Liverp00l got a reaction from Soccahappy in Worldwide Risers
Hi, does anyone have a list of players who play in England who will rise... Only cheap players as on a budget. Thank you

Liverp00l reacted to Soccahappy in Rahul W's rating predictions
Yes, leaves insufficient time for me to get the Spreadsheet's done nowadays. Think it may be right time to retire the spreadsheet. I put it to the forum a number of years ago, when most believed it couldn't be done. I think I've proved it can be done now.
Yes could be awful is usually the SM way tho they have quickened the reviews which is a good thing overall.

I am concentrating mainly on Younger under 89 rated players as these are more consistent risers and more profitable, Goal keepers are dealt with by SM in a completely different way, which is why I mostly also ignore Gk'sÂ
Back to the Premiership this week, so they are as accurate as possible when the review starts.
Perhaps Podence is on the cusp of losing his rise due to his injury, unless SM credit his minutes, like they did recently for Bennacer. Think Jota should also be a candidate for keeping his rise even tho injured too. Only time will tell what is in SM's mind.Â
More tomorrow usual time, hopefully, thanks for your interest and support for spreadsheet Predictions, Cheers Socca đ

Gnabry and cash
Duo, Carlos isn't rising again
Duo and cash
Long term can't see any of these guys getting 90 for a while. I'll go for what the others have suggested.
Nope, not mid-season.
I believe the concerns algorithm resets in a new season. So if you play someone regularly in the new season (all minutes), you should be able to save them. Case in point, a manager had Courtois and Alex Meret in my GW, so Meret got up to Level 4. Season 12, Courtois was starting keeper until he sold him after Game 34/35. Meret got 4 games in the season. Season 13, Meret played all 38 games. All concerns gone now (we are in Season 14 Game 13).
He put a good explainer on the news feed back then when many criticised his risk of letting Courtois go when his other keeper was on level 4. He clearly understood the mechanics. Unfortunately I don't remember a lot of what he said.Â
I also think there's an explainer somewhere on this forum, but no idea where.Â
Brozovic
Tough game mate! I hope Leeds keep playing well... (strange coming from a United fan but I do not have the same hatred for Leeds as older Man Utd fans, naturally)
I have Meslier, Alioski and Bamford in my FPL team  (and plenty of Leeds players in my SM teams)
More importantly I am a big fan of Bielsa and wish him all the success Â

No, hiding in Leeds mate đ
Believe it or not really enjoyed the game except maybe on 6 occasions đ
Brilliant tactics by Solskjaer (hope I spelt that right) masterclass in fact.
Question now is, will everybody else borrow these tactics? Chelsea did it to a large extent beating us 3-1, and ManU really capitalised on it. We haven't got the top talents of these clubs. But It also needs such a high level of fitness and the danger is such efforts can affect opposition fitness levels in subsequent games & injuries but that doesn't help Leeds. So it's going to be interesting to see how Leeds go from here on.
Mctominay was brilliant from minute 1 til his body (Groin) gave out very late on. People can see why Bielsa wanted Daniel James so much now. The tactic of Bruno Fernandes leading Kalvin Phillips (man marking him) away and leaving vital spaces open was brilliant too. Really concerned other clubs will take that up too, but maybe Bielsa has an answer. He reacted immediately at half time taking Kalvin off & replacing with more ammunition in midfield.
Anyway, I make no apologies in saying I'm proud of Leeds efforts to play and entertain the way they have and I just hope Bielsa has enough answers to keep us away from the relegation zone as opposing clubs try to copy the "Solskjaer prescription". Will be hugely interesting and hopefully hugely entertaining đ
Marching on together with Bielsa...

