Jeremy Madrigal earned a draw with Swindon Town against fierce rivals Crewe Alexandra in the Railway Derby. The match ended 1 - 1 between Swindon Town and Crewe Alexandra in their Division 3 fixture.

Obertan scored the only goal for Swindon Town and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.[/Quote]

An upsetting result for us, definitely felt like we could come away with a easy 3 points but with the draw we're now 1 point out of a playoff spot.

Roman Carlos was unable to prevent a Tottenham Hotspur defeat to Everton.Tottenham Hotspur slumped to a 3 - 1 defeat to Everton in their Division 1 fixture.Dembélé scored the only goal for Tottenham Hotspur and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Not won any of our last 5 league games, which is fast becoming reminiscent of last season's start to the campaign.

We are now 9th on 14pts, 6 behind league leaders Southampton.

Arsenal 0-3 Watford

Aubameyang put us ahead at the Emirates after half an hour, Marco Van Ginkels free kick beat Neuer for our second, two minutes later Aubameyang got his second of the night, great win at Arsenal! :)

We stay in 14th, Jeff Hendrick played his first league game for Watford, third appearance of the season tonight, other two games were both in the first rounds of the cup competitions.

Also, a nice change in strikers at Watford!

OUT

Jelavic.jpg

Nikica JELAVIĆ has moved to Racing Santander from Watford (The Champion) on a deal believed to be around £8,232,000.

Was a lot of uncertainty over his future at the start of the season, but now with a better forward coming available selling him at to be done.

roberto_soldado_24062012.jpg

The offer for Roberto SOLDADO of Liverpool from Watford has been accepted. The transfer will be completed within the next 24 hours.

Soldado comes in from Liverpool for £12.2M, played his farewell game for them tonight, scored and was MOTM in the 2-2 draw against Man City.

Big thanks to Liverpool (Pinkman) for accepting the offer.

Soldado will probably play both the next games, at Forest on monday in the second round of the cup and against Swansea in the league on Wednesday with the break coming up for us prem clubs after.

Jelavic to Soldado, what an upgrade!

Deuce Lark steered Hull City to victory against West Ham United.

Hull City beat West Ham United 3 - 1 in their Division 1 fixture.

Gómez scored a brace and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Lima was also on the scoresheet for his side.

Went back to the formation that beat Brighton 3-1 early last season. Got the same result here. The game began at a frenzied pace, West Ham's Giroud opened the scoring. The South American duo of Gomez and Lima swiftly turned that advantage into a deficit. Giroud, Gomez and Lima all scored with the game 12 minutes old. After many chances for both teams, Gomez made the points safe for the Tigers.

The result shifts us up to the lofty heights of 6th. Next up, more revisionist history as we face Manchester United, helmed by another former Div 2 manager.

Div 5

HEREFORD 4 WOKING 1

A win that takes us up to 5th place.

11 points behind the leaders - but a long way to go yet

Hereford also using this opportunity to publicly announce that they have no interest in bidding for Luis Suarez, made available by Arsenal, unless their manager is prepared to put cash in the deal also.

Nottingham Forest 0-2 Watford

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang got both goals for us tonight at the City ground, sends us into Round 3, Jordan Ayew set them both up.

Home against Man City next round!

4 goals in 2 games for Aubameyang, he scored two of the 3 at Arsenal on Saturday, was around 6 changes tonight from that side what won at the Emirates, Chiriches served his second game of his three match ban and Soldado was cup tied so will make his debut at home against Swansea on Wednesday.

Hereford went out 1-0 at Middlesboro - signalling the end of our cup dreams for another year.

We caused them a few problems and their keeper was the busier until half time.

Hereford were sunk by a 64th minute goal - so well done Hancock on advancing to the next round.

15,000 fans attending dwarfs anything we get at Edgar Street - and our 50% of the gate receipts meant that we "only" lost £250k this week.

Back to the league and our 25 year plan to win the Champions League

Roman Carlos steered Tottenham Hotspur to victory against Liverpool.

Tottenham Hotspur beat Liverpool 2 - 1 in their Division 1 fixture.

Schürrle scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Dembélé was also on the scoresheet for his side.

Big result for us tonight against a very good Liverpool side.

Really thought they'd pull it back to 2-2 in the dying minutes, thankful for Lloris:

DI MARÍA hits a high ball towards the penalty spot.

ALONSO heads it at goal.

LLORIS gets across his goal well and saves the shot.

The only 2 changes I made this evening was Schurrle for Reus and Grosskreutz for Bale. Schurrle bagged a goal and Grosskreutz 2 assists.

We are now in 6th place, 3pts off the top.

Beaten 2-0 by Tranmere in the cup on Monday. Played my 2nd team so not too unhappy at losing.

League is where it matters for us.

Grimsby Town beat Forest Green Rovers 3 - 1 in their Division 5 fixture.

Leguizamón scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Mandarino and Henríquez were also amongst the goalscorers

After their result against Forest Green Rovers, Grimsby Town are now unbeaten in 13 games setting a new club record for most games unbeaten in a row.

Lets hope it's not unlucky 13.

Div 5

Alfreton 0 Hereford 6

Hitting our straps now with another crushing win against an unmanaged team.

Hoffmann brace takes his total to 10 goals in 11 matches - only good enough for 4th in the scorers list.

Hereford still 11 points off the leaders - big game against Gateshead next

Colchester 5-1 QPR

Was very confident of winning this game, everyone of QPRs first team players is at 1% fitness. Its a shame as they have a good team, but another relegation looks certain for them at the moment.

Decided to give some squad players a game. Goals from Bertand, Nem, Cauna and a brace from Colak. Dudu picks up an injury and will miss the next two games, but with Vaz Te returning from Suspension its too much of a loss to the team.

Up against Burnley at the weekend. There starting XI doesnt deserve to be in a relegation battle.

The Champion steered Watford to victory against Swansea City.

Watford beat Swansea City 7 - 3 in a thrilling Division 1 encounter.

Soldado was in fantastic goal-scoring form and bagged 4 goals, later being voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Van Ginkel and Aubameyang were also amongst the goalscorers.

10 goal thriller at Vicarage Road tonight as we beat Swansea 7-3.

Soldado getting 4 on his debut, brilliant. :D

Aswell as Van Ginkel and Aubameyang scoring one, Ayew the first of the game, theirs scored by Masek (x2) and Pjanic.

Break from the league for a little bit now with us playing Lokomotiv Moscow on Saturday before we visit Derby in the 2nd round of the Shield on Monday.

87 rated strike Jo joins Colchester for £4.7 million. Top scorer in the Copa Libedatores, aswell as some recent goals for Brazil should see him reach 88.

The offer for Paco ALCACER of Colchester United from Athletic Club has been accepted. The transfer will be completed within the next 24 hours.

No longer need this 83 rated yougnster with Jo's arrival. £4.2 million is a good return :D
