level. This didnt put Everton off though as Japanese midfielder Yasuhito Endo put the travellers back in front to silence the crowd with just 1 minute left of the first half.

    As the players came out for the second half, it was difficult to tell who would be looking to win this, as Everton had two precious away goals, but they were tiring after Mottas early sending off. And it was Everton who came out the sharper of the two sides, and it was no surprise when they managed to get a third through Emad Moteab just after the Hour mark. The Toffees were inevitably beginning to tire now and manager Razz was forced to make change, brining talented young midfielder Dan Gosling, on for the influential Yasuhito Endo, but this was after Spartaks 2nd, coming from Jiranek.

    Everton were able to hang on for a very well and hard fought victory and with 3 away goals, it seems the ascendancy is with them, but I wouldnt say this tie is over yet.

    Spartak Moskva 2 - 3 Everton

    Recent Transfer Activity.

    Over the last two days, Everton have been able to complete two deals with Roma.

    -> Marco Motta in a deal expected to be around 8 million pounds has moved to Everton from Roma to add some cover to the right back area.

    -> Mikel Arteta has decided a switch to Italy and with the Roman club was the best option to take his career, with 5 million pounds and Italian midfielder Alberto Aquilani moving in to the current 3rd placed Premier League Toffees.

    Going Well... So Far

    Everton have made a great start to the Premier League campaign this season, currently sitting in a very impressive 3rd place so far after 3 games. New manager Razz has been very cool, calm and collected so far but he has come out to applaud the way his side and his fans are doing so far.

    " Im very pleased, a great opening day win but with the disappointment of the loss to West ham we bounced back with a very good win over then league leaders Wigan. I feel we have the right balance of defence and offense at the present time, which makes me feel very happy. I've been able to strengthen the team quite a bit and i shall continue to do so if given an opportunity."

    The blue half of Merseyside have been buzzing after some eye catching displays and important buys, including:

    -> Yasuhito Endo

    -> Nenad Djordjevic

    -> Christian Lell

    -> Marco Motta

    -> Emad Moteab

    -> Scott Jamieson and

    -> Milan Djuric as well as a lot of youth.

    Everton sit just 1 point behind joint league leaders Aston Villa and Bolton Wanderers, whilst preparing for the hosting of Fulham tonight. Fulham are currently bottom of the division, pointless so far but Everton aren't about to become complacent and are preparing themselves for a tight tussle.

    "Fulham are a good side whether there top, mid-table or bottom, i have no doubt about that, we will need our best tonight if we want to win and thats exactly what were hoping for, hopefully my players can put in a good showing and get the three points and continue our good season to date.

    United add 3 youngsters to there ranks

    Manchester United have been busy so far since the end of the season, with a 6th placed finish all that came from a season that promised so much at the start to not really deliver anything good.

    Since Uniteds final game of the season, a home 1-1 draw with Chelsea, Manager Razz has acted swiftly to sign 3 young players, adding some youth to there ranks.

    First up, was 18 year old English Right Back, Nathaniel Clyne, in a deal consisting of 2.2 million pounds plus argentinian left back Juan Carlos Ojeda.

    Hi signing was closely followed by the capture of fellow 18 year old Austrian Centre Back, Aleksandr Dragovic, in a deal thought to be close to 1.9 million plus brazilian misfit, Rafael Toloi.

    Lastly, was probably the biggest signing of them all, with the signing of brazil's highly rated 20 year old goalkeeper Dos santos Renan from Botafogo in a deal worth around 3.85 million plus striker Alemao and goalkeeping flop Garcia Felipe.

    I am very pleased to have signed these three players. They will add extra depth to our youth ranks. They realise that they probably wont get much game time, but of course they do know that they are part of our long term plans otherwise we wouldnt have signed them. There all eager to contribute in some way or another to this football club. Renan is moving into our club to become the number 2 at the club. We felt Van der sar didnt really have much backup last season so we've signed this fella and im sure he'll make an impact.

    Indeed.

    I dont really agree with the decision.. there are a few members of the list that shouldnt be there.. however i doubt any of us will really change the minds of the people running the comp.. I just dont see how some of the more talkative and frequent members of the chat have to get through the quals but some who barely even go on the chat get to bypass it :confused:

    Juve Spending Spree continues..

    Juventus have managed to bring in a host of players since the inception of the league a little under a week ago. New manager Razz has identified specific areas in his side and strengthened with serious affect. It is no surprise that they have now been installed as one of the title favourites alone with Arsenal and Valencia. They have, however, scheduled a friendly that will be played out at the Stadio Olimpico Di Torino Stadium on the 24th June, which incidentally comes just 3 days after meeting the english giants in the opening game of the league season. Manager Razz talked about his feelings regarding what has and what will come at Juve:

    Im very pleased with our dealings so far, we've managed to sign some really quality players. We got in a little bit early and jumped our team members a little bit, meaning we had the opportunity to chose for a few players early on. I feel we've added some real quality into the ranks with the additions of players such as Hamsik, Mutu, Juan, Mexes and Montolivo as well as creating a youth team atmosphere with the signings of Fiorillo, Creszenci, Rigoni, sharaawi and caturano. I am hoping to bring in a couple more players but at the moment im looking to just get my tactics right. It will be a massive opening game of the season at the Emirates.

