  1. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... Hi, I've been offered 14 million plus aquilani for Lennon. Personally I think this is very good, but thought I should ask some other opinions before accepting. Thanks
  2. Re: Luiz Paolo Hilario DODO - Dinamo Zagreb new FWD Dodo (or Hilario as many call him), made his debut yesterday for Dinamo Zagreb and got off to the perfect start after scoring a goal within the first minute, in Dinamo Zagrebs 6-0 victory over bottom of the league Croatia Sesvete!! Unfortunately, an injury after just 28 minutes saw him replaced by Kramaric. I shall update this thread when i know how serious the injury is, but certainly looks good for a money maker if nothing else.
  3. Re: Mame Diouf - Just signing for Manchester United 3 quality goals there mate, thanks for link. I especially liked the last one, eduardo-esc with the coolness
  4. Re: Mame Diouf - Just signing for Manchester United Update After making his debut against Birmingham last Saturday, coming on as a sub for the last 15 minutes or so, there wasn't much evidence of Diouf being able to make a big impact at Manchester United. He was only on the ball for brief moments as United struggled against a well equipped Birmingham team. However, Today saw Diouf open his goal scoring account at Man U with the third goal against Burnley in the 90th minute. After beating Jensen to the ball, he calmly headed the ball over the goalie and into the open net (as can be seen in the clip at the bottom). Again coming on as a substitute for the last 15 minutes (along with Michael Owen) for Berbatov and Rooney, Diouf made his impact in the last minute, which surely gives him a battling chance to move up the pecking order at Man U, and maybe even fight for a starting position as the season progresses. http://vodpod.com/watch/2874397-diouf-v-burnley
  5. Luiz Paolo Hilario DODO Luiz Paolo Hilario DODO is a 22 year old Brazilian born striker who is currently playing for Dinamo Zagreb, after a €400,000 transfer from Inter Zapresic on the 9th January 2010 (who currently sit 10th in the Croatian 1st division). At only 5ft 7 inch, Dodo is by no means the tallest striker in the world but his natural finishing ability is clearly present in the videos provided at the bottom of the page (and can even score with his head). This season Dodo (or Hilario as some apparently know him) has scored 4 goals for Inter in 17 appearances, including goals against Zagreb, Lokomotiva, Zadar and Osijek. He was joint 2nd top scorer at Inter and is surely going to build on his goals-to-game ratio, playing for the, easily argued, best team in Croatia. After starting his career at Juventus Sao Paulo, Dodo has come a long way to playing for a strong European team, and with the right amount of games under his belt, could certainly become a force in this division. The future for Dodo looks bright, as it would for any player transferring to Dinamo Zagreb. Currently on the database, he is rated a mere 76, meaning he will be the second worst rated player in the squad on the sm database. However, the average rating appears to be around 85, and i believe this is a very realistic target for Dodo in the near future. He can be yours now for just £910,000. Hope this helped At Juventus Sao Paulo http://www.tportal.hr/ResourceManager/GetImage.aspx?imgId=61891&fmtId=20 Scores twice against Rijeka
  6. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... Thanks for the help guys, im thinking about selling bolat, as i already have shay given and only really need 1 strong back up goalie. i need the funds for lovren (now of lyon) as another manager in the league is interested so a bidding war may take place . Thanks a bunch
  7. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... i need to sell a keeper in order to make some funds available. which one of these do you recommend i sell: Bolat (standard Liege) Dzhanaev (spartak) Monzon (Huracan) Smithies (Huddersfield) or Delac (signed by Chelsea) thanks in advance guys
  8. Re: Aleksei Ionov I dont really know what happened to this kid. He had a very good spell in the team, with players being injured it allowed him a chance to force his way into the starting line up. Unfortunately, in the last 9 games of the season, Ionov, only featured for a total of 8 minutes on the pitch, and that all came in the 1-0 win against Krylya Sovetov on 20th Spetember, 2009. Since then he featured only on the bench and was an unused substitute 6, of the last 8 games. However, as he is only rated as an 80, in Zenits squad, and has played 11 games in the season, sm may rise his rating to mid-80's as the second lowest rated player in the squad is an 85 and Ionov certainly deserves this. lets hope he can make some more appearances (and starts) next season.
