    Ok so using the basis of Jared's system I have improved it to show what the Minimum Acceptable Finish is for each club statistically.
    It is based on an average of the following 6 factors which rank clubs 1-8:
    Previous Finish
    Best XI Quality
    Team Depth 90+
    Used Wage Budget
    Total Club Worth (Players + Starting Budget)
    Number of Players

    Previous Finish

    Previous Finish looks at where the club finished last season.
    It ranks 1-8 which = the points you are awarded
    Division 1

    Juventus = 1
    Real Madrid = 2
    Arsenal = 3
    Bayern Munich = 4
    PSG = 5
    Manchester City = 6
    Manchester United = 7
    Borussia Dortmund = 8

    Division 2

    Everton = 1
    Barcelona and Chelsea = 2
    Liverpool = 4
    Atletico Madrid = 5
    Tottenham = 6
    AS Roma = 7
    Athletic Club = 8

    Best XI Quality

    Best XI Quality Ranks Teams Based on their start of season best possible XI players. This gives an idea of starting brute strength of clubs.
    It ranks 1-8 based on AVG rating for the top XI players.
    Division 1

    Real Madrid 94.36 = 1
    Bayern Munich 94.09 = 2
    Manchester United 93.55 = 3
    PSG 92.27 = 4
    Juventus and Arsenal 92.18 = 5
    Manchester City 92 = 7
    Borussia Dortmund 91.64 = 8

    Division 2

    Barcelona 93.91 = 1
    Chelsea 92 = 2
    Tottenham 91.72 = 3
    Atletico Madrid 91.63 = 4
    Everton 90.81 = 5
    Athletic Club 90.64 = 6
    Liverpool 90.36 = 7
    AS Roma 90 = 8

    Team Depth 90+

    The Team Depth 90+ looks at how many 90+ rated players are at the club, the higher the number, the more likely the club is to have quality replacements to deal with injuries, suspensions etc that come from a season and thus the more successful they should be.
    Scale 1-8
    Division 1

    PSG 19 = 1
    Juventus and Arsenal 18 = 2
    Bayern Munich 17 = 4
    Manchester United, Manchester City and Real Madrid 16 = 5
    Borussia Dortmund 14 = 8

    Division 2

    Atletico Madrid 16 = 1
    Barcelona, Tottenham and Chelsea 15 = 2
    Everton and Liverpool 12 = 5
    Athletic Club 10 = 7
    AS Roma 8 = 8

    Used Wage Budget

    The current used wage budget gives an accurate start of season idea of the true starting size of the clubs wages in relation to others. It takes into account underperformance (basing on used budgets last season). It also considers that wage budgets are not always filled to maximum which would affect GW standing.
    Division 1

    Bayern Munich £1,483,900 = 1
    Real Madrid £1,395,600 = 2
    PSG £1,236,585 = 3
    Manchester United £1,212,210 = 4
    Juventus £1,190,000 = 5
    Arsenal £1,125,525= 6
    Borussia Dortmund £1,087,765 = 7
    Manchester City £1,079,190= 8

    Division 2

    Barcelona £1,483,900 = 1
    Chelsea £1,244,480 = 2
    Liverpool £1,174,140= 3
    Everton £1,063,475 = 4
    Tottenham £997,170 = 5
    Atletico Madrid £967,750 = 6
    Athletic Club £893,715 = 7
    AS Roma £880,425= 8

    Total Club Worth

    Total Club Worth show an indication of the clubs true size taking into account Squad Value (Assets in £) and Season Transfer Budget (Cash in £) to get a total club value of club assets (players) and cash assets (transfer budget).
    Scale 1-8
    Division 1

    Bayern Munich 451 = 1
    Real Madrid 418 = 2
    Manchester United 332 = 3
    Juventus 320 = 4
    PSG 305 = 5
    Arsenal 298 (rounded but higher) = 6
    Dortmund 298 = 7
    Manchester City 280 = 8

    Division 2

    Barcelona 373 = 1
    Chelsea 350= 2
    Liverpool 311 = 3
    Everton 249 = 4
    Tottenham 244 = 5
    Atletico Madrid 240 = 6
    AS Roma 230 = 7
    Atheltic Club 192 = 8

