When a manager resigns i thought you had to wait 7 days before you could bid for any of the clubs players?

In my gameworld a manager resigned yesterday but bids are getting accepted already for the clubs players?

thats because after the manager quits, his position is being offered to another manager. if the other manager does nothing then it takes 7 days for the team to become free for taking and bids.

if this manager instantly rejects the offer then the team is free for taking-bids

Even if someone rejects the job offer the transfer block period should still last at least 7 days. If its bid from other unmanaged clubs then that's probably fine but if its other human managers making bids you may want to ask SM or try submitting a tticket.
