  1. Re: EC Anno Domini - General Discussion, Banter etc.. Rochdale are struggling at the moment. We lost 2-1 to Peterborough United. Currently on tight budget but I need to invest on new players real soon.

Hartlepool United updates: Transfers In: Jordi Alba, LM/LB, 22, 87 - £4.2M + Etxebarria Benat Young player who is getting playing time at Valencia in RL. 4. Re: EC2933 Discussion thread- JOIN THIS FABULOUS SETUP! Hartlepool United won 4-0 over Cheltenham Town. Trezeguet netted a hat trick with Saponara grabbed the other goal.
  5. Re: EC Anno Domini - General Discussion, Banter etc There was no internet over the weekdays, so here's the brief updates from Rochdale. Rochdale lost 3-0 to Brighton and Hove Albion in the opening game. Rochdale won 2-0 over AFC Bournemouth in the second game. Rochdale secure loan deal for Martin Kelly and Nils Petersen from Manchester City and Arsenal respectively. Thanks to yapple and Sean for the loan. Bristol City are reported to have tabled an improved £2.8mil for Rochdale striker Cristian Tello but the Dale are not prepared to offload the highly-rated youngster. Rochdale previously have rejected City's initial bid of £2mil. Rochdale have accepted the £6.1mil offer from Colo Colo for striker Carlos Munoz.
  6. Re: EC2933 Discussion thread- JOIN THIS FABULOUS SETUP! I've taken Hartlepool United. Need some loans especially full backs. Much appreciated. Also, I'm willing to do deals.
  7. Re: English Championship 106 - Transfer/Gossip thread Dean Bryant keen on managerial return Former Charlton Athletic manager Dean Bryant would return to management in England if the right offer came along. Bryant, who has also managed Carlisle United, is taking a long rest after resigned from boss at The Valley by mutual agreement. Bryant resigned from Charlton in June due to committment back in his native country and was replaced by Sean Fitzpatrick. Asked if he would return to management in England, Bryant said: "It depends for me on the job that is offered. I would prefer a more challenging role but I'm fine with any club. I can only wait and see who makes me an offer. If they have the same ambition to me then I will take up that position. Bryant revealed he had not been in contact with any club in the past few months despite being linked with Watford as well as a return to Charlton Athletic following the sacking of Fitzpatrick. "There has been a little bit of speculation, which I am flattered by, that Watford and Charlton are interested in me," he said. "But at that time, it was too early to make a decision."
  8. Re: English Championship 106 - Discussion Thread Hello people. Congrats to koplfc and Northampton for winning the Manager of the Month. Btw, who is with Charlton now? EDIT: Ok just checked. It's Sean.

  11. Re: EC Anno Domini - General Discussion, Banter etc Pedro Botelho or Armand Traore may leave on loan.
  12. Re: English Championship 106 - Discussion Thread Charlton Athletic grabbed a special point in the 2-2 draw with Sheffield United, the final game for manager Dean Bryant. Radamel Falcao and Mauricio Isla scored the goals for the Addicks. As you may know, this is my last day here and it was not an easy decision for me to make as I truly enjoyed my stay here in EC106 setup. There won't be enough time for me to get into SM as I'm going for enlistment real soon. I'm gonna miss the good chat, banter etc. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to everyone here. I have learned a great deal from you and will miss your company. It has been a great pleasure chatting with you all. Thank you all for your support and friendship over the past few years. You are a special group of people in SM forum and I will definitely miss you. Have a nice day!
  13. Re: EC Anno Domini - General Discussion, Banter etc I'll make sure I beat them hard.
  14. Re: EC Anno Domini - General Discussion, Banter etc France is the only team to have won every single game in the World Cup Finals. I predict France vs Brazil in the final.
  15. Re: EC Anno Domini - General Discussion, Banter etc Arsenal board only selected the finest and nice guy. No worries for you too as I saved up more than 10mil for you to get some depth. Could be more over time. There are loads of not good enough players from Youth Team to sell too. I'll not dip into the transfers anymore and it's up to you to decide on the squad. I'm still here for the World Cup only.
  16. Re: English Championship 106 - Discussion Thread I know. Just saying. I can't believe how time fly so fast.
  17. Re: English Championship 106 - Discussion Thread I know it's 99.99% he will not join Arsenal but please don't put yourself into that situation. Not worth it.
  18. Re: EC Anno Domini - General Discussion, Banter etc Is there any particular Arsenal player you would like to loan? Rated 87 or below.
  19. Re: EC Anno Domini - General Discussion, Banter etc France moved on to World Cup Semi Final after beating Paraguay 2-1. Karim Benzema and Nicolas Anelka scored the goals for France.
  20. Re: EC Anno Domini - General Discussion, Banter etc Fair enough. Swap SMFA Champions Cup to either Shield or Cup. At least retain a Double.
  21. Re: English Championship 106 - Discussion Thread That does not mean I'm not proud to be here.
  22. Re: EC Anno Domini - General Discussion, Banter etc The next person to take over Arsenal when I retire, needs to retain Division 1 title, and SMFA Champions Cup.
  23. Re: English Championship 106 - Discussion Thread Thanks for the loan, Andy. Somehow, I feel we are back to the old days when Chris and Chazza are back in the setup. And then David is back in the forum. I'm proud to be part of this community.
  24. Re: English Championship 106 - Discussion Thread Welcome back Chris. Good luck mate.
  25. Re: EC Anno Domini - General Discussion, Banter etc Why is it Sean? Because England got knocked out by North Ireland? Face the reality, no one is guaranteed for a place in the Final. France move on to the Quarter Final after beating strong Spain 2-1. Karim Benzema and Yann M'Vila scored the goals for France while Gerard Pique scored for Spain.