    Number of Players

    The number of players at the club represents the number of available assets to sell to invest in improved assets. It indicates how much of the total club value the club can potentially access at the start of the season, before falling below 21 player limits. E.g bigger squad = ability to sell more = ability to access more club value = bigger budget = better players to buy with cash
    Scale = 1-8
    Division 1

    Bayern Munich and Dortmund 35 = 1
    Juventus 33 = 3
    PSG 30 = 4
    Real Madrid and Manchester City 29 = 5
    Arsenal 25 = 7
    Manchester United 24 = 8

    Division 2

    Liverpool 47 = 1
    Chelsea 41 = 2
    Barcelona 40 = 3
    Everton 39 = 4
    AS Roma 32 = 5
    Athletic Club 31 = 6
    Tottenham 29 = 7
    Atletico Madrid 22 = 8

    Minimum Acceptable Finish

    After adding all values for each club up they are then divided by 6 (for each category used) to determine a clubs average position within their respective league and thus determine the Minimum Acceptable Finish statistically speaking.
    Division 1
    Bayern Munich 13/6 = 2.166 = 2
    Real Madrid 17/6 = 2.833 = 3
    Juventus 20/6 = 3.333 = 3
    PSG 22/6 = 3.666 = 4
    Manchester United 30/6 = 5 = 5
    Arsenal 30/6 = 5 = 5
    Dortmund 38/6 = 6.333 = 6
    Manchester City 39/6 = 6.5 = 7
    Division 2
    Barcelona = 10/6 = 1.666 = 2
    Chelsea = 12/6 = 2 = 2
    Everton = 23/6 = 3.833 = 4
    Liverpool = 23/6 = 3.833 = 4
    Tottenham 28/6 = 4.666 = 5
    Atletico Madrid 30/6 = 5 = 5
    Athletic Club 42/6 = 7 = 7

    Crewe remain in Division 2 next season after the heartbreak of a penalty shootout defeat to Aston Villa at Wembley.
    Crewe started the better of the teams and Ex-Villian Alcacer gave us the dream start putting us 1-0 up.
    Villa battled back and levelled before both teams played out a tight game and we thought we had won it when Alcacer rose to head at goal but Courtois made the save.
    Villa won 5-4 on pens and take there place in Division 1.
    I'm not sure it's actually a bad thing Crewe will remain in Division 2 as I don't feel our squad is at the standard required for the top flight just yet.

    HANDS OF GOD
    Courtois wins the playoff final penalty shootout for Aston Villa!

    After seasons of struggle in the Championship, the tide has finally turned tonight for Aston Villa. 90,000 filled the stadium to watch Villa take on Crewe Alexandra a club where Villa recently sent Paco Alcacer and Phil Jagielka to in exchange for Kurt Zouma. Many in the Villa end were restless yet expectant. Recent additions of Diego Costa, Rafael + exceptional progress of young stars Sterling, Lucas, and Marquinhos gave a feeling of confidence throughout the season.
    Right from the off Crewe had a plan to attack this Villa side, thinking and knowing any other approach may well prove disastrous. And Villa had Courtois to thank as he palmed Kalas volley away for the corner just 47 seconds into the game. And suddenly 20 minutes in, Villa's fans must have been thinking here we go again, the nearly men of English football are here to bottle it again, as Aaron Ramsey crossed the ball towards the penalty spot where Villa's one time prodigy Paco Alcacer connected with a looping header and dipped over the outstretched hands of Villa's number 1.
    A nightmare scenario 20 minutes in, as Crewe fans began singing, "we are going up, we are going up"!
    Frozy asked his team to recollect themselves immediately, and just 5 minutes later Ramires played through a peach of a ball towards advancing Dries Mertens who took it into his stride and placed it cooly in the bottom corner to make it all square again.
    The remaining of the game was played out cautiously by both teams, knowing that attack vs attack may well end up badly for either side, and Villa began playing more physically, booking Mertens, Belhanda, and De Jong for strong challenges. Second half saw both teams pushing for the winner as both sides began to feel their legs heavy playing their second match in 3 days. Both Thibaut Courtois and Antonio Mirante did their upmost to deny opposition strikers any sort of chance to win it for their side.
    And in 84th minute, Villa's hearts were in their mouths as a free kick was awarded to Crewe on the edge of the area. Podolski lifted it in to the crowded box and Paco Alcacer rose highest to connect with what looked to be the winner until Courtois acrobatically tipped the ball away much to disbelief to all Crewe players who were all certain it was going in and almost began celebrating.
    90 minutes were up and it was to be decided by of the two main stars of the night. Courtois or Mirante, as the game moved to the lottery of penalty kicks.
    Sterling scored for Villa and Paco Alcacer stepped up for Crewe, and posibly disheartened from his earlier denied header, shot it straight at the path of calm Courtois to give Villa the advantage. It was now Diego Costas chance to put Villa 2 ahead, but instead he added to the suspense as he blasted the shot to the middle and Mirante saved it with ease. Ramsey, Belhanda, Podolski, Pedro, Quintero, Ramires and Corgnet all converted their spot kicks to make it 4-4.
    Up stepped Lucas Moura, with the biggest penalty kick of his life. A sudden death in front of 90'000 loud. A roar erupted from the Villa end, as the ball crept in of the post, and it was now up to Courtois to win it for Villa in sudden death. Jorginho stepped up for Crewe and tried to place it in the top corner, but an outstretched arms of Courtois saw the ball bounce back, to send Villa fans and players wild in celebration.