    Juventus have managed to bring in 10 players so far, with the italian giants having strengthened there defence with Roma duo, Juan and Mexes, coming into the club for a combined 3.8 million + legrottaglie, mellberg, marchisio and zanetti.

    They then went to the midfield and increased the inventory in that department by signing Marek hamsik in a 5.6 million deal plus marchionni and nedved and also bringing in Fiorentina utility man, Riccardo Montolivo for 950k plus Manninger and Sissoko.

    The only striker that they have signed so far is Adrian Mutu, who came in from Fiorentina in a deal believed to be around 3.4 million plus Iaquinta and Knezevic.

    The Youth team took a stunning turn for the better with the acquisition of new no.2 goalkeeper Vincenzo Fiorillo from Sampdoria, along with 16 year old Stephen El Shaarawy. Rigano, Caturano and 17 year old Roma full back Alessandro Creczenci completed the Big spending italian clubs purchases so far, with a reported 10million + budget still to work with, there is sure to be a bit of activity still remaining for Juventus, but its not up to Razz to assemble a side good enough to challenge for Le Confederations Glory! :D

    New Arrival at the Delle Alpi!

    The Juventus chairman has confirmed that the club has indeed signed Razz on a 2 year deal at the Serie A runners up side, with a view to a further year adding onto that.

    I am very happy to be manager of this club, its got such a great history and i am fairly confident we can have a top 3 finish this season, the chairman is expecting a lot and i plan to deliver. I have already drawn up a wishlist of players, although the chairman has given me a fairly limited budget to work with, so it will have to be some cheap deals for now as I look to do the best I can to strengthen this club. The players are of a high and experienced calibre which is good, although there are also some OAP typed players that I wish to sell in order to make funds.

    New manager Razz's first game in charge is, predicted to be one of the biggest matches of the division as both teams are expected to finish high up the table, when he takes his crop of players to the Emirates Stadium to take on Arsenal.

  7. Re: Latest Chatroomer/Forumer Setup

    all them teams and you pick Juve? lol..........................................

    all them teams? :?

    There werent many good teams to choose from considering england and spain had been taken and there was only 1 italian side left when i saw the thread..

  8. Re: la Résistance (Official thread)

    Razz defends himself after ongoing criticism

    Manchester United manager Razz has made an official statement to the Biggin Hill press regarding recent outbursts from Lyon manager Thomas Goodson and Nathan Kirby.

    I believe they are all fools. There all after me. There absolute idiots, let me tell ya. That Nath is a funny one, he needs to go back to the farmyard because theres a good ol' aussie pie waiting for him. That Fat Aussie Kangaroo Loving Munt needs to grow up. :rolleyes:

    As for tom, "I have an army, Come get me!."

    kom_babies.jpg

    A photo leaked to the media which sees Nathan Kirby sitting on Thomas Goodson in a naughty position. :eek:

    In other News:

    Manchester United manager Razz has indeed signalled his intentions to challenge the likes of Fiorentina, Inter and Athletico to the signing of 18 year old whizz-kid, Eden hazard. " Hes one for the future, I have a good amount of funds at my disposal now after the selling of Santos Ramirez, so I should have a wealthy budget to work with.

    Razz has also backed in-demand Inter manager Ferg Milligan, after many managers expressed there displeasure with him over his backing of the LRFA with regards to the "Loanee scandal". He is a quality manager, and I think it took some balls for him to come out and say what he did. Hes not frightened of anyone and im pleased hes backing us because his loyalty is something that can be commended and it is highly rated.

    The current manager of the division 2 championship winning side of last season's position among the ranks at manchester United has been heavily scrutinised in recent days following the emergence that he was indeed the man who found the Gerard Pique loan deal at Bayern Munich. A lot of other managers have blasted him and it has indeed down-graded United's reputation, and as a result there are rumours he is about to quit, or even be forced out to chairman Vincent Kennedy McMahon..

    'It seems Shyla Stylez is going nowhere' date=' however, the comments from Adam Gutteridge with regard to Shyla Stylez has outraged Man Utd manager Razz, who insists it was wrong of Gutteridge to take his interests in Shyla to the media.'

    After Sir Razz's recent comments to the media about Gutteridge wanting to take Shyla Stylez to Villareal, Gutteridge has come out publicly to say, that himself and Shyla are not linked professionally, but however are having a personal relationship. and aplogises to Razz for any misunderstanding

    Shyla Stylez has acted angrily towards Villarreal manager Adam Gutteridge after the english coach stated he was involved personally with the sultry diva. The United physio has stated that she would never go anywhere near such an ugly and unprofessional man, stating that she would never betray her boss, Razz, and go after another LR manager.

    I have never been this furiated in my whole life, i feel ive been taken advantage of in the press by that idiot of a manager! How dare he say that about me! I want justice! right now!

