  6. Re: ||English Championship 30494|| Phase 2 is complete.. Jose Luis Gaya is widely considered as one of Spain's hottest property. Following the sale of Juan Bernat to Bayern Munich last summer, Gaya, at just 19 years of age, commanded the position for himself. With rumours of a bid from Real Madrid circling, Valencia quickly tied him down to a new contract. 6 assists and 2 goals in 35 appearances is good going for someone in their debut season at the top level One of the surprise names in Joachim Low's Germany World Cup winning squad was defensive midfielder Christoph Kramer. Making his first appearance in the final against Argentina, a clash with Ezequiel Garay saw him concussed and he had to be substituted after just half an hour. But in those 30 minutes, he impressed enough for scouts from Arsenal and Manchester City to be watching him on his two season loan from Bayer Leverkusen to Borussia Monchengladbach. A major part of PSV's title winning side, Georginio Wijnaldum has been on the radar of many clubs for a few years now, but it is this season that the 24 year old has really made a name for himself. Whilst most scouts may have been watching winger Memphis Depay, few would have missed the performances of the attacking midfielder. With an impressive 17 goals this season from 43 games, the international looks set to be ready for the next stage of his career. One of the brightest young talents in France was snapped up for just over £3m in January 2013 as Lille secured the services of right winger Florian Thauvin. It says a lot that just 9 months later, Marseille quadrupled that fee to buy him for £12.9m. Suddenly, a 20 year old playing for SC Bastia has found himself plying his trade at one of the biggest clubs in France. Yet to break into the senior international side, the Frenchman has proved value for money with 5 goals and 7 assists in 36 appearances for the French giants. After a stuttering start to his career in France, Brahimi found himself playing for Granada, before being picked up by Portugese heavywieghts FC Porto. for just under £6m, that deal now looks to be a massive coup as the Algerian's passing and decision making has led to rumours of a £35m bid from Manchester City. 13 goals and 10 assists in 40 appearances back up the hype around the left winger. However, the deal to bring him to Stoke is now seen as one of the biggest coups of year. 22 year old left winger Heung-Min Son has steadily been making a name for himself in the Bundesliga over the past few seasons. The Korean is regarded as one of the most valuable players in the U21 category, and Liverpool's growing interest is a symbol of his burgeoning reputation. He has an eye for goals with 17 in 40 a more than respectable tally for a wide man 28 year old Colombian Jackson Martinez has been in sensational form this season for Portugese giants FC Porto, scoring 31 goals in 40 appearances. Now being linked with massive clubs all over Europe, this summer was set to see a race for the hitman's signature before Stoke stole a march on the rest and sealed his signature Following team mate Nicolas Otamendi to The Britannia Stadium was 21 year old striker Paco Alcacer who has impressed many with his performances for Valencia this season. The Spanish international notched 13 goals in his 34 appearanes so far this season, only Dani Parejo has scored more for Valencia in the league. This sees Stoke'a squad take on a drastically different look from recent weeks Begovic Darmian - Otamendi - Evans - Kurzawa Carvalho Bellarabi - Brahimi Wijnaldum Martinez - Lacazette Begovic Can - Shawcross - Rugani - Gaya Kramer Thauvin - Son Fekir Benteke - Alcacer

  8. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... Can someone rank these three please Jose Luis Gaya Timothee Kolodziejczak Raphael Guerreiro
  9. Re: Liga BBVA Ratings Predictions thread Any chance of a rise for Kolodziejczak, got a fair few minutes at Sevilla

  11. Re: ||English Championship 30494|| Phase 2 of the rebuild has begun
  12. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... Sanchez is a solid 93, has the potential to hit 94, whether he can do it at arsenal is a different matter entirely, without doubt though, one of their best players this season Ramsey is again a fairly 91, has had his injury problems in the past and that may affect his ability to rise further Bale is a safe 94, no matter how 'poor' his performances are, he's going to be a starter for real, probably won't hit 95 at the moment, needs to improve It depends on squad depth as to which side is the better option,
  13. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... Kondogbia's already playing for a top 5 team in a top 5 league so has some potential to rise further, whereas Carvalho's playing in a much weaker league can get a max +1 in portugal. However, Carvalho's more likely to move to a big team in the summer, and that will help his rating go further. Personally, I'd take the risk and go for Carvalho. I'd be happy to take Muller + Alaba if I were selling Ronaldo. Muller is a major player in arguably one of the top 3 sides in the world right now, if Bayern pull off a miracle and turn things round to win the CL, he has potential to hit 95. In Alaba you have one of, if not the best left backs in the world. Ronaldo will start to decline over the next few years where as Muller + Alaba will only get better
  14. Re: ||English Championship 30494|| Italian and Juventus central defender and one of the hottest centre back talents in Italy, the 20 year old cuts short his loan at Empoli to join the Potters
  15. Re: Buy, Sell or Keep Thread? Seems as there's not really a forum thread for their leagues, I'll ask here. I've seen a few articles on Brahimi, saying how he's flourishing at Porto, reports of a £35m move, is he likely to hit 89 soon? Over in Ukraine, how good SM-wise are Dragovic and Konoplyanka? Both teams have done well in Europe, are they likely to rise soon, if at all, or do they need a move first? TIA

