  1. Re: Official Liverpool Thread Jumping the gun there mate. Liverpool have changed their policies in the 2010's decade, and aim to purchase young hungry talents and give them opportunites. The only 2 25-30 yr olds i'd consider if(/when:D) I was Liverpool gaffa, it'd be Andrea Rannochia or Garay. There's no other decent top quality CB out there between 25-30, to join the calibre of giants Liverpool.
  2. Re: Official Liverpool Thread Maybe so, but i could guarentee my bottom dollar, that Indi and Martinez would succeed easily at Liverpool. Liverpool don't want any CB's over 24/25, unless it's a Thiago Silva tbh. Liverpool have enough 'experience' with Johnson, Reina and Leiva at the back. They need pace, someone young, who has the potential to be better then Mats Hummels and Thiago Silva. I would cry if Liverpool ever purchased Wollscheid i.e. the modern day Hyypia. Imagine Hyypia selling Wollscheid on the cheap for 5m to Liverpool!! I would be very pleased!! Bundesliga, Eredivisee and
  3. Re: Official Liverpool Thread Indi, Martinez, Wollscheid, Victor Ruiz, Garay, Papa, Matip, Van Dijk, Van Der Hoorn, Isimat Mirin, Ginter, De Vrij, Amat, Zouma, Marquinhos, Eric Dier, Yaya Banana etc etc. JMH is just being pro-Barclays Prem and being highly inconsiderate of the VERY TOP CB's in Europe's elite.
  4. Re: Official Liverpool Thread ^^ That right there' date=' is why Liverpool hasn't won won a league title in 21 years LOL :D 1 - Mate, Liverpool might as well just sell all their best players if the management ever considered bringing in Lescott to replace Agger or Skrtel. I've never lived in a time where Liverpool purchase rejects from their rivals, and hopefully never will. 2 - Unproven? You really have never seen Inigo or Indi play LOL. Feyenoord 3rd and Soceidad 4th, mainly because of these 2 martialing their back lines. If you don't take any risks in life, you don't reap the rewar
  5. Re: Official Liverpool Thread Mate, i said Better + Experienced. If i said just 'experienced' than i'd look like an idiot, but i didn't, and Lescott isn't good enough to join Liverpool. He's too old, slow, and no the quality Livrpool want. With Liverpool 400m in debt, the last thing they want is to panic in the TM, and purchase old has-beens who have very few years left in them. At least with the 5 CB's i mentioned, you'd be getting at least 10-12 years of good continuity.
  6. Re: Official Liverpool Thread Both of whom are better then Agger mate. You ever seen them play or just guessing?
  7. Re: Official Liverpool Thread 1 - Inigo Martinez + Martins Indi >> Alterweireld + Okore. Have you actually seen Martinez or Indi play before? I guarentee you someone like Borrusia Dortmund or Napoli will snap them up soon, Liverpool should look for some smash and grab deals. 2 - Luke Shaw >> Digne. Liverpool prefer to sign British players over French, and in this case it would be understandable. Shaw is much better then Digne, he's younger, in a better league and more devloped at 17. 3 - Why do Liverpool need Camacho when we have Henderson and Shelvey still devloping?? Liverp
  8. Re: English Premiership Rating Predictions 2012/13
  9. Re: Premier League Discussion Thread Nice. I think you could be right on this one. Although Robben comes close, and Alaba and Alba are not far behind. Add Baines to that list too.
  10. Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion thread All of that doesn't really matter in a one off final. Last seasons DFB Pokal final should be the trend to look at - BvB have domineered FcB head-head for the past 3 years straight. Also Badstubers re-injured his torn-ligament which cannot be good. He's arguably FcB's best CB, and if Van Buyten or Boateng plays, their in for a slaughtering from the ReusDowski partnership.
  11. Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion thread Hummels > Boateng Subotic > Dante Gundogan > Javi Martinez Blazy > Robben Reus > Mandzuckic Lewandowski > Muller Gotze vs Kroos is equal. BvB wins 7/11 battles on the field by default. If that's anything to go by on the day, Dortmund should as I previously stated, cruize-control the final and smash Bayern by 3 or 4 goals.
  12. Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion thread I'm actually being polite there haha. As I see there's quite a few Bayern forumer fans on here, so I don't want to displease them by saying BvB will destroy Bayern 4-1 or 5-1. In overall conclusion, i bet my bottom dollar, BvB will masterclass the final with a very comfortable victory. Bayern have no chance IMO.