    The LRFA have stepped in on this matter, and have threatened to heavily fine Villarreal manager Adam Gutteridge if he is to speak about United physio, Shyla Stylez, again and has warned the Villarreal manager that Stylez has acted out a restraining order towards Gutteridge, therefore the Spanish side manager can no longer be in the same coutnry as her. This means that the Villarreal manager will NOT, thats right, NOT be allowed to enter England on thursday night for the match between the two sides, this means that Adam will therefore be needing a caretaker coach for this match. There will be special enforcements at all England International airports, including Heathrow and gatwick, making sure Gutteridge does not creep his way through. If Adam Gutteridge is to be found or seen in england between now and sunday night, he will be jailed for up to 7 years.

    It seems like a harsh penalty, but England police are taking a very cautious and collected approach to this.

    :rolleyes:

  10. Re: la Résistance (Official thread)

    Stylez Not going Anywhere!

    Manchester United physio Shyla Stylez, who has been apparently linked with a shock move to spain to work under the wings of Villarreal manager Adam Gutteridge, has denied she has spoken to the Englishman.

    I am having a great time here in manchester, why would I want to leave such a brilliant club? There is no better manager than Razz at this present time, and i love gaining the knowledge and passion each and every day from the boss. It would be a step-down to go to villarreal, I have been to Spain before, and that was during the Bombings a few years ago, so Im not too keen to go back. :D

    It seems Shyla Stylez is going nowhere, however, the comments from Adam Gutteridge with regard to Shyla Stylez has outraged Man Utd manager Razz, who insists it was wrong of Gutteridge to take his interests in Shyla to the media.

    I think it was wrong of him to take it to the media. I mean, He has always been a good manager but I think hes over stepped the marker here, I believe he should apologise because Shyla is a contracted employee and what he said wasnt too pleasing. :rolleyes:

    To other news:

    Manager Razz has spoken out about continued death threats from barcelona manager Allan MUFC aswell as Lyon manager Thomas Goodson. He was sent an email message on popular MSN Messenger overnight, with Lyon manager Goodson, telling him that he was to be killed. Allan MUFC seems to have backed up his so called "ally" by sending a message via Express mail to United manager Razz's home in Perth, whereas it has Allans finger prints all over it.

    The matter is being pursued by the NCIS and Perth Metropolitan police.

    :o

  11. Re: What realistic starting XI would you like to see your team line up with next seas

    Hopeful Arsenal Starting Lineup for next season: 4-4-1-1

    Manuel Almunia

    Bacary Sagna

    Kolo Toure

    Joleon Lescott (possible newcomer)

    Gael Clichy

    Theo Walcott

    Xabi Alonso (hopeful newcomer) :rolleyes:

    Cesc Fabregas

    Samir Nasri

    Andrei Arshavin

    Robin Van Persie.

    Substitutes:

    Lukas Fabianski

    Mamadou Sakho (hopeful new youngster)

    Eduardo Da Silva

    Alexandre Song

    Tomas Rosicky (if hes ever fit again! and if not..)

    Yaya Toure (would be great ifwe could get him too) :)

    Hopefully Adebayor, Bendtner and gallas will move on.. If we could get someone like Alonso, Lescott and some depth such as Sakho for the defence, it'd be good. Although if we get rid of both adebayor and bendtner, we would need atleast 1 solid star striker to replace them. :)

    Kangaroos Speak to Friend Razza.

    It is understood that a pair of Kangaroos that initially stopped Munt from praying on an innocent little girl in Western Australia late last year, have spoken with manchester United manager and long-time friend Razz over the dispute.

    The trial for the impending row has taken a U-Turn when Razz rang up the attorney general and the LRFA to let them know of his chat with the two Kangaroos, who are unable to be identified at this time..

    "they told me.. they told me everything.. One of them even had a camera and took the photo that obviously Jimmer has been given above.. its not good is it?"

    The kangaroos also had this to say on a local Western Australian Radio Station, 92.9, "oahehdg fundy tong ni wruuerr end of zis lyf foor zee poor moonty." Which Razz went on to interpret as.." he ran up to the girl and tried to root her. the end is near for poor munty".

    The FA continue to probe the investigation with alot of managers seeking vengeance against a cowardly and paeophiliactic Muntasir.

  13. Re: 20twenty league match report thread

    United thwarted in Russia.

    Zenit and Manchester United battled out a fascinating encounter overnight, in which Zenit narrowly defeated there more illustrious opponents. Learning that both Valencia and Lyon had both picked up important wins earlier on in the day, it was imperitive that Zenit also got the three points. They got off to the best possible start when Pavel Pogrebnyak, playing in his final game for the club, slotted a sublime goal inside the opening minute. However, it was all United from there on, and they deservedly found the equaliser through Carlos Tevez in the 25th minute. The match was getting tense, but it was Zenit playmaker Konstantin Zyryanov who struck the match winner on 61 minutes with a clinical effort. The red card to Carlos tevez 3 minutes later and the injury to Maxwell did little to help Uniteds comeback hopes, and it wasnt to be as Zenit held on for a very important win.

    Zenit St Petersburg 2 Manchester United 1
