I agree with Hyina. I don't understand why people keep saying I'm a weak club' date=' I'm a poor club, I have no money etc. some of the clubs are but no team is heads and shoulders above another team and if they are it is not due to an advantage for that team, it's because of how they approached their transfers. This is not directed at anybody and I don't mean to offend anyone just my opinion.

[list']

[*]This game world was an empty squad game world so all that really mattered in the beginning was stadium size, Gozzy you have a stadium of a whopping 80k which is not much less than mine!

[*]You say you have no money but you cannot expect money to just come to you (it does for me though :P) you have to be willing to make some sacrifices.

[*]As the game world progresses there will be less and less 92+ players available in the external market but there will always be players rated around 88-89, players who are actually quite useless but good subs. You don't need to worry about depth at this stage, with the transfers ensuring you can't buy young players (yet) none of your second team or none of anyone's second team will eventually play for your front team.

[*]While there are 92+ players available at external, good solid players who will retain their rating in the future as well, players who will be in your starting XI even as the seasons roll you have to capitalise and buy these players!

[*]To get the funds of course players must be sold, as Hyina said, sell a few players who don't play in your starting XI and make up a decent amount of money (I am certain you can make up a good amount of money as your squad value is up there with mine, so is your stadium so your finances and my finances will be somewhat similar.

[*]You've gotta sell your second team players, doesn't have to be all of them but at least some of them to buy quality players who will play in your first team.

[*]Depth issues can always be solved, there will always be players who are available at external who even if they are technically useless are good subs.

[*]Quality players however, who can play in your starting XI and that too for more than just one season, for multiple seasons will only be available for a certain amount of time.

That's my opinion :)

Well Hancock at least you tried :o

It's not that I do not play here anymore , I still occasionally read what you all ghosts here....:P

It's easier when you're there, involved in the start then you put your hand to your team, and not that of another one, and here it goes wrong, the first two season you must build back again, while the others who are from the start already in now taking even more advantage ...is not Always a small club,a poor team, though your income is poor even whit a 60k stadion in the div 3 don't know not from the others div. ( hyina have a copy from shalke there income) ... the only option is when you take over a club is to settle whit that team, and that practically nobody does, then why even possibly play with a team that you do not fully attracts....and that is one or not cause that many do not have enough money, there are already have chance 2 or 3 x times a whole new team ... look at my, look at the other newbies everyone has his team changed how he / they want .. and away is your profit, and that is one of the main reasons, how many teams are now changed, how many players in one season / team ... while you just completely different to do to be among the strongest in the world, but then the fun is out of from the game and we all stay better at home, whit ours playstation ,or whatever. that you have in any world, everyone place his club to his hand. ...and here is the error to not to say the big error...sure some clubs have less income, but if you where here from the start, I do bought more players to get more profit in, but if you come behind, you do it not, you chance the team, how you won't it.

bye to next time...

Re: .:10000 bc:.

Trust me you don't want 18 clubs LOL

Because people like me with conditions into wanting to win everything possible' date=' and being a tactical genius (:D), I just can't stand defeats, and every day I'm like: "have I set the counters for this team or that? And have I made that bid?"

LOL! :o

I've realised that the worst ones are customs or forum based GWs that mentally compels you to post/discuss/brag/talk all the time - so I've really cut down on Customs and found that the ones I like the most is ones I don't have to put much effort - like BC, I do all the major transfers at the beginning and the end of each season and midway through the season I'm hardly ever on here, I still get to socialise (sort of :D) and have fun without putting much effort ;)

Out of all the 18 clubs I currently have:

1. Euro Champ 1934: Man United

2. The Basement: Birmingham

3. -Das Deutsche Projekt-: Leverkusen

4. EC Anno Domini: Ipswich

5. EC 22399: Arsenal

6. EC 13280: Tottenham

7. .:10000 BC:. Man United

8. GerC 6952: Dortmund

9. Poor Mans Pride: Decic

10. Double D: Tottenham

11. SC 24433: Atletico Madrid

12: WC 33333: Ajax

13: Performance Review: Atletico Madrid

14: EC 106: Northampton

15. EC 7777: West Ham

16. EC 27777: Sheffield United

17. EC 27046: Wigan

18. IC 13919: Roma

Only a few of those I really, really, really enjoy.

Personally I think that we only enjoy a GW is because we know we can make our team better, the most fun of this game is the transfers, and that's why I'm not enjoying the older GWs like EC 22399, 13280, 106, and even 7777. The newer clubs are interesting in the first season or 2, but after you developed them so well you'll quickly get bored too.

That's why I think GWs like 10000 BC and Basement are so enjoyable, because they have so much potential and there's always something new I'm looking forward to in the future! :P (I even have a great secret plan/rule to announce when we get to Season 10 here ;))

There I think that was a good enough pitch for you to stay don't you think? And once you've read my suggestions about your other problem (I have that exact same problem too) on your VM then I think we're sorted ;):D[/quote']

lol, 18 clubs. Hard for me to understand how one can do that. Tho, I am used to experience an overkill way sooner than most people. 4 is too much for me already :P:o

What the heck?! I struggle to manage what i have' date=' there's no way you can manage all those clubs to a maintainable standard.. I have 11 clubs and i'd say i maintain about 5/6 of them to a compliant standard.[/quote']

He's got them spread over like 2/3 accounts.

You should see some people like Phil GT, he's got almost 50+ clubs in one main account... :o

Re: .:10000 bc:.

Crazy amount of clubs. Over 100 is ridiculous!

About 2 weeks ago I somehow got upto 27 and soon realised it's not possible to maintain and improve any of them. But just get tempted to join GW's :P

Now cut down to 12 and hoping to end up with 10.

Enjoy it a lot more this way, as i'm actually getting into the teams I have and can join in the threads a lot more as well as paying more attention in game.

Just becomes a chore setting tactics when you have so many clubs.

Not enough hours in the day

Manchester City unveil new signings!

Thiago Silva

Luis Fernandinho

Gohkan Inler

Lass Diarra

Ruben Amorim

Martin Shkrtel

Ashley Williams

Nico Kranjcar

Mark Boussafa

Last off season the focus was clearly on attack, this the focus is now on building a good defense. Nabbing Thiago Silva for only 26 million must have been the steal of the off season. Also Inler and Fernandinho will form one of the best midfield tandems around. We still have some money left in the bank as well, so we will be looking to strengthen our attack soon

FC Porto New Signings

After a busy start to Season 3 Porto are now ready to unveil their latest additions to the squad. Despite losing out on our main transfer targets, the club has identified other gems which can lead the club to promotion this season.

mickael-landreau.png

Mickael Landreau

A replacement for the aging Storari. Landreau will be the man to count on to keep the ball out of the net.

De-Jong-Xabi-Alonso.jpg

Nigel De Jong

A good capture for 11mil, the hard-tackling Dutchman will be pivotal in Porto's midfield this season, and will be relied on to break up the opponent's attack while picking out players with his passing.

Alberto-Aquilani-Fiorentina.jpg

Alberto Aquilani

Signed in a part exchange deal, Aquilani will add creativity to the midfield and will hopefully create many chances for the team to score.

gokhan-gonul-fena-yakalandi.jpg

Gökhan Gönül

Joining Porto in a swap deal for Angel Rangel, Gönül will add depth to the squad, and his versatility on the right will come very handy.

Fernando-Amorebieta-1.jpg

Fernando Amorebieta

He replaces the outgoing Pogatetz as the main man in the Porto defence. Strong and a capable marker, his experience will be vital in the club's promotion challenge this season.

Manchester United Transfers

220px-Manchester_United_FC_crest.svg.png

With the depature of the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson, the board at Old Trafford went for an unknown Hyina as the successor. And immediately the new boss set to work.

Last season Manchester United concluded a below average season at 8th place.

Last season's starting XI:

Courtois

Alves, Fanni, Westermann, Daems

Castro, Zyryanov, Arteta, Maxwell

Klose, Eduardo

Hyina decided that high rated full backs weren't importance as other areas like CM. He soon sold Alves for 22mill, Daems for 5mill and the aging Zyryanov, who wanted to move back to russia,

With the money pouring in, many expected the Red Devils to bring Ronaldo back to Old Trafford, or sign a top top quality player like Iniesta. However, due to complicated issues, United started the season with 15 less than expected (Erviti from Mineiro for 8mill, Di Natalie from Bayern Munich for CV)

Thus with 25% of his budget slashed, Hyina knew that 40,6mill wasn't enough to capture Ronaldo or Iniesta, thus placing all of the money in a bid for the world class midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger.

Hyina (Forum) unveils their new signing! Bastian Schweinsteiger will join their Manchester United squad from a free transfer

600full-bastian-schweinsteiger.jpg

Now with just £540 in the banks of the biggest club in the world, Hyina knew he couldn't go for the likes of Zabaleta or Cazorla, and instead sent out his scouts all over Europe to find good players that are 28 years old or older.

After spending an entire afternoon watching the Bundesliga Highlights on ITV (:P), the player Raffael caught the attention of the boss. Versatile and able to play pretty much anywhere in the final third, United offered Eduardo who is still struggling with injury and the bid was accepted before any other team was aware.

Hyina (Forum) gets their man! Araújo Raffael will join their Manchester United squad from Dynamo Kyiv in a swap deal for Da Silva Eduardo

An massive fan of the EPL, Hyina also realised there was a gem in hiding up on the north east. Sessegnon's form has transformed dramatically after Di Canio became the Sunderland boss, scoring a few vital goals to carry Sunderland away from the drop zone. A last minute bid came from Russian outfit Anzhi worth £9.002mill, however, the Sunderland chairman valued the United player offered, Castro at £10.5mill, so the deal was sealed.

Hyina (Forum) has landed their transfer target! Stéphane Sessègnon will join their Manchester United squad from Sunderland in a swap deal for Diego Castro

With the departure of Daems, Maxwell is expected to slot in at LB but in the United squad there were no other LBs, the gaffer soon took care of that, bringing in Schafer from Wolfsburg in exchange for McAuley, fending off interest from the Noi$y Neighbour$.

Hyina (Forum) gets their man! Marcel Schäfer will join their Manchester United squad from VfL Wolfsburg in a swap deal for Gareth Mcauley

Thus, the new starting XI of Manchester United for Season 3 are as follows:

Courtois

Fanni, Westermann, Maxwell

Arteta

Mauri, Schweinsteiger ©, Sessegnon,Maxwell

Klose, Di Natalie