  9. Re: Need help finding a cheap quick rising RB/Def Just come across Khacheridi (found by Gozgozzy8), currently a 77, and should rise to at least 85 (i think)
  10. Re: Yevhen KHACHERIDI Any updates available on this kid (such as predicted rating increase). Great report by the way. I currently have him down as playing 10 games for kiev
  11. Re: Andriy Yarmolenko Any updates on what people think he could rise to?? I believe he has played 12 games, and scored 5 goals this season for Kiev Great find by the way mate
  12. Re: Help needed - Rising CB's. Angel Dealbert of Valencia should be rising from 85-88 in the Spanish changes just after christmas http://forum.soccermanager.com/showthread.php?p=747488#post747488
  13. Re: Angel Dealbert - Valencia CB Another 3-1 victory for Valencia, this time over Osasuna, saw the already impressive position in the league enhanced, as they are now only 4 points off top. A bit optimistic it is fair to say, but if they can continue their winning ways, who knows Oh, and Dealbert got another 90 minutes under his belt. The record for Valencia (with Dealbert in the team) now stands at: Played: 9 Won: 7 (Osasuna, Zaragoza, Almeria, Santander, Valladolid, Sevilla) Draw: 2 (Barcelona, Atletico Madrid) Lost:0 Scored: 19 Conceded: 6 Clean Sheets: 5 (Malaga, Almeria, Barcelona, Santander, Sevilla) And without Dealbert: Played: 2 Won: 0 Drawn: 1 (Sporting Gijon) Lost: 1 (Getafe) Scored: 3 Conceded: 5 Clean Sheets: 0
  14. Re: WING risers If you're looking for a riser soon, pjanic should rise from an 87-89 ( i hope) on friday i reckon, but it may be too late as he could rise tomorow
  15. Re: French Ligue 1 and 2 I know its already been mentioned that Feghouli wont be rising, but do you think its worth selling him, as i can get over £6 million for him, or do you think he will find form later in the season??? thanks
  16. Re: Angel Dealbert - Valencia CB After sitting on the bench throughout the Europa league game against Sparta Prague (which ended in a 2-2 draw), Dealbert was recalled into first team action on Sunday as Valencia were 3-1 victors over a poor looking Zaragoza side. When Dealbert plays, it seems to add more confidence to the back line with the knowledge of the rock being at the back. A consistent performer for his club now
  17. Re: Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe Great find mate, was just looking through the Brugge squad and wondered about this player. 13 games this season apparently, very impressive. Nice work repped
  18. Re: Angel Dealbert - Valencia CB In a match where Valencia struggled to overcome bottom of the league Malaga, Dealbert was on hand again to lead the back line to another clean sheet (5 in a row now!!) and Valencia are seeming like real contenders for the champions league spot already.
  19. Re: Angel Dealbert - Valencia CB In a weakened Valencia side last night, the Copa Del Ray saw Valencia beat Alcoyano (who play in the Spanish 3rd division) 1-0, thanks to a Joaquin goal. As usual this season with Valencia, when they keep a clean sheet Dealbert plays, and this was the case again last night with a comfortable performance from the 26 year old.
  20. Re: Angel Dealbert - Valencia CB Cheers mate, and yes i do believe a rise to 88 is in order
  21. Re: Angel Dealbert - Valencia CB Another 90 minutes for Dealbert tonight against Almeria and another clean sheet for Valencia, who now find themselves 6th in the table with a game in hand over some of the teams above them. * 4 out of 6 of the games, Dealbert has played in have resulted in a cleansheet for Valencia this season
  22. Re: Angel Dealbert - Valencia CB Dealbert was at the heart of Valencias defence as they managed to secure a goalless draw with current European champions Barcelona. In a match which was actually evenly contested, Barcelona obviously took over the possession with their fluent playing style, yet the game panned out rather equally. Impressively, Valencia were able to restrict Barcelona from not scoring for the full 90 minutes, even with the quality of Messi, Iniesta, Xavi and Pedro on the field. Looks like Dealbert has a real chance of hitting the 88 (+3) with his, and Valencia's current form
  23. Re: Nacho Monreal - Spanish starter He is the highest LB in the Osasuna squad, but he's also one of the lowest rated players who have been called up to the Spanish national squad so in my eyes he warants a +1. Also, im pretty sure that not everyone is just looking for the cheap money-spinners like Dobias who may make you £900k profit.
