I would be surprised if Alli got a +1, he's looked incredibly pedestrian this season for Tottenham, (been better their last 2 matches when playing deeper and ironically scored) also hasn't played a single game in the Champions league yet due to his suspension from last season. For me Eriksen is far more likely to get a +1, been outstanding for both Tottenham and Denmark, scored in his last 5 WCQ - Albeit some have been penalty's, really in the form of his life. All that said i still think it's unlikely he would rise mid season (though not impossible).
So for me Eriksen and Kane are 50/50 to rise mid season but certain to rise at the end of the season if they keep playing the way they are. Alli needs to step it up if he is to rise, though there's plenty of matches to do it in and he's more than capable of doing it too. All depends on how generous SM are feeling.

    P.S Thanks for the predictions

@Krooss25 Bissouma only +3 for now, in my opinion. He is a good player, but is too soon to predict. If he plays in this way, he can even reach a +5 rise in January.
Adou is kinda tricky. Don't get me wrong, but he is 80 already. In best scenario, he should get a +2 right now.

Now, what players I recommend from the French Ligue1
Ismaila Sarr - now 83, potential to rise at 87
    Allan SAINT-MAXIMIN - 84, rise to 87
    Luiz Araújo -78 , rise to 83

There was (and there is) a thread called "The new players thread" where people used to talk about new players added. Good old days. I hope that this thread will have the same success, but it's hard considering that forum is almost dead in comparison to years ago.

You should add also Timothy Weah, Josh Sargent and Abdoulaye Dabo, more talented than Facundo Milan from what I've read and all recently added. Also Nuno Santos was recently added, but I wouldn't offer for him.

In my personal opinion, young players as Facundo Milan should be avoided for now, except if you are in a super competitive setup with a long project (Gold 1, English 1 etc). These players will need at least 2-3 real years to become european players and will only increase your wage. I recommend to offer only for "european players", that is players who play in european clubs, especially in Germany, Spain and France. These are the leagues that give more opportunities to young players. Other leagues should be avoided, except rare cases of top talents as Vinicious for example.

I am pretty much in agreement with your list. It confirms to me that I should be going for PHILIPP, which I am going to do.
It's interesting. I guess I am kind of lazy like many managers. Like everyone, I want to read about the next Messi, sign them and then sit back and watch as their good performances and ratings steadily increase. Like everyone, I want to put in the minimum amount of effort for the most rewards. Buying younger players seems more likely to gift reward as they have more time to fulfil their potential. Then again, who thought that M. PHILIPP would be where he is now when he entered the database!
I must admit, it annoys me a bit when 29/30 year old players get an increase. For my first team, I tend to sell players when they reach 29/30 because I want as few players as possible where I have to worry about a decrease. I think that younger players are less likely to have their performances and skill called into question to the point in which their rating declines (within reason). As soon as a player hits 29/30, there is always a danger of a decrease occurring. There is obviously more to it than that, like the team that they play for. A good example of this would be GIROUD. I was happy to own him until he was 30. Then I sold. I am glad I did. I would hate to still own him and have to worry about if my CF is going to lose his 91 rating in the next review.
I think that DRIUSSI did himself no favours by signing for Zenit. In SM terms, I cannot see him getting beyond 89 with them. My nightmare would be that I sign PHILIPP and his performances plummet, or that Bosz suddenly drops him, while DRIUSSI and OZTUNALLI go on scoring sprees and move to big clubs in January. But I guess this is the risk that we take!

    Alfredo Morelos ( Rangers ) , 21 y / 80 , 6 goals in 7 matches this season . Before he joined Rangers he had 27 goals in 42 matches(circa 3400 min) .Intersting stats.
Also Ross Mccrorie (19 y / 73 rating) has some hype around his name . It is argued that he will be the next Scotland hero only if he gets more playing times. I'm not from Scotland though , I have just read some articles about it ,. Maybe someone Scottish here informs us.
