  1. Re: Gold Championship 54 Match Reports/Transfer News Lokomotiv Moksva News Krylia Sovetov 1 - 2 Lokomotiv Moskva Akpala hits another as Lokomotiv win in a tightly contested match. The match began with all new signings making there debut for Lokomotiv. The one that stood out was Jaime Galivan, bursting runs from down the left made this player a quick fans favourite, and Mark Owen wants his form to continue. "We have signed quite alot of youngsters, they have alot of energy and passion to do good. We probably have signed the most players along with Spartak in the Russian league. Akpala scored again, and I did say at the begining of the season that he will play a huge part in our climb in the table." What about Peter Odemwingie, how come he keeps getting dropped? He wants to leave. So I prefer to drop a player that wants to leave, so it don't affect the team morale. Offers need to come in better than they have been for him. Your team is set out aggressively, and has resulted in 2 red cards in only the first two games of the season, are tempers fine in the team? I've always set my teams out aggressively, it puts people off, but them red cards have nothing to do with my tactics. Same tactics and formation for the game at Amkar tonight? Yes, my squad and tactics performed well, so there is no need for any change. Transfer news Transfer Listed: Peter Odemwingie (ideal offer - Young RM/ striker) Dmitri TORBINSKY (ideal offer - young RB/LB) Marko Basa (ideal offer - CM & CB - pref. 23-26 87+ rating.
  2. Re: Gold Championship 54 Match Reports/Transfer News LOKOMOTIV MOSKVA Lokomotiv 2 - 2 Dynamo Moskva "What a terrific test for our players, fast paced action is what we need and it's a shame we didn't capitalise late on." The match was always going to be attack minded, as Mark Owen is proven to go for the attack and not just sit and wait for the counter. Lee Carsley made his debut, and was terrific in his holding position. Other new arrivals had to sit out, as paperwork for the transfers were late in, which resulted in them missing the game. "It is clear that we need new defensive signings, we haven't yet got an out and out LB nor RB, to be fair Ruslan Kambolov held the RB position out well. Sychev played like a man on fire, each run was dazzling and the composure to nail the shot in from 25 yards was fantastic. Our new striker also got on to a fantastic debut, Joseph Akpala played fantastically and linked with sychev admirably. But, although we played well attacking, defending theres alot to be concerned about, and it is something we will be defiantly working on in the training field." New Signings and Transfer Gossip Transfers IN LOBONT, Bogdan - GK Experienced Goalkeeper, bought in from the lack of experience among other GK. Jukka Raitala - LB A finnish rising star, Mark Owen loaned him out to crewe for experience. Lee Carsley - DM Terrific "oldie", will defiantly play a popular role in our quest up the table. Joseph Akpala - CF Nigerian prospect who scored on his debut for Lokomotiv. Fantastic pace and strength. DZSUDZSAK, Balázs - LM Solid young winger, and will fight it out with Galivan for a Left Midfield role. Gervinho - Wing Had to fight off interest from Chelsea to secure his signature, massive future for this player at Lokomotiv, bags of potential. Transfers OUT BILYALETDINOV, Diniyar - LM Sad to see him leave, but got two young prospects out of him from Getafe. £900k & Esteban GRANERO & Martínez JAIME GAVILAN, they both completed there transfer today. Interests Lokomotiv are desperate for Full backs, a Left back and a right back. Will swap players for each position, if your interested in any of the transfer listed. Just pm if your interested, please. Torbinksky is allowed to leave along with Basa and Odemwingie, Sychev took of list after doing a U turn and saying he wants to stay.
  3. Re: Gold Championship 54 Match Reports/Transfer News Lokomotiv Moskva All players are available for P/E, after the necessity of the deals are done, only then I will consider cash offers for a few players. BILYALETDINOV, Diniyar has attracted alot of attention, but none of the deals seem right at the moment. The player has stated that he is unhappy with life in russia and wants to move, which has left the lokomotiv board in no choice but to get rid of the exciting Russian winger. Manager Mark Owen insists he will only accept the offer that appeals the most, and will continue to play Diniyar until a deal is done. Preferably looking for a young CM and a young winger 88+. Torbinsky is allowed to leave to, would take a CM or winger in exchange. Deals that have been done: Lee Carsley has made the cold trip from Birmingham to Lokomotiv, which sees veteran defender Sennikov go the other way. "Carsley is proven in the top level of football, he played for The Toffees in the Premier League, and has continued his form with Birmingham. He could play a vital part in us climbing up the league." Joseph Akpala has also joined. The exciting Nigerian forward will be included in tonights game. EDIT: BILYALETDINOV, Diniyar, a deal has been done, Diniyar will fly to getafe for a medical today. Please, if anyone else wants him, contact me by pm in game or forum, with your offer. I am looking for a RB, get in touch if you have a RB of at least 88+ in rating that YOU want to sell.