Getting complicated whether I give priority to France or England and think I'll see what SM do tomorrow for France b4 making up my mind.
Plenty of risers but I think it's very possible they will just do the same here as well. Just a possibility tho that SM may pause after finishing France until January. They then could do the Premiership as there are usually plenty of games in Premiership over Christmas which they could take into account.
Thanks for the Forumâs interest and Support of the Spreadsheet, which is greatly appreciated, Cheers Socca

Anyway guys hope you enjoy and hopefully some of these predictions are accurate đ

Of course it is sorry Kieran, missing that 1st Swiki report got me in a bit of a spin. I've pivoted back to France instead of Premiership this afternoon and will upload to @jaybee thread fairly soon with a 3 club update. Link below:-

Top 50 French 21yo or under
Was going to do Toulouse to finish off France this afternoon, but of course Toulouse were relegated. So instead here you have the Top 50 French 21yo's or Under (Based purely on the safety rating rather than talent etc) which co-incidentally came to about the +10% safety rating which was really good the way it happened.
Was very time consuming to do the way I did it, but in future I think I'll try a different, hopefully quicker way. Quite a number older than 21 in the French clubs which would have been interesting but would have been too large to upload in one go. Anyway you will see these in the clubs as I update from time to time.
Thanks for your interest and support for the Spreadsheet, which is greatly appreciated, Cheers Socca đ
Ps probably update the Premiership to show the Was up/ down columns next, we'll see ...

Previous tables on Pages 2, 3 ( Dijon, Lens & Lille) &  (Angers, Bordeaux, Brest) 4 (Lyon) (Marseille)(Monaco) (Montpellier) 5 Update &  (Angers, Bordeaux, Brest) (Dijon, Lens and Lille) 6 Update &  (Angers, Bordeaux, Brest),  (Dijon, Lens and Lille)  Lyon & Marseille, Monaco, Montpellier and Nantes, Nice & PSG, Rennes & Reims, Page 7 :- St Etienne & Strasbourg  Be careful of the Reddish boxes where the higher rated players are more inclined towards performances rather than stats
Minutes will vary game by game and league position also helps a lot. Anything over 0% indicates likely riser, higher the better/safer. Negative percentages don't predict a drop just less chances of a rise. The more games played the more accurate the predictions will become.
I am concentrating mainly on Younger under 89 rated players as these are more consistent risers and more profitable, Goal keepers are dealt with by SM in a completely different way, which is why I mostly also ignore Gk'sÂ
As u can see above there is now a 6th and 7th column which tracks the change of rating "Was" to "Up/Down" ie the last rating to the present  rating "Up/Down". Actually next time for new updates below, ie done for first time this season today
18 risers above and many of them with very high Over0% Ratings. One of above another 80%+
Good to know from jaybee that France has the most young risers, more than any of the other BIG5 Countries. Hope to do a list at the end of what I'm doing now ie after uploading Toulouse tomorrow between 5 & 6pm.Â
Thanks for your interest and support for the Spreadsheet, which is greatly appreciated, Cheers Socca đ

As u can see above there is now a 6th and 7th column which tracks the change of rating "Was" to "Up/Down" ie the last rating to the present  rating "Up/Down". Reims & Rennes have no 7th column detail as this is first of the season ie 6th only. Next time round they will have a 7th column detail:-
Again, plenty of risers, over a dozen I think. France seems to have an awful lot of risers.
Must be these French clubs are very keen to "Blood New Talent". @jaybee Can you in some way compare which is the best Big5 League for blooding new players either by minutes played or just numbers? Germany and England should be good too, maybe Italy have the least?? Just me guessing right now, might be totally wrong.
Thanks for your interest and support for the Spreadsheet, which is greatly appreciated, sorry it's a bit slow atm, not feeling 100% last few days but being Socca đ i'll soon get over it đ
Ps Hope to have more tomorrow

Just noticed Lees-Melou should have had his 88 "Red Boxed". I can remember he has been in a similar position b4 and SM did not give him his +1, perhaps his performances don't impress SM as much as his stats.
Anyway plenty of risers again above to choose from. Gourie close to the highest Over0%rating I have seen at +72.6%. Haven't kept a record down the years but know never had over 100%. Perhaps I can remember some 80% ones previously tho.Â
But then, Mitchell Bakker has to come in with +88.2% now that must surely be the highest one. Remember that this rating just reflects how safe a rise should be or unsafe and not the actual rating which is a separate formula altogether.
Thanks for your interest and support for the Spreadsheet, which is greatly appreciated, another great weekend of wall-to-wall football awaits now this weekend! Cheers Socca đ

Jaden Philogene-Bidace (18) added this morning, worth an investment!
Aston Villa really are producing some great youngsters.
Had a bad spell at the beginning of the month, heâs young and I would imagine/hope his manager is just protecting him.
