  1. He'll play so can get up to 87 at least at Burnley
  2. I broadly agree. Which defenders do you should have risen though? Mendy and James got their rises.
  3. Yes a tad underwhelming. How does same rating rise matter? Dias is 92, Shaw is 91. There's the distinction. Shaw was arguably best left-back in the league and comparing him to Dias isn't fair. Agreed on Ederson. AWB has played a lot but I do not think he warrants a +1 just yet. Still not the perfect product, number of goals come from his side, mistakes covering the back post off crosses etc. Shaw and AWB can't be on the same rating. My issue is Zinchenko got 90 with half the minutes AWB had. Comparing to Martial isn't fair. He had an excellent season in 19/20 getting 91. I wouldn't drop him so soon. Been injured since March. IMO Dias shouldn't have gotten PL player of the year and I find the whole narrative a bit over the top.
  4. Today's review is certainly one for debate... Liverpool: Origi drop good, Jota 91 pretty premature given he was injured. Mane and Firmino.. I understand but still surprised. Man Utd: Good mostly, especially with de Gea and Deano. Maguire 92, I agree with it though surprised they gave it to him anyways. Good rises for a bunch of youngsters. Man City: Really thought Dias would be given 93 but it's good they kept him to 92. More surprised Foden just got 90 instead of 91, but I'm fine with that too. Zinchenko 90 seems unnecessary (both him and Mendy 90?), good rises for youngsters. Edit: I could see Foden getting 91 if England win the Euros.
  5. Bonjour Benteke Givenchy Gabby Agbonlahor Oui Oui Odemwingie - some names I saw on Twitter
  6. Chilwell 90 is fine, you can't be having Shaw and Chilwell both at 91 Agreed, it's a team performance so most of them should be around 90/91. It makes sense that you have to earn the rise and once you earn you get some leeway until you drop. Would be really unfair to drop van Dijk (or any of the big Liverpool players) given their last two years. I don't think so. Think he's going to unite with Sarri at Lazio. I agree but I can understand why he's stayed, should get it next review if he returns to form. Vaguely remember the Liverpool links though I doubt it was anything credible.
  7. Arsenal: Good review, though Pablo Mari and Saliba should be 86s for me. Tottenham: Good, although surprised Dier dropped so fast. Sessegnon should have gotten 86. West Ham: Great review. Diop lucky to keep 89 but he has age on his side. Lingard should be done tomorrow. Leicester: Good, Under and Praet a tad lucky to keep 89. Chelsea: Batshuayi and Gallagher done today as expected. Gilmour too, as I had said in my Euro roundup. Barkley lucky to keep 89. Nice rises for loanees Ugbo and Broja. Chalobah maybe deserved a small bump. Liverpool: Generous for Phillips, good review. Origi should be dropping but I expect he'll keep.
  8. Updated my Russian and Ukrainian predictions.
  9. Good shout, should get it in Portuguese review
  10. You mean substitute? Wildcard is for next round right?
  11. Added notes for the four that played yesterday. Netherlands: Jurrien Timber could get another small rise in the Eredivisie review. Malen 88/89 has been pending for a while. Stekelenburg should get back to 85. Dumfries was pretty great this tournament but already peaked at PSV at 89. Hope he gets a move. Czech Republic: Schick been the star, but he is fine at 89 imo. Most of the regulars rose recently. Soucek and Coufal will rise today/tomorrow. Belgium: Even if they win the Euros, I can't see which player warrants a bump on basis of that. Portugal: No one really.
  12. Wildcard time Need the Benz to deliver today That's not how ratings work, and I wouldn't make judgements from this Euros - he's played non stop football since last September
  13. Izwan Mahbud to Hougang United
  14. same! Captained Dumfries... hahaha, was worth a punt. He was pretty exciting to watch.