  4. Re: Gold Championship 32 Transfers going out? Xabi Alonso looks to be on his way out, with 2 unnamed players from Arsenal coming to anfield. Mascherano has grown frustrated and wants out of the Liverpool squad, Mark Owen insists he will NOT leave, until the right offer comes in. "I want 2 CM's 91 rated + or a CM and CF 91 rated +." Transfers coming in? Mathieu Flamini is a hopeful and is flying back to England to tie up a deal with Liverpool. He will replace Xabi Alonso in Midfield, but Sadly Mark Owen had to let Kuyt and promising lucas go the other way. David Bentley may be on his way from Spurs. With Ryan Babel and Daniel Agger going the other way.
  5. Re: Gold Championship 23 Match Reports/ Transfers Thread Barnet Weekly Much of to the delight of the Barnet faithful Mark Owen did what he promised to do and bought in some new talent. Each Transfer is significant towards Barnet's future. The one catching the eye is Daniel Unal, who Mark Owen had to bid twice for, as Barnet had ran out of money the first time around, but eventually got there man on the second try, and beat Conference rivals Exeter City to his signing. "I believe Italian side Cagilari were interested in him at one point, but the deal fell through, so Daniel decided to come to us, which was much as a surprise, as any other player would of went Serie A then the conference." The 18 year old will be in the starting line up to face Aldershot Town, as 2 from the original Barnet squad only feature. Transfers In -: Aleksandr Fedoseev Mike Gomes Jérémy De Vriendt Angelo Dragone Tomislav Havojic Radoslaw Kursa Botond Birtalan López Emilio Nsue Jo Sondre Aas Nicolo Brighenti Felipe Kaio Dennis Hoegh Martin Andersen Mads Laudrup Martin Dolezal Daniel Unal Transfers Out -: A bunch of free agents. More signings are set to follow as Barnet renew there interest in Aron Gunnarrson from Cov City.
  6. Re: Gold Championship 23 Match Reports/ Transfers Thread Barnet Weekly! The Barnet Board really did pull one off, as they nicked Mark Owen from Villareal's Paws. Twice, manager Mark Owen has now signed for Barnet, first he left to sign for Villareal, but the offer now of creating a solid young Barnet squad was hard to resist! "It's legendary really. To leave Barnet once, Join Villarreal, leave Villarreal and join Barnet again!!" "It's a bit like the Keegan factor, but only for it to happen in a day. Well let's just say, I'm now here to stay." Manager Mark Owen's aims are, - To bring in Quality YOUNG players, with bright futures. - To reach the Premiership within 10 seasons The Board have sat down with Mark Owen and said he has 2million to spend on who he wants, instantly he went onto the transfer market and put bids in for 10+ young and aspiring players. Mark Owen now hopes they will put the pen on the paper, and sign some deals. David Unal has pleaded with Basel to let him join Barnet, but Barnet face a two horse race for his signature with Exceter city claiming interest also! Wish me luck!
  7. Re: Gold Championship 22 Match Report / Transfers Thread Bayer Levukusen are nearly at the end of creating a new squad! Anelka is expecting to arrive to levukusen, including a deal that will see Gekis move away, and one exciting dutch man appears to be flying in also, who I will not mention. Jermaine Jenas and Alan Hutton arrived from Spurs, and the young wantaway talent Castro moves to england. Only Simon Rofles to go, will gladly take 2 CM's. A 90 and a 88-89. Whisp me with offers on game, not forum
  8. Re: Gold Championship 22 Discussions Thread As Mark Owen took over the helm at Bayer Leverkusen, he instantly put up the whole squad for sale apart from promising youth. Stefan Kiessling will leave Leverkusen, and Bakary Kone will fly in from France and take his place, an unamed defender will also fly in with Kone, as part of the deal. There has been speculation that Tranquillo Barnetta maybe part of a deal to try to bring ryan babel to Leverkusen, there has also been interest from Marseille. "I want a build a promising new team, and I'm going to have to say goodbye to a few players, hopefully the fans will understand." Mark Owen has announced what kind of players he would like for his other transfer listed few. Gonzalo Castro - Any Decent RB 89+ and CB 90+ Simon Rolfes - 2X CM - one 89+ one 90+ Soares Renato Agusto - Any RB, CB 88+ pref. young Theo Gekis - Any CF/F 90+ CM 89+

  10. Re: lampard+ 20 mill for fabregas Lampard & 20m = Fabregas, I dont think it will go through, as 20m won't buy the other person not anything, because in SM money don't count unless you strike lucky on an unmanaged club(depends if your in a custom, premade). As for Lampard, the lads 30 but he hasnt past it, and will probably stay the same, but as for Fabregas he is younger and also has alot more to improve. If he accepts then your advantage Gattuso + 8m = Alves = This will probably wont get accepted. Alves is quality, and you would probably need a better player than gattuso to lure him in. Also depends on who manages the club, if he's new just hope and pray lol. But good luck mate. You could tell me other players in your squad to swap for Dani Alves if you really wanted him, Id be glad to help. Mark

