Jeevan77 Raj steered Aston Villa to victory against Sheffield Wednesday.

Aston Villa outclassed Sheffield Wednesday and beat them 1 - 0 in their Division 2 fixture.

El Shaarawy scored the winner for Aston Villa and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

A freekick from El Pharaoh secured the victory for us !!!

Grimsby 0-0 Gillingham

A disappointing home draw.

Walsall 1-2 Grimsby

Febian Brandy gives Walsall the lead after 58 minutes but just two minutes later we were level, Jacobo Mansilla smashing home the ball. On 75 minutes Viktor Fischer loses the ball and dives in to win it back but only catches the player resulting in he's 2nd yellow of the game. With just 3 minutes of the game to go, Steeven Langil hits a booming shoot in the back of the net giving 10 men Grimsby the win.

Next game is the big one against unbeaten Hereford.

HEREFORD RUN CONTINUES

Bulls registered their 38th consecutive win to stay clear of old adversaries Grimsby and new threat Bristol Rovers - who have a dangerous looking squad.

Still in both cups - but having to play a weakened team this evening as Grimsby up next in the league.

Grimsby 4-1 Hereford

The Big One.

We welcomed Richard and hes all-conquering Hereford to Blundell Park. Hereford who have won they last 38 games and was unbeaten in 55 games, were torn apart by a excellent performance from Grimsby.

Gael Kakuta bullet header after just 3 minutes give us the perfect start but Hereford came right back at us and on 13 minutes were back level.Jake Livermore 3rd goal of the season put us back ahead after 25 mintues. This is how it stayed until 7 minutes from time when Gary Kagelmacher powerful shot give us a 2 goal lead and a minute from time Jacobo Mansilla penalty put the icing on the cake for a great win.

Rochdale 4-3 Grimsby

After the great win over Hereford, things did not go right at Rochdale.

Gael Kakuta again give us a great start, heading home just 2 minutes into the game. 8 minutes later Rochdale were back level and on 26 minutes they went ahead but 8 minutes later a penalty from Steeven Langil put us level . Just before half time Rochdale went back ahead. With 10 minutes of the game to go Rochdale go 4-2 up. Steeven Langil hit he's 2nd of the game just 2 minutes later but we could not manage to find a equalizer in the last 8 minutes.

Grimsby 1-0 Leeds

Shield round 2

We welcomed the famous Leeds United to Blundell Park,

A Saulo Decarli header 11 minutes from time gives us a shock win.

New Reign At Barnsley

Manager Sam Lakinski has been retired for the last year but decided to come out of retirement to reignite his managerial career - he believes Barnsley are the right team to do just that. Though the Tykes are currently languishing second bottom of Division 2 after 11 games, there is still plenty of the season left to play and, for the manager, the play-offs are still within reach.

Financially the club is well off and as such it seems as though a complete overhaul of the team is already under way to stave off the threat of relegation. First to face the new manager at the Oakwell are big boys Leeds and it'll be interesting to see the impact the new man has on the team. A match report will follow later.

Re: EC 26335 - New Forum EC - Teams Available!

Drew with Leeds 1-1 which I don't think is a bad result considering the team I had to put out. I signed Montolivo, Gomis, Lovren, Sokratis and Nainggolan to go into my team and I'll have a RB joining tomorrow. If anyone could loan me a couple of wingers and a defensive midfielder I would be very grateful :).

We turn on the style and hit five past Exeter. with Gael Kakuta helped himself to a hatrick, Steeven Langil and Tomas Borja got the other goals.

Grimsby 2-2 Tranmere

It was Tranmere who went ahead in the first half but we hit back 3 minutes into the second half, Tomas Borja hit he's fourth goal of the season. Just 3 minutes later Tranmere went back in front. On 53 minutes our job was made much tougher when Tomas Borja handles the ball in the area, giving away a penalty and also earning himself a red card. Tranmere did not make good use of the penalty, hitting it high over the bar. With 14 minutes of the game to go we went down to 9 men after Jake Livermore sees red after a bad tackle but our 9 men never give up hope of getting somthing out of the game and with just 2 minutes to go Viktor Fischer uses a bit of skill to beat a defender and slot the ball home.

Bristol Rovers 3-1 Grimsby

Big spending Rovers show just want you can do with a bit of money in this league. Steevan Langil hit our goal and again we get a man sent off, Gael Kakuta this time.

Historical season for Luton Town... there are some rumours that if we'll qualify to Champions Shield next season, there will be some serious transfers to the club. Club Staff want to represent solid at European scene as a 5th division club. But at the moment we're waiting for the Big Final against Blackburn Rovers
