  1. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN Already two titles for Manchester United!! With the season just started, we already grabbed hold on the Charity Shield and the SMFA Super Cup. These two titles came after beating Brighton and Hove Albion and West Ham United respectively. As from the league, we lost the first game against our arch-rivals Liverpool. A de javu of the last two seasons? I will take that as a good sign;) Also, all non-spanish players are availabel for P/E for decent spanish ones. Especially if someone has a good striker or defender. Make your bid;)

  3. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN Manchester United 2-1 Sunderland A hard fought win against a relegated team kept us with an 8 point lead over second placed Everton. This means that next game we can be crowned champions for the second time in a row

  6. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN Its been a while since I last posted. Manchester United are once again the favorites to win the title after opening a 9 point lead over 2nd placed Everton (and 21 points over Man City:p:D ). Latest transfer news saw us getting the Spanish maestro David Silva in a P/E with Lahm who was not happy with his role as a sub. Also, a deal has been agreed to bring in another Spanish giant, Xabi Alonso in a deal that sees Schweinsteiger and Godin heading to Sunderland (gave a bit too much but still have enough depth and I'm getting ALONSO). Now my objective is to bring at least one Spanish striker to partner Ronaldo up front and I will have my dream team of Spanish and Real Madrid players almost complete: Valdes Ramos - Puyol - Pique Busquets Navas - Alonso - Xavi - Silva Ronaldo - ??? Anyone having a good spanish striker and wants to do a deal feel free to contact me, can give Dzeko and even Aguero among others!!
  7. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN Manchester United open an 8 point lead!! Thanks to the latest win of 4-1 against Arsenal we continue to assert out true dominance for the second season in a row Ronaldo continues on his scoring spree with a total of 20 goals from 19 games. We cannot forget to mention the assist men Di Maria and Navas who from the wings have assisted their teammates 26 times between them.
  8. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN Go check Division 1's Assists and Average Performance lists...its not only Ronaldo mate
  9. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN Ronaldo is on fire this season! Got 5 goals of the 9 against Nottingham last night. 16 in the league from 13 appearances!!
  10. Re: Werewolf World - Where The Hunt Begins I quit Dinamo Tbilisi, sorry guys but I don't have time to keep up with the forum and posting so its only fair to leave the team to a more committed manager
  11. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN If I'm not wrong, who ever is the best will be in first position not second;)
  12. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN Won a really tight game 4-3 against Millwall. Still at the top but now the margin is at 3 points over City. Got some surprising rises this morning with both Ramos and Busquets going up to 95
  13. Re: Werewolf World - Where The Hunt Begins Dinamo Tbilisi 5-2 FC Ararat Massive win for us that increases our hopes of promotion as we beat 2nd placed Ararat and open a 5 point margin. 5 different scorers for us but the main man being Gerrard with a goal and 2 assists. Also the player ratings did wonders with our team as Lewandowski and Leno were the latest to rise from a total of 11 players who had a rating increase over the last month or so:D
  14. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN Manchester United 4-1 Liverpool Was waiting eagerly for the most exiting game in English football after not being present for some seasons. Fortunately, my players were expecting this game with the same determination as their manager as they trashed their arc-rivals. Wonder kid Labyad opened the score and Ronaldo made it 2-0 and Navas scored the 3rd soon after. Kranjcar reduced the gap to just two goals but Ronaldo restored the 3 goal lead in the 88th minute. So we are now 6th, 2 points from first but its still too early to look at the table. From other news, managed to beat off competition to sign Puyol. Offered a hefty amount of cash and some decent two upcoming defenders but I have enough depth to cope with that. Oddly enough, I have 5 Barca players in my team compared to the 3 from Real Madrid (being a Real Madrid fan). Also 3 players from Manchester City but only 2 from Manchester United
  15. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN First trophy of the season!! Charity Shield is ours! Manchester United 1-0 Brighton And Hove Albion Dzeko's early goal was enough to see off Brighton and lift our first silverware. After a string of good results in the preseason the team was ready to prove itself in a competitive game, even though without the services of Navas and Pique due to injury.
  16. Re: Werewolf World - Where The Hunt Begins Dinamo Tbilisi 4-4 Puebla Hat-trick hero Lewandowski was not enough to get the 3 points as Puebla managed to equilise from a goal behing for 4 times! The midfield partnership of Gerrard, Marchisio and Xavi was pivotal as always with their assists. We still managed to go first as Ararat lost to Sriwijaya FC.
  17. Re: Werewolf World - Where The Hunt Begins Dinamo Tbilisi Update: Dinamo Tbilisi 2-0 Lechia Gdansk Goals from Gerrard and Lewandowski in the second half gave us another win to keep up with FC Ararat who are only above us on goal difference.
  18. Re: Werewolf World - Where The Hunt Begins We're currently on a bad form but still 2nd in the league. Some good rating changes as well as Marchisio, Osvaldo, Roncaglia, Cuadrado, Longo and Marquinhos all rise with Pazzini being the only one to drop.
  19. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN Manchester United 2-1 Sunderland Super-sub Labyad with a stunning winner to give us the 3 points. Sunderland took the lead with Alonso but Dzeko scored the momentary draw. The gap is now 15 points...I bet some people wish we were still in division 2:cool:
  20. Re: Werewolf World - Where The Hunt Begins I've been abroad for the past few days so here's an update of Dinamo Tbilisi: Dinamo Tbilisi 3-2 Sriwijaya FC A goal each in the first 5 minutes by Marchisio and Erding saw the first half ending 1-1. As the second half begun Arshavin put Sriwijaya in front but Lewandowski found the equiliser on the 70 minute mark and Gerrard netted the winning goal two minutes from time. Dinamo Tbilisi 1-0 Club Africain A narrow win with the goal scored by Marchisio. So we are still first with full points in the league. Up next a double fixture against Colo Colo in the cup and league.
  21. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN Manchester United win the league!! Was abroad till today hence the lack of celebrations will do a proper report later on today
  22. Re: Werewolf World - Where The Hunt Begins I guess that was more than enough for your team:rolleyes: Dinamo Tbilisi 5-1 Puebla The Georgian team got the biggest win of the evening as they trashed the mexicans in an easy win. 5 different scorers but the true engines were Xavi and Gerrard in midfield. Got a goal each and four assists among them. Next a trip to Indonesia (impossible name to spell:o)
  23. Re: Werewolf World - Where The Hunt Begins And you think the Georgians will be scared by that water pistol?
  24. Re: Werewolf World - Where The Hunt Begins Finally the league will kick off!! Puebla will be our first victim:cool:
  25. Re: EC2933 Discussion Thread- VACANCIES SO JOIN THE FUN Manchester United 4-2 Preston North End Ronaldo opened the scoreline after just 3 minutes but the home side quickly turned the score around by the 9th minute with goals from Carroll and Susaeta. Di Maria made things level before half time. It was only after the entrance of Labyad that United showed signs of good football as he assisted Ronaldo for the teams 3rd goal. Soon after Navas found the 4th. We also had Lahm sent off just before the hour of play. Everton lost which means we are once again more close to the title!! 14 points above second with 5 games to go!! Which means that we can secure the title by the next match:cool:
