  1. Re: Are player concerns ('lack of games') ruining your SM experience? I haven't touched the game for close to 2 months now, so yes concerns definitely ruined my experience, I quit flat out, why play a gamethat just isn't fun
  2. Re: Player Concerns (please read the Online Help if looking for help) Would have been nice to know this when the changes were made, since I and probably many others have been working to the old rules 70% for top rated players, no wonder so many of my best players are now concerned despite hitting 70% or above Also talk about being ambiguous, which players are top rated? if your top rated player is 90 rated does he expect 85% or 75%? additionally if my best player is an 89 rated player does he expect 85% or 75% or 40% And GK's so we now can't have a 88+ rated back-up GK , so as soon as Ter Stegen hits 88 I have to choose between him and Casillas At least they've cleared up one major point of contention, so we only count league games for the percentage, but all games positively affect concerns I believe this means concern counters are reset each season, but if your player was concerned last season he will still be concerned next season, but if you play him for 7/8 out of 10 then his concern level should drop regardless of last season's appearances, thus it shouldn't matter how many games he played last season for working out concerns, as each new season is a fresh slate
  3. Re: English Championship 8000 - Discussion Thread GAZETTE ATSUTO UCHIDA Atsuto Uchida has completed his move to Blackpool from FC Schalke 04, in a direct swap deal with Kirill Nababkin. Blackpool manager Aaron Aitken has been watching the player for some time, having recognised his obvious talent "We're glad to have gotten our man, Atsuto is a real talent, he has the ability to play both in defence and midfield, that versatility is key to his importance to the side"
  4. Re: Soccermanager - Improvements You would like to see 1. What constitutes a 'realistic transfer'? eg. Messi staying at Barcelona for ever never signing for another club? 2. Injuries are aesthetic, added after the game is finished. 3. No point training since ratings are based purely on real life performance's and nothing within the game affects said ratings 4. Join a custom world, for many people transfers are the only reason they play, the matches are consequential. 5. the AI currently isn't good enough, I mean it can't even get concerns right or even close to realistic, the concerns system is the biggest joke going
  5. Re: Official Liverpool Thread Problem being they didn't know they had to fight one on one, not in their usual gangs
  6. Re: SMFA Reversed a transfer decision???? one of many reasons * Either the deals were too one sided * One of you has been flagged for cheating * Someone reported the deal as dubious There all sort of linked together, so if someone reported you, then the SMFA thought the deals were unfair or too one sided and from now on you'll be viewed suspiciously by the SMFA in all dealings you do.
  7. Re: Help With Deal(s) Thread... what are your CM's and Fwd's like? if Schurrle and Trybull would be starters, or at least back-up I'd probably go for it, recall Ter Stegen and stick with him, he should get 89/90 in no time at all

  9. Re: Player Concerns (please read the Online Help if looking for help) Funnily the most concerned player seems to be C. Ronaldo http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2197375/Cristiano-Ronaldo-feeling-out.html?ito=feeds-newsxml As for Sahin he is happy to be at Liverpool playing, he's not going to get a 'loaned out concern' because he will be getting gametime
  10. Re: Player Concerns (please read the Online Help if looking for help) Agree fully, I'd like to see concerns percentages reduced (as above) but the implementation of a 25 man playing squad picked at the start of each season, no restrictions on who you pick, you can choose to have 25 players over 90 rating if you like but have to be able to give them 50-60%, that and the freedom to use youth players (U21) as you see fit, playing them regardless if they are in your 25 man squad or not. When a player from the 25 man squad is sold another can be nominated to take his place. That would be a much better way to go in my view
  11. Re: Official Liverpool Thread Yeah Suarez to dive in the box
  12. Re: Official Liverpool Thread Agree here, I'd say Arteta was our 2nd best player behind RVP, he does so many little things that go unnoticed but the sum total is massive.
  13. Re: Player Concerns (please read the Online Help if looking for help) That's not enough games to keep them happy, they'd need a minimum of about 27/28 games just out of the league games with more included for Cups etc, I was more then satisfied by the old concerns, you could keep about 24/25 top rated players happy on and off, but also keep younger players with good potential and as such have decent options for the future. The biggest problem being as a game it's no longer 'fun' more of a job than a game and considering you need to obtain a PhD in Mathematics just to keep 18 players happy, it's getting harder and harder to play for fun and relaxation.
