Ok so here it is boys. The confirmation from a SM employee that the reason MULTIPLAYER has been on hold since earlier this year IS because OF SINGLE PLAYER.
    THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Since im paying for multiplayer and dont give a F about single player, i want my money back.
SERIOUSLY you people are bordering criminal activity here, or at least a serious offense, especially one in violation of morality. Concealing real intentions, unresponsive towards the 'Community' when questioned, utter disrespect for us .
IM DONE with YOU SM. But you will still be receiving my emails on this.

As i thought... nothing is being done. GUYS stop falling to these eluding tactics, its all to defraud us.
FACT, SM has taken steps to automatize multiplayer (SMFA, Soccerwiki, Concerns, endless new Gameworlds, etc...).
FACT, the SM team has been so much involved with single player that they even created a funding campaign to generate extra funds for the development.
FACT, the Beta and Alpha have been out yet cant even change a single rating number of the top teams on the database.
I believe multiplayer has been officially terminated since single player was announced but they have kept it running in order to receive pay to further the single player work. Think about it, 0 has been done for multiplayer since single player, not even proper customer feedback. And think what would happen if they announced the termination of multiplayer... All of us would go, leaving SM with no ad revenue and no gold membership revenue. SM multiplayer (and subsequently single player) would be history.
SM will keep bluffing changes and doing nothing, stringing us along with multiplayer so they can fund the single player.
Steven needs more feedback for a "presentation"... Yeah right, just use the search tool and have a look at the thousands of threads on the subject. Its against forum rules to duplicate posts.

First and last issue i would like to report here is SM ignoring community opinion on key problems.
I know you probably think your thread here contradicts what I'm saying, but think harder... Suggestion/Improvement threads theres plenty, still you've have systematically managed to deliver a less appealing end product.
I have been playing since 2008 and witnessed many changes to the game, many of them small improvements, cosmetics which made the game in general feel better, but on the issues that really matter such as Ratings, Transfer market, Cheating its just been a turn for the worse. Forever we have been battling these issues yet stubbornly you keep pushing these systems (soccerwiki, smfa) that obviously don't work, that came to be when there was no need.
I understand the urge of creating a self-sustaining game, heck i'd also like to sit at home all day while the 'community' does the work for me and keeps money flowing into my pocket, but clearly this is not getting anywhere. I remember this forum before Soccerwiki, the rating threads, discussions, now it turned into an eerie place, abandoned, with no engagement. You probably know it better than me having access to all the numbers.
Every business man knows growth is the only way to success, I'm glad your company is doing well and has set an high aim, congrats. But what about us, setting automated responses (or no response at all) to our long struggle with cheaters is not the answer. Creating a passive system for ratings when it should be exactly the opposite is not the answer. The constant drive to rise the value of play money, the numerous ridiculous changes for this effect are not the answer. These are straight forward issues you continued to ignore our voice, Soccermanager multiplayer, Soccermanager, has lost something because of it.
I ask please take a step back and reconsider some of these issues. Soccerwiki failed. SMFA failed. Bring the Soccermanager deskman back into the equation. It was good enough.

Re: Club Finances - new view and charts....
Im tired of this too, i will now only focus on my favourite team, leaving the other 6 out to dry in slow financial death and will not renew my membership. SM after the concerns fiasco i thought you learned a lesson, keeping our players is important to us!! And here we go again! I have reached my limit with you, between soccerwiki rating system, concerns, new finances, unrealistic transfer market, cheating (you've actually made it near to impossible to report cheaters) and your complete lack of regard for your customers and their opinions, seriously, SM seems like its run by a bunch of kids with a bad attitude. I've dedicated 5 years to my teams and now its all gone to waste, having to sell my favourite players which i've work so hard to create funds for. Well i will not take part in this, i will just let my teams go bankrupt.
This used to be a fun game, now its just playing catch with your bills. Sorry but i already have headaches with one of those games, called life.

Most of my lower league teams i took as challenge now are going under debt.
For me the transfer system was the most fun part in this game, and you have managed to systemically ruin it
I wont go in more detail into what i find wrong with it like most users because i know you dont care about customers feedback, so keep it up dont listen to us, and as I've read along this thread with people quitting and threatening to quit: keep on losing users

    Re: Bundesliga Ratings 2012/2013
Götze is a great player no doubt, but since his last review (8 Dec 2011) he was out for injury 3 months (18.01.2012 - 06.04.2012) having only 14 starts (total) for Borussia where they claimed the title. And he missed the Euros, again due to injury.
This season he has showed a good form, however Borussia in general has disappointed in the league and to jump a player from 91 to 93 for half a season and 2 past titles (Bundesliga/DFB Cup) where he missed most through injury is ridiculous.
I seriously doubt this +2 for Götze would have happened if Soccerwiki was not running.

    Casillas in a heartbeat.
Think about it, Mourinho's goalkeeper trainer Silvino has trained Vitor Baia and he was best goalkeeper in Europe, then he went to Chelsea and Cech was the best goalkeeper in Europe. Then Inter and now Julio Cesar will most likely become the best goalkeeper in Europe. Now hes at Real Madrid training one of the best in the world, i suspect some brilliant seasons to come for Casillas and he will regain his 96 easily

The Special 1 got a reaction from kilograms93 in Maicon to 96
    Re: Maicon to 96
Evra and Cole are good fullbacks no doubt, but they nowhere near as influential as Maicon is in a game, be that at inter or brazil. He won three titles and scored 8 goals, for a RB that is a lot.
If Evra and Cole could decide a deadlock like Brazil-N.Korea they could rise to 95, but they cant, one of the reasons why France and England are so poor at the WC this year.
Think about it, if Maicon didnt scored that goal it would have been a totally different game. The same with France/England if actually Evra/Cole scored in their poor games. Thats what i mean by influential. Totally deserved and fair 96.

The Special 1 got a reaction from burs in THE TIME MACHINE - When predictions fail
The general impression in the SM community is an appraisal of the prediction, the next big thing, but as we will see, as time goes by some of those predictions go terribly wrong. The idea came to me after reading an old post on another forum about how this kid thought that C. Ronaldo - when he first joined Manchester United - was no where near the quality of David Bellion and would never be.
That being said I don't want to sound depreciative of the work these god-like-people that in the attempt of grasping the future of obscure and famous players provide us with information to make the well oiled profit machine. (if only it would be so accessible for real life... ) But that's not what this thread is about, here we take a look at the flip side of the coin, those bad cases of momentary 'genius', that are so funny to revisit.
After searching the forum i came to two conclusions:
    1. Trusting your gut instinct is a lot better than narrowing a number on a players ability. Actually see the player in action!
    2. A time machine would be really sweet.
So to start it off here are a few examples, and to be fair i should mention the people who had these unlucky remarks bellow most of the time where right on their predictions regarding most players.
