  1. What day should the match have been played? Please report any match that should have been played more than 12 hours ago but has not been played as a bug, using the bug report function from the menu on the top right of the screen.
  2. Are either of tonight's FA Cup matches on television? I can't see any matches in listings but it seems odd to me that they are not on.
  3. A rating rise for Ivan Andonov, but not up to the hoped-for 65. He's gone from 56 to 60. His value is now £60k.
  4. One thing that can sometimes cause this on forums is blocking the cookies. It isn't always that though.
  5. It's the SM January sales. They'll correct it tomorrow morning and everybody'll be fighting over an unknown goalkeeper.
  6. I'm not allowed to make any notifications or reactions or whatever (possibly because I haven't posted yet this year) so thanks for this.
  7. No, I don't think it's cluttered. Knowing how up-to-date your predictions are will be a big help, as it wasn't always clear to me which were new and which were from earlier, especially when I first started using the forum.
  8. He's £1.4m without the concerns. £700k looks like a huge bargain to me. Also, I'm not sure if you even have to bid the whole lot if they're at level 5 concerns. It wouldn't be worth getting into a bidding war for him but surely there's value here?
  9. Daniel Wass missed out on his +1 to 90 last time around. Any chance he'll get it now?
  10. Merry Christmas to all. Is Dries Wouters likely to be worth holding on to after his next rise?
  11. If you're going to sack your manager after a draw at Man City the new bloke needs to start well.
  12. Owen OTASOWIE 70 rated, £340k might be worth picking up.
  13. Is Brandon Williams absolutely nailed-on for a +1 this time, or not? How do you see his future? Would selling him after this rise (if it comes) be sensible? Also, are there any MLS players at all that you think might be worth holding on to after this next review? Most of them will be listed as soon as they rise, it seems to me. I'm not going through all this again.
  14. You'll have to keep subbing him off as well, of course, so that he retains the fitness to start every game.
  15. If they start China now I'll be distraught. The last China review was so long it was visible from space.
  16. The season started for one of my clubs yesterday, when I thought we were still playing friendlies.
  17. You get the cup matches for free in the calculation. They count in the total played but not in the total you need to play. The total you need to play is worked out just from the league games your club is involved in. There is an ambiguity though, as the explanation SM gives says that the player needs to play in a certain number of Turns, and don't explain what happens if he plays twice in the same Turn.
  18. Please submit a bug report. To do this, go to one of the gameworlds, then look at the bar near the top of the page, with the twitter and facebook logos on it, and hover your mouse over the symbol on the right, the three horizontal bar thing. A dropdown menu will appear. Click on 'Help'. Then click on 'Report Bugs' and then 'Report bug'. At the moment, I'm not even sure that they know there's a problem. The more of us who report a bug, the more likely they are to spot it.

[Please forgive cross-post.] Please submit a bug report. To do this, go to the bar with the twitter and facebook logos on it*, and hover your mouse over the symbol on the right, the three horizontal bar thing. A dropdown menu will appear. Click on'Help'. Then click on 'Report Bugs' and then 'Report bug'. At the moment, I'm not even sure that they know there's a problem. The more of us who report a bug, the more likely they are to spot it. *You have to be in a gameworld when you do this. The 'Help' doesn't appear in the dropdown menu on the front page.

  21. The edits they are talking about are on soccerwiki. The changes that happen in the game tend to follow about a week later, and it is possible to follow the pattern. However, if a player has been edited on soccerwiki, they are not always reviewed in the game, and sometimes it is a positional change rather than a rating change. And sometimes players who have not recently been edited on soccerwiki get changes in the game. It's not an exact science. It's particularly useful for judging which leagues are likely to get reviewed soon in the game, but even here it doesn't necessarily follow. Those posts about soccerwiki edits are very useful though.
