Minutes will vary game by game and league position also helps a lot. Anything over 0% indicates likely riser, higher the better/safer. Negative percentages don't predict a drop just less chances of a rise. The more games played the more accurate the predictions will become.
I am concentrating mainly on Younger under 89 rated players as these are more consistent risers and more profitable, Goal keepers are dealt with by SM in a completely different way, which is why I mostly also ignore Gk's

A lot of the reduction u see at Villa is becos Villa have slipped from highish in the table down to 10th and they will have played less games due to there postponed Friday night match with Newcastle too. When Villa catch up and move back higher that will be reversed (If they do go higher that is!)

Ah man , they really have to rework the concerns in this game .
I am again faced with a 68 rated , 25y old player who is concerned about the lack of first team opportunities .
68 , there is no competition where I can use that at all . Not even in a Z team (if that would exist) he would be included .

Out of the 4 I like Billy Gilmour the most and think he has the highest ceiling.

Chilwell Yes he has moved from -5.7% to +1.8% since I last updated b4 this, due to being back and playing regularly as shown:-
Ben Chilwell  Chelsea 3rd 1.8% 1 91 -5.7% 1.8%  
Whereas although he has improved with more appearances back from injury  Maddison has quite a way to go yet improving from -45.3 to -33.9% :-
Maddison Leicester4th -33.9% 0 90 -45.3% -33.9% Did a little "Future" test with Maddison and even if he played next 10 games at full 90minutes his 0%Rating would still be negative -8.9% with no Rise! 
Clearly Chillwell has a fair chance of rising and Maddison does not, these are based on stats Red Boxed. The "future stats" do not of course include changing club position, goals, assists etc