  19. Re: Gold Championship 7 Coventry rescue a late point against QPR! Coventry left it late to get a disappointing point against under performing QPR. It was Mark Owen's second game in charge, and he expected another win. QPR scored first through MURILLO on the 18th minute, and looked confident throughout the rest of the match, until the 85th minute where Coventry got back in it, with a thunderous shot RODRIGO made it 1-1 with 5 minutes left. The game spun off, and both teams failed to create any chances in the last 5 minutes. "I am disappointed but as you know it's only my second game in charge. The fact is we didn't lose. We pushed and pushed but failed to create any of the decent chances into goals, if we want promotion we going to need to get goals from the creation we make. Otherwise, we won't survive and make it for promotion as there are alot of promising teams behind us. I have left Pavel Pogrebnyak out of two matches as the player was struggling with fatigue, he will feature in the next match." Coventry face a tough Bradford side next, knowing if they lose, they could slip down to fourth, and out of the promotion places. How will the Sky Blues fare?
  20. Re: Gold Championship 12 - News, Transfers & Match Reports Real Sociedad win 4-0 against league leaders Celta Vigo! Real Sociedad came into touching distance for 3rd place. With now only 3 points behind 3rd, the race is beginning to hot up for a spot in next year's La Liga. Real Sociedad started the match in eerie confidence, as they dropped 6 points which allowed Gimnastic to take 3rd with an easy grasp. Celta Vigo on the other hand were in storming form. Sociedad were the brighter as DELIBASIC scored after the first minute. Celta Vigo were stunned, as a terrific volley beat SUAREZ into the top corner. After the first goal, Celta Vigo bossed the rest of the half, but failed to score from a numerous of missed chances. The second half began and Real Sociedad looked better and maintained good possession. After the stint of possession, Celta Vigo pushed again, but still failed to score. Celta Vigo's missed chances came to haunt them on the 65th minute as on loan signing SEUBE made a terrific run from the short corner to curl into the back of the net. 2-0 and Sociedad are flying. The game quickened and Sociedad looked like they were going to score more. Ever since Mark Owen took over the helm, they've began to play attractive football, the "Arsenal of Spain" football to be exact. Sociedad with the neat turns, passes and runs carved open another goal. This time it was SOAVA, and yet again from a corner. The corner was whipped in by AITOR and a fantastic half volley from SOAVA sends the keeper the wrong way. 3-0 and out were vigo. Fantastic stuff. Celta Vigo are still not aloud to breath, as on 81st minute, substitute AGUILAR netted a scrappy goal which slid past numerous Celta Vigo defenders. Embarassment on the faces of Celta Vigo as the final whistle blows. Nicolas SEUBE meets a man of the match performance in defence, and scores a vital goal too. Manager Mark Owen had this to say about his teams display, "It's heart warming to be called the "Arsenal of Spanish footie", and the players deserve every single moment of any game like this. I finally sealed some good full backs on loan, and Nicolas Seube was one of them. He played so well tonight, and full credit to him, as American football is different to Spanish football, so he had to adjust in one game, and he did it perfectly." Real Sociedad face a struggling Castellon side next, can Sociedad net bigger?
  21. Re: Gold Championship 7 Coventry City move into 2nd! Spectacular 2-0 win for the Sky Blues Coventry City moved into 2nd place, overtaking Swindon Town in an emotional return to Barnsley for manager Mark Owen. The game was tipped to be a cracker from the former Barnsley boss, and it did not disappoint. Coventry ran away with the 3 points thanks to goals courtesy from the on form strikers Michael Mifsud and Edin Dzeko, whilst Barnsley failed to score. Mifsud nailed his 11th goal in 15 app's to give Coventry the lead Loan Signing Dzeko made it 2-0 with his 7th goal in 8 app's Manager's Words "What a return to Barnsley! First and foremost the reception was great, thank you for the fans that welcomed me back from my short spell at Barnsley. But, for the present; cmon Sky Blues!! We played well. I knew I would try an experiment with tactics and players and it worked. I have to study different players now, see which ones will work, who will play the better. Good stuff, though, good stuff.
