  1. Re: Trophy Cabinet Challenge! Now I'm doing to one. My Leyton won the playoffs in EC7046, so that leaves me the SMFA Shield in customs to complete, and then thats me
  2. Re: English Championship 7046 Discussion Thread DIVISION 3 HERE WE COME!! Leyton Orient beat Brighton 3-1, thanks to a hat-trick from Jay Emmanuel-Thomas. Leyton dominated the ball, and finished their chances clinically. Divison 3 better be ready for us ;)
  3. Re: English Championship 7484 (First 5 Division EC) Newcastle's 17th signing see's Bartra join them. Taylor and 1.1m goes to Barcelona. Unfortunatly this leaves me a bit short of cash, with only 39k left to spend
  4. Re: Available Teams, No Job Offers! (GC Teams Only!) Just rejected a good Benfica in GC35 Have players like Di Maria, D.Luiz. .. . . Second in the league too
  5. Re: English Championship 7484 (First 5 Division EC) Div 1 just have the normal game days, but the lower leagues have more games. Also, we get a mid-season break for 10 days Pandev has arrived in Newcastle, and Barcelona right-back Bartra might be coming. Have a bid accepted with him, along with Burnley and Stoke. Hopefully he'll come in and be my cover at right-back
  6. Re: English Championship 7484 (First 5 Division EC) Rene Higuita = Complete Legend Also, just made my first detailed match report for my game against Fulham. Hopefully I'll get time to do more
  7. Re: English Championship 7484|Transfer Gossip and Match Report Thread. V Newcastle United v Fulham As the league prepared to kick-off, these two sides were very busy in the transfer market. Newcastle completly changed around their side, bringing in 11 new first teamers. They were Pedro, Asenjo, Renan, Bonucci, Marcelo, Hummels, Poli, M'Vila, Hernanes, Countinho and Ganso. Youth members Oakland, Kipisz, Skvarka and Chopart. Pandev looks likely he'll be a Newcastle man by the end of the night also. Fulham have made some big signings too, especially up front. Superstar attackers Ronaldinho, Suarez and Angel Di Maria. De Ceglie, Luiz, Isla and Bolatti completed their transfers. As the squads were announced, many of these new faces played. Here is the first 11 of both teams. Newcastle ----------------Asenjo-------------- -Renan---Hummels-Bonucci--Marcelo- ----------------M'Vila--------------- ---------Coutinho--Pedro------------ Lovenkrands-----------------Ben Arfa ---------------Ameobi--------------- Fulham --------------Schwarzer------------- -Hughes--Hangeland-Senderos-Baird-- --------Murphy-------Etuhu---------- Davie-------Ronaldinho-------Dempsey ---------------Suarez---------------- The game began with an attacking style, when Ameobi came close after great work from younster Coutinho. Fulham fought back, and Ronaldinho, Suarez and Murphy came close. The break through came just before half time, when a piece of magic by Ben Arfa put through Ameobi, and was finished with ease. The game continued in an attacking way, and both sides came close. As the game came near to the end, Newcastle began to keep the ball, which enraged Fulham as Baird and Hangeland made very poor challenges to pick up bookings. The match finished 1-0, and gave Newcastle the perfect start. Fulham showed signs that they could be a team challenging near the top Heres what manager James O'Donnell had to say: Man of the match His goal was the difference between these two sides. Ameobi also destroyed their 2 CBs for pace, strength and determination. 9/10 Villain of the match Hangeland was out of position for the goal, which cost Fulham points. He couldn't handle Ameobi, so what's he going to be like against Drogba and Torres?? 6/10 Overall, Newcastle probable deserved to get the 3 points. I think both of these sides will definatly be safe from relegation, and both have the potential to qualify for Europe
  8. Re: Gold Championship 1 News CSKA put 5 past Krylia Sovetov to remain in 4th, a point behind second. Goals from Dudka, Toure(x2), Riera and Bonet seen CSKA through. Unfortunatly Alejandro Gomez picked up an innury and will miss the remainder of the season Spartak now have daylight between themselves and the rest, who now cant slip up again. Looks like Spartak will make it 10 in a row
  9. Re: English Championship 7484 (First 5 Division EC) Came in late with an offer for Pandev, and it looks like I'll be getting him. Bids that have been accepted: Sunderland - 8.4mill Barnsley - Lovre Newcastle - Ameobi + Lovendkrands +1.8mill

Re: English Championship 7484 (First 5 Division EC) Just seen that the Premiership is going to have a mid-season break In the middle of the season I have a 10 day break with 2 friendlies against Fiorintina and Sampdoria. Handy enough, especially helping with injuries This must be when the lower leagues play some of their extra games