    I do agree with most on here, there should be a bigger gap between the Champions of Division 1 and the Champions of Division 2.
    For me Division 1 is where all the super clubs are and is a lot harder to get sustained results from.
    For the difference in budgets to be 2m needs to be looked at.
    Juventus may have surprised but they did win the league by 5 points in the end which is a big gap in a small world.
    Manchester Utd won the league also by 5 points but I think that the two who finished behind me should have bigger Budgets available to them then Utd as there is a big gap in quality between Division 1 and Division 2.
    I do agree Khedira's fee does seem a lot and the fact that this gives Utd 51m does really need looking into IMO.
    I hate to say it Ben but it may be better if you got a second person onboard who could maybe set your rules and you set the rest.
    This is how I did it in RC2 I got Ashtini to do my rules to remove any suspicion of Bias.

    I just thought I would say it now but I do feel Crewe are punching a little above there weight and if we do make it to the promised land I'm not sure how long we will stay there.

    Dortmund are in Div.1
    After one very close game against Chelsea,Dortmund will be for a first time between the biggest top teams in Div.1.The game started prety well for us as we take the lead only after 11 minutes when Pedro score brilliant volley in the bottom corner.Dortmund keep to be the more dangerous team in the field and after some misses from Mkhitaryan comes the 35th minute where a long shot from Kagawa make our lead more comfortable.The second half start very bad for Chelsea when Vidal was sent off with direct red card in the 50th minute.Even the red card Chelsea wasn't have what to loose and put everyone at forward and that give them a late goal from Wilshere but this goal wasn't enough for them.
    Now we are looking to div.1 battles,but first we are waiting to see who will be the lucky to comes our team:

    Nation to Nation, across the Station, fell the vibration
    Yeah, old skool rap. I went there.
    Here’s how each nation has faired versus one another:-
    Englands record:-
    ……………………………………...P………W……..D………L……….For……Ag……Diff
    Vs Inter Moneybag$......31…….14……..5………12……..52……55…….-3
    Vs Germanians……………..28……..7………6………15……..35……59……-24
    Vs Spanishians……………..30…….15……..7……….8………55…..44……+11
    So in summary, there wasn’t much between us and the dirty Italians, had we not made an error and handed a 12-0 win to one of the Spanish our dominance over them would have been far greater but it’s those pesky Germans what did us, and did us big time.
    Hows the other nations head to heads shape up?

    yeah fair play i'll accept that, annoying you've taken 6 points of us could have been very different, last minute winner at the emirates first game of the season! just the gulf in quality shows at key moments really you turned it on one or two times and that can just change the game as it proved because until murray and shola came on and gave an aerial threat for the endless crosses we just didnt look like scoring even though we had 20 odd shots.
    was very surprised to see we had more possession especially against arsenal but i suppose arsenal have changed from that type of team and try to focus more on possession in dangerous areas in the opposite half rather than keeping it for the sake of it, especially away from home...
    anyway that's from a still quite frustrated palace fan annoyed we wasted our chance of getting something off you for the first time in years
