    Dennis Salanoviæ is regarded as the most talented young player in Liechtenstein currently. He joined Atletico Madrid youth academy from FC Schaan in 2014. People in Liechtenstein hope that he can become a legend of the same caliber as Mario Frick – record cap holder and goalscorer for the national team.     Donny van de Beek is fulfilling his father’s dreams – playing his football at Ajax. At his home club he’s been thought of as a big talent from the early years, but his career got a kick start only in the past season. A few months ago he played very well at the 2014 UEFA European Under-17 Championship, where young “Oranje” won a silver medal. Currently he represents Holland at U-19 level, battling for qualification to UEFA European Under-19 championship. Already in the first game, he scored 2 goals against Andorra.     Lucas Boyé was born in a small town San Gregorio, situated in the province of Santa Fe.     Jari Schuurman comes from the Feyenoord academy; the academy which wins the ‘best youth academy of the Netherlands’ award virtually every year. It’s famous for spawning talents such as Jean-Paul Boetius, Jordy Clasie, Bruno Martins Indi or Stefan de Vrij – all players wanted by big clubs in Europe. Jari has done very well in the youth teams and due to that coach Maarten Stekelenburg took him to the UEFA U-17 Championship 2014 in Malta.     Andrej Modic and his younger brother Mihael started their careers in Kotor Varos, where AC Milan scouted them while they played in a local youth tournament. Youngsters managed to impress “Rossoneri” scouts and soon after they signed to the famed AC Milan Academy, which has produced players such as Baresi, Maldini, Albertini and Costacurta.     Steven Bergwijn was a scholar at Ajax Amsterdam as a child, but he made his decision to move out and join its main rivals, PSV Eindhoven, at the age of 13.     We mentioned the golden generation of Polish players recently. Filip Jagiello is the newest on that list. Coming from Lubin, he has been a part of the local Zag³êbie Lubin team. He got his first chance to train with the first team in 2013. He was made to wait for his debut, which came on the 15th December 2013 against Ruch Chorzow in a league match. The game did not go to plan and Orest Lenczyk had to change Filip after just 33 minutes. He has been a Polish international at youth levels for many years – starting out at U-15, U-16 and current being a key member of the U-17 national team.

This didn’t go unnoticed by manager Pep Guardiola and Julian made his professional debut on 27th November 2013, coming on in the 88th minute of a UEFA Champions League game against CSKA Moscow as a substitute for Mario Götze. Green was born in Tampa, Florida, US to an American father and German mother. His family moved to Germany when he was two years old. Eligible to play for either the United States or German national teams, he is sought after by both federations. His international career began with Germany U-16 and U-17. In September 2012, Green represented USA at the U-18 level in an international friendly with Netherlands, scoring in a 4–2 victory. He was also called up to the United States senior team by head coach Jürgen Klinsmann for friendlies in November 2013, but he declined the call due to being ineligible to play unless a one-time switch was filed, something he claimed he was not ready to do. Instead he decided to join the German U19 team for a friendly against France.

    Dawid Kownacki is a youth product of Lech Poznañ. He has been regarded as a huge talent for many years, and thanks to his good form shown in the youth team he was included in the club’s first team squad. . He made his senior debut on 6th February 2014 in a league fixture against Wisla Krakow – he replaced Kasper Hämäläinen after 83 minutes. Just two weeks later he scored his first league goal in a 1-5 loss to Pogoñ Szczecin; thanks to that goal he became one of the youngest goal scorers in the history of the Polish top division, Ekstraklasa. It looks like Dawid will be a mainstay in the first team because his skillset is at an adequate level. He is also a top star of the Polish U-17 national team, which is seen as one of the most interesting young footballing generations in recent years.
