  1. Re: Edwin Cardono Your english is great! Thanks for the update.
  2. Re: Edwin Cardono Now 7 goals in 6 for the U-17 Penalty vs Bolivia (man of the match as well) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySi6V8sszOA
  3. Surname: Cardona First name: Edwin Date of birth: 08.12.1992 Height: 182 cm. Weight: 62 Kg. Nationality: Colombia Position: Midfielder, Attacking midfielder Club: Atletico Nacional Medellin This lad looks promising... South American U17 tournament... 6 goals in 5 games Goal vs Brazil (1.20 into video) Goal vs Bolivia (0.35 into video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jc6j2g3UZUo Goal vs Paraguay (0.50 into video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaKxSLhS98A Hattrick vs Ecuador http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQuKdLsFWvE No amazing goals and first touch looks a little wild but good mix of strength and pace, good positioning off the ball and clean finishes. Just a shame about the dancing... Starting to break into the Atletico Nacional team too... 15-02-09 Atletico Nacional v America De Cali - 35 minutes 15-03-09 Cúcuta Deportivo v Atletico Nacional - 34 minutes 18-03-09 Atlético Huila v Atletico Nacional - 45 minutes 22-03-09 Atlético Nacional v Independiente Medellín - 21 minutes Not yet in the DB Any Colombians out there that can tell us more?
  4. Re: Game world of fun - reports/rumours/discussion SEASON 1 Transfer Summary... League 1 - Barcelona IN: Jeremy Menez Edison Caveni Fernando Forestieri Andres Rios PC Skjelbred OUT: Albert Jorquera Jose Pinto Mendes Sylvinho Cashing in his reserve goalkeepers could prove to be costly for Ruglex but the aging Sylvinho should be no great loss. Menez has been brought in to add depth to the midfield whilst Caveni alllows some striker rotation. The rest of his signings is a list of FM2008 prospects purchased not as quick investments but long term cover for injuries. So far having a disasterous start mind so we could see some panic signings soon Bayern: IN: Robert Enke Georgi Schennikov Cillian Sheridan John Fleck John Bostock Shay Given Roque Santa Cruz Marcell Jansen Gonzalo Castro OUT: Christian Lell Andreas Ottl José Sosa Landon Donovan HJ Butt Oliver Stierele Michael Rensing Busy busy Bayern have done well in the transfer market really cutting away any dead wood and recruiting a healthy blend of proven talent and exciting youngsters. Going to be a team to beat. Chelsea IN: Luis Anderson Toni Kroos OUT: Henrique Hilario MM Fabio Paim Sam Hutchinson Carlos Mineiro Not a great deal of spending. Kroos is an excellent prospect and should prove a bargain. Whether anyone can reverse Andersons slump from wonderkid to abject failure remains to be seen. Some players have also left but noone really noticed. Inter IN: Marek Hamsik OUT: Nicolás Burdisso Out with the volatile Burdisso and in with the consistent Hamsik. Looks like we Rahou wants to avoid major upheavels in his squad Man Utd IN: Florent Malouda OUT: Owen Hargreaves Rafael Da Silva Luis Anderson Baffled by the loss of Da Silva but this Brazillian manager must have inside information. Getting rid of Anderson and Hargreaves is considered a shrewd move by many. Hopefully Malouda can settle better in the north too. Real Madrid -no movement- League 2 - Arsenal IN: Julien Schieber Marko Marin Mikel Arteta Ezequiel Garay Lewis Holtby Savio Nsereko Serdar Tasci Renato Augusto OUT: Gael Clichy Mickael Silvestre Aaron Ramsey Alex Song-Billong Carlos Vela Emmanuel Eboue Bakary Sagna Rui Fonte All change at Arsenal. Fans will be shocked to see Vela, Clichy and Sagna go and with results going against the team so far pressure could soon be on Oliver. But with youthful signings perhaps taking more time to settle we could yet see a change in form. Liverpool IN: Tim Cahill Ezequiel Lavezzi Roberto Carlos New Zealand u21 OUT: Leiva Lucas Andrea Dossena Charles Itandje Astrit Ajdarevic San Jose Mikel Top of the table and offloading Lucas have already ensured Oane is a fan favourite. Signing the entire u21 team of new zealand is a bold move and surely won't result in any world beaters but could well yield a tasty short term profit. Snatching Lavezzi from under the noses of Barcelona is also a victory for the Reds. Roberto Carlos though? Really? Milan -no movement- Hoffenheim IN: Rafael Da Silva Could be a great bit of business this... Valencia -no movement-

Feel free to suggest this setup to friends as it would be nice to get it a bit fuller. Setup Summary: Rules - No buying from unmanaged No buying over 91 rating Cash limit of £20m 10 per league, 3 up 3 down no sackings Maximum squad size 40 players (including youth+loans) no txt spk Teams available: 1 FC Porto 1 Lyon 1 Palmeiras 2 AZ Alkmaar 2 Bordeaux 2 Fiorentina 2 San Lorenzo 2 Sevilla 3 Aston Villa 3 Atlético Madrid 3 Benfica 3 Celtic 3 FC Basel 3 FC Twente 3 Heerenveen 3 Kashima Antlers 3 Paris Saint-Germain 3 Standard Liege
  9. Re: Game world of fun OK as a few people have yet to join I'm going to release their clubs again
  10. Re: Game world of fun Right, if your forum name is very different to your application name let us know or else I may not accept you. I am getting a lot of applications and don't want to give teams away I've promised to someone else. If I've promised you a team in my first post but have yet to confirm you pm me.
  11. Re: Custom Setup Requires Managers Game world of fun http://forum.soccermanager.com/showthread.php?t=37450 Check this thread for some high quality teams in a new set up. Theres no transfers until the 3rd round and no buying from unmanaged clubs so the teams are in good shape and you have some time to get in before all the prospects are gone

Now we are talking! Feast yourself on a mixture of the top teams from around the world! All available except Barcelona and Manchester United who has been requested by a small Brazillian child. So remember... Game world of fun. But keep the cat in the bag under your hats. You get me? Please apply on here or PM me just requesting will get you nowhere So far... 1 Barcelona - Sammy Ruglex 1 Bayern Munchen - FRS 2462 1 Chelsea - Jamal 1 FC Porto 1 Internazionale - Rahouwalid 1 Juventus - eagames 1 Lyon 1 Manchester United - Bento Bento Costa 1 Palmeiras 1 Real Madrid - Cristiano Ronaldo 2 Arsenal - Oliver 2 AZ Alkmaar 2 Bordeaux 2 Fiorentina 2 Liverpool - Oane 2 Milan - Ryan 2 San Lorenzo 2 Sevilla 2 TSG 1899 Hoffenheim - Cooly yeah 2 Valencia 3 Aston Villa 3 Atlético Madrid 3 Benfica 3 Celtic 3 FC Basel 3 FC Twente 3 Heerenveen 3 Kashima Antlers 3 Paris Saint-Germain 3 Standard Liege
  13. Just signed Dave Mooney after noticing he's scored 11 goals in 6 games for Cork. However he is already 80 rating so my question is whether the Irish league is of good enough quality that if he continues his good return he'll rise much above this? Thanks, Sam