  15. Hmm yes although at 85 I'm not sure how much he can grow at Bochum in the short term
  16. Interesting transfers from an SM pov so far: Premier League Emiliano Buendia to Villa (87) Nathan Collins to Burnley (82) Angus Gunn to Norwich (83) Flynn Clarke to Norwich (67) Imran Louza to Watford (86) Mattie Pollock to Watford (67) Ashley Fletcher to Watford (82) Kwadwo Baah to Watford (70) Yerson Mosquera to Wolves (80) - just rose today La Liga Eric Garcia to Barcelona (85) Juan Miranda to Betis (85) Tomas Alarcon to Cadiz (82) Miguelon to Espanyol (82) Dario Poveda to Getafe (77) Toni Moya to Alaves (78) Taichi Hara to Alaves (78) Bundesliga Omar Richards to Bayern (84) Josko Gvardiol to Leipzig (83) Mohamed Simakan to Leipzig (85) Brian Brobbey to Leipzig (82) Caden Clark to Leipzig (76) Aster Vranckx to Wolfsburg (82) Fabio Blanco to Frankfurt (70) tbc will continue when I have time
  17. Rapid review so far. My thoughts: Arsenal: wait for tomorrow. I hope Saliba gets done tomorrow. Just because Arteta doesn't rate him doesn't mean he should be stuck in 85. Leeds: a tad surprisingly generous, though understandable, for Bamford, Phillips, Dallas, Roberts. Good review. Expect Harrison to be done with City. Everton: expected a couple more, but I suppose there isn't much to change in that squad. Villa: Martinez 90 took me by surprise. Mings 89... eh. Good otherwise. Engels has left, so that explains his stay. Heaton keeping his 87 is surprising but he'll drop quickly at United. Expect Barkley to drop with Chelsea. Newcastle: good, expected review though Shelvey could have dropped imo. Expect Willock to be done tomorrow with Arsenal. Wolves: like Everton, not a lot to be changed in that squad. Palace: couple of unfair drops but good review nonetheless. Batshuayi could drop with Chelsea. Southampton: good, as expected. Brighton: couple of guys perhaps missed out but a good review all round. Propper's move to PSV explains his stay. Burnley: McNeil was a surprise but the rest of it was fine, there isn't a lot separating a lot of those players from 86 and 87. Fulham: Pretty much on point. West Brom: Nice rise for Pereira, good review. Expect Gallagher to be done with Chelsea. Sheffield United: Not a lot to be expected, and there isn't much separating the 83s from 84s.
  18. Difficult to predict rises based on Euros so far, but: Austria: Bachmann (78 -> 82/83) - this will happen when they do Watford anyways Italy: No one really stands out for me, most of the regulars are at high ratings Wales: No one again, but Kieffer Moore and Connor Roberts could get 84s in the Champ review. Denmark: Joakim Maehle and Mikkel Damsgaard are the standouts, both rose recently but I think 89 and 87 could happen. More so for Damsgaard. Maybe Palhinha 88. Croatia: No one, most of them got reviewed recently. Gvardiol the lowest at 83 but he's fine there imo. Spain: No candidates for me, like Italy France: None. Switzerland: No one really. Knocked out teams Turkey: One of the worst teams - so much for dark horses - Ugurcan Cakir is waiting on an 87 from the Turkish review. Finland: A pretty low-rated side across the board, for good reason, so no rises here. I do think Pohjanpalo could be 84 generally. Russia: Igor Diveev should get 85 in the next review, similarly, Safonov to 86. North Macedonia: No one really aside from Alioski to 86 in a few days. Scotland: Aside from PL rises - McTom, Adams - can't see much. Gilmour 82 is on the cards after his MOTM performance. Lyndon Dykes should get 83 after his season at QPR, Stephen O'Donnell did well but Motherwell aren't that great so he'll be stuck at 80. Slovakia: Satka is the lowest rated regular (82) but none of these guys deserve rises on the basis of performance. Poland: No candidates for risers aside from maybe Jozwiak, who seems fine at 83 at Derby. Hungary: Pretty unlucky to not go through from the Group of Death. Endre Botka could be 82. Attila Szalai had a strong season and should go up to 84 at least. Rest of them seem fine to me.
  19. Maehle maybe, but he did just rise. Locatelli is fine at 90 for now, imo.
  20. Thanks for pointing it out so I can edit the club. Might be cover for the U21s only.
  21. I agree, surprised with McNeil. But White has the higher ceiling long term and should get 88 at Arsenal within next two reviews.
