Another Brazilian Joins Barca

FC Barcelona have signed another talented Brazilian player. Rodrigues Lucas came over from São Paulo for 18 million Pounds. The manager realizes that this is a huge amount of money for a player who probably won't make the first team that soon, but he believes that it is money very well spent and he's confident that Lucas will live up to the expectations in the future.

Re: European Championship 2930 (OPENED!)

I must say ... I'm extremely surprised that none of you went for this lad ! Got him at CV with no competition ... hell ... he was not even shortlisted by any of you lot ....

( That's a better find then Eto'o Camila :D )

Well done on the incredible find *very slow clapping*

It is about time you had a decent striker at Porto :P

On another note Ribas Diego joins Leverkusen, a nice 91 rated cm to finish off the team building, the first team is now complete :)

Re: European Championship 2930 (OPENED!)

Miguel VELOSO has completed his move to Benfica from Genoa in a swap deal for Pablo AIMAR and Miguel VITOR

After my big loss in the middle of the park got for a Portugal star too back up my squad, he is a key name and rated 90. I have been a fan of Miguel since 2008, ask me why try playing 4-2-3-1 with Portugal on Fifa 08 he was a take a holding mid.

Anyway still looking too deal.

Re: European Championship 2930 (OPENED!)

Would like to say it again' date=' Barcelona are not loaning out anymore players rated 85 or higher at this stage. I need to see how things work out before I can decide to loan out anymore higher rated players.[/quote']

Thanks for Thiago mate!:D

My signings for little Valencia thus far:

ISCO, Alarcón

DAMIAO, Leandro

HOWEDES, Benedikt

DI NATALE, Antonio

Relatively happy with these additions and I'm in competition for Dede. Should be a few more additions too.

*Looking do a P/E and can offer Banega and Pablo Hernandez*

Dortmund Pre-Season

Dortmund will be looking to replicate their success last season under their newly appointed coach. Here, Dortmund's successes, disappointments and pre-season sneak peeks will be revealed

Dortmund have managed to keep their star players despite interest from other top European clubs such as wonderkid Mario Götze, centre-half Mats Hummels and on-form Marco Reus. Dortmund have also signed many big names including Muniain, Cavani and Jones to tighten up their strikeforce. Finally, Dortmund have brought in a flurry of exciting young players such as Julian Draxler from Schalke 04, Connor Wickham from Sunderland, Gary Gardner from Aston Villa and Patrick Herrmann signed from Mönchengladbach.

Dortmund have spent a lot of time chasing highly-rated Lars Bender to hopefully unite him with his brother, Sven. However, Leverkusen managed to hang on to Lars Bender despite repeated interest from Dortmund. Deal for Thomas Müller and Toni Kroos fell through after technicalities. Malaga starlet Isco has snubbed Dortmund for Valencia after claiming "Germany was too far away from home."

Key Roles

A solid rock at the back, he will play a key role as captain and will hold part responsibility for gelling the team, a task which will not be easy considering the amount of new signings

Make things happen...

German wonderkid Mario Götze will look to make things happen in the No. 10 role, as the playmaker. He will look to deliver quality passes up front and to link the flanks.

Bag the goals...

Hot, on-form Uruguayan striker Edison Cavani, signed from Napoli, has the weight on his shoulders, the Dortmund manager has guaranteed Cavani ahead of Lewandowski in the pecking order. Cavani will look to get on the end of balls from Götze.

The Signal Iduna Park, home of Borussia Dortmund. Can host up to 81,266