  17. Re: The Fluffy Ligue 1 Ratings Thread CAn we epect rises for Imbula and Tolisso? Also, what is going on with Thauvin, saw him linked with a £15m move, is he likely to leave or is he just being sold cheap?
  18. Re: Bundesliga Ratings Discussion Wendell and Kramer to rise? Has Durm taken over Schmelzer'sleft back spot, or is he only playing cause of Piszceks injury? Will he get a rise?
  19. Re: Serie A Rating Predictions How are Rugani, De Vrij and Morata doing? Can we expect +1s for all three?

  21. Re: ||English Championship 30494|| The Argentinian centre back has seen his stock rise rapidly since hismove to Valencia last summer, currently the subject of speculation linking him with a movie to ENglish heavyweights Chelsea and both Manchester clubs, Stoke manager Tom Deakin had to act swiftly to secure his signature Over the past 2 years Layvin Kurzawa has established himself as an integral part of the Monaco backline, so much so that Didier Deschamps gave him his France debut in November in the friendlies against Sweden and Albania. Linked with Arsenal and Bayern Munich, the 21 year old is a highly sought after left back, and Tom Deakin stated that he sees this purchase as a signal of intent from the Stoke board Italian full back Matteo Darmian shot to fame over the course of the 2013/14 season, culminating in a call up to Cesare Prandelli's 23 man squad for the World Cup of that summer. The versatile defender, who has been linked with Manchester United amongst other teams in recent months, has states that he sees Stoke as a chance to showcase his talents on the biggest stage. Tom Deakin will certainly be hoping he can keep hold of this star. One of the more low key signings of Brendan Rodger's 2014 summer spree, Emre Can has won over the hearts of the Kop with some solid performances in defence. Whislt primarily a defensive midfielder, the young German can also prove more than adequate in midfield or defence. Stoke manager Tom Deakin praised the incredible versatility of the 21 year old and sees him as a potential star of the future. Portugese defensive midfielder William Carvalho shot into the media spotlight last summer with intense speculation of a bid from Manchester United or Arsenal. His performances have continued to excel and Stoke manager Tom Deakin felt the time was right to make a move. 'I see William as a player of incredible value, and he needs to be given the space to show the world what he can do. He fits in exactly with the vision I have for taking this club forward.' Bellarabi started the season with some impressive performances for Bayer Leverkusen, and caught the eye of many scouts. Earning a call up to arguably the best national team in the world is just one of many pointers to his talent. The winger has been linked with Manchester United in earlier months, whislt Everton and Southampton have recently been credited with an interest, but it is Stoke who have jumped the queue and won the race for the German's signature. French attacking midfielder Fekir has impressed many with his performances this season as he, alongside Alexandre Lacazette, have spearheaded Lyon's remarkable title push. Arsene Wenger, a well known fan of French players, has hailed the impact this youngster has had. Earning a call up to the national team has capped off a remarkable season, and Tom Deakin hopes he can spearhead a european push for the Potters. 27 goals in 31 appearances in the French league this season have given Alexandre Lacazette the attention he deserves. Long known as a talented striker, he hasn't had the chance to impress so much in recent seasons, finding himself behind Bafetimbi Gomis in the pecking order. This season however, he has taken that role and flourished into one of France's hottest prospects. Linked with teams such as Chelsea and Liverpool, it is without a doubt that Stoke have sealed themselves an incredible deal with this signing. Injury problems stifled Christian Benteke after his sensational debut season for Villa, but this season he has come back and hit 11 goals in his last 9 games to save Villa from impending relegation. The Belgian has long been eyed up by the likes of Liverpool, but a move has never materialised until now. With Tom Deakin's ambitions for the squad, Benteke was unable to resist the temptation to join the enticing project and taste European football
