Re: Right Wing/Left Wing football clubs?

Right Wing

Chelsea

Barcelona

Real Madrid

Atletico Madrid

Hellas Verona

PSG

Left Wing:

Sankt Pauli

Celtic

PSG

How are Barcelona right wing?

Liverpool and Man United may have been left wing at one time, but not since the American capitalists took over. Difficult to be left wing in any walk of life and not be slightly hypocritical these days.

Barcelona are right wing

The Boixos Nois (English: Crazy Boys) is a supporter group organised around the football club FC Barcelona, based in the Spanish autonomous community Catalonia. Founded in 1982 it was composed of left-leaning Catalan nationalists, until a surge of skinheads joining in the mid 1980s saw the political orientation turn from socialistic to fascist separatism. For many years the Boixos Nois enjoyed a close relationship with FC Barcelona until former president Joan Laporta banned their presence at games in 2003.

They are notorious in Spain for their violent behaviour and frequent clashes with authorities, with some members being convicted for death threats and murder.

PSG both wings?

Yes they have the KoB hooligans who are fascists and racist and the Immigrant fans who fight these are also hooligans but they're left wing. They both have had fights in the past between each other

Re: Right Wing/Left Wing football clubs?

football clubs in itsself may become popular being left or right wing if society around them at the time is leaning one way, however you can't really say what is left and what is right unless its distinctly the policys of a football club to be left or right. examples usually come from history were for a short/long time opression from ruling states dictate the policy of a clubs fans which mould into the way ofa club.

This changes with history, if you'r talking about fan bases/society around each club then this changes and also is not the opionion of every fan, not all lazio fans are right wing..

take celtic for example, left wing in the sence of irish nationalism thru the decades, does not necessarly reflect celtic as a club involves itsself directly to this cause unless circumstace like civil unrest/war/rebelion occur, such as in the case of dinamo and many other clubs.. etc

it's ignorent to label one club left or right because some of its fans, espcially when these fans have no power in said club.. or may have.

PSG in the past for example had big social issues which transfered themself into the sectrum on matchdays at the pdf, it does not mean the club takes any side.. but when society is under the cosh such as in belfast or galsgow then if a large number of fans of either team have a political opinion then likly the club will be seen as such, but if the ira blow up manchester it doesn't mean cliftonville fc supports this, even if some or alot of their fans may be far-left at various times in history.

ultras just tend to be more vocal than the man sitting down with his wife and child in the main part of the stadium..

most football club work off a capatilistic market :/ because that's the society/goverence/economic ways that they are apart of.

i could lean towards socialism but still wake up everymorning at go to work at mcdonalds, because ive no choice.. doesn't make me a capatilst.. i don't work lool
